1 ௧ பென்யமீன், பேலா என்னும் தன்னுடைய மூத்த மகனையும், அஸ்பேல் என்னும் இரண்டாம் மகனையும், அகராக் என்னும் மூன்றாம் மகனையும்,

Now Benjamin begot Bale his firstborn, and Asbel his second [son], Aara the third, Noa the fourth,

2 ௨ நோகா என்னும் நான்காம் மகனையும், ரப்பா என்னும் ஐந்தாம் மகனையும் பெற்றான்.

and Rapha the fifth.

3 ௩ பேலாவுக்கு இருந்த மகன்கள் ஆதார், கேரா, அபியூத் என்பவர்கள்.

And the sons of Bale were, Adir, and Gera, and Abiud,

4 ௪ அபிசுவா, நாகாமான், அகோவா,

and Abessue, and Noama, and Achia,

5 ௫ கேரா, செப்புப்பான், ஊராம் என்பவர்கள் எகூதின் மகன்கள்.

11 ௧௧ ஊசிம் வழியாக அவன் அபிதூபையும் எல்பாலையும் பெற்றான்.

And of Osin he begot Abitol, and Alphaal.

12 ௧௨ எல்பாலின் மகன்கள் ஏபேர், மீஷாம், சாமேத்; இவன் ஓனோவையும் லோதையும் அதின் கிராமங்களையும் உண்டாக்கினவன்.

29 ௨௯ கிபியோனிலே குடியிருந்தவன் யேயேல், இவன் கிபியோனின் மூப்பன்; அவனுடைய மனைவியின் பெயர் மாக்காள்.

And the father of Gabaon lived in Gabaon; and his wife's name was Moacha.

30 ௩0 அவனுடைய மூத்த மகன் அப்தோன் என்பவன்; மற்றவர்கள், சூர், கீஸ், பாகால், நாதாப்,

And her firstborn son was Abdon, and Sur, and Kis, and Baal, and Nadab, and Ner,

31 ௩௧ கேதோர், அகியோ, சேகேர் என்பவர்கள்.

and Gedur and his brother, and Zacchur, and Makeloth.

32 ௩௨ மிக்லோத் சிமியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இவர்களும் தங்களுடைய சகோதரர்களோடு எருசலேமிலே தங்களுடைய சகோதரர்களுக்கு அருகில் குடியிருந்தார்கள்.

And Makeloth begot Samaa: for these lived in Jerusalem in the presence of their brethren with their brethren.

33 ௩௩ நேர் கீசைப் பெற்றான்; கீஸ் சவுலைப் பெற்றான்; சவுல் யோனத்தானையும், மல்கிசூவாவையும், அபினதாபையும், எஸ்பாலையும் பெற்றான்.

34 ௩௪ யோனத்தானின் மகன் மெரிபால்; மெரிபால் மீகாவைப் பெற்றான்.

35 ௩௫ மீகாவின் மகன்கள் பித்தோன், மேலேக், தரேயா, ஆகாஸ் என்பவர்கள்.

And the sons of Micha; Phithon, and Melach, and Tharach, and Achaz.

36 ௩௬ ஆகாஸ் யோகதாவைப் பெற்றான்; யோகதா அலமேத்தையும், அஸ்மாவேத்தையும், சிம்ரியையும் பெற்றான்; சிம்ரி மோசாவைப் பெற்றான்.

And Achaz begot Jada, and Jada begot Salaemath, and Asmoth, and Zambri; and Zambri begot Maesa;

37 ௩௭ மோசா பினியாவைப் பெற்றான்; இவனுடைய மகன் ரப்பா; இவன் மகன் எலெயாசா; இவனுடைய மகன் ஆத்சேல்.

and Maesa begot Baana: Rhaphaea [was] his son, Elasa his son, Esel his son.

38 ௩௮ ஆத்சேலுக்கு ஆறு மகன்கள் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் பெயர்களாவன, அசரீக்காம், பொக்குரு, இஸ்மவேல், செகரியா, ஒபதியா, ஆனான்; இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் ஆத்சேலின் மகன்கள்.

And Esel [had] six sons, and these [were] their name; Ezricam his firstborn, and Ismael, and Saraia, and Abdia, and Anan, and Asa: all these [were] the sons of Esel.

39 ௩௯ அவனுடைய சகோதரனாகிய எசேக்கின் மகன்கள் ஊலாம் என்னும் மூத்தமகனும், ஏகூஸ் என்னும் இரண்டாம் மகனும், எலிப்பெலேத் என்னும் மூன்றாம் மகனுமே.

And the sons of Asel his brother; Aelam his firstborn, and Jas the second, and Eliphalet the third.

40 ௪0 ஊலாமின் மகன்கள் பலசாலிகளான வில்வீரர்களாக இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்களுக்கு அநேக மகன்களும் பேரன்களும் இருந்தார்கள்; அவர்கள் எண்ணிக்கை நூற்றைம்பதுபேர்; இவர்கள் எல்லோரும் பென்யமீன் சந்ததிகள்.

And the sons of Aelam were mighty men, bending the bow, and multiplying sons and grandsons, a hundred [and] fifty. All these [were] of the sons of Benjamin.
