2 Kungaboken 9
1 Profeten Elisa kallade till sig en av profetlärjungarna och sade till honom: "Omgjorda dina länder och tag denna oljeflaska med dig, och gå till Ramot i Gilead.
And Elisha the prophet he summoned one from [the] sons of the prophets and he said to him gird up loins your and take [the] flask of oil this in hand your and go Ramoth Gilead.
2 Och när du har kommit dit, så sök upp Jehu, son till Josafat, son till Nimsi, och gå in och bed honom stå upp, där han sitter bland sina bröder, och för honom in i den innersta kammaren.
And you will go there towards and look for there Jehu [the] son of Jehoshaphat [the] son of Nimshi and you will go and you will make rise him from among brothers his and you will bring him a room in a room.
3 Tag så oljeflaskan och gjut olja på hans huvud och säg: 'Så säger HERREN: Jag har smort dig till konung över Israel.' Öppna sedan dörren och fly, utan att dröja."
And you will take [the] flask of oil and you will pour [it] on head his and you will say thus he says Yahweh I anoint you to king to Israel and you will open the door and you will flee and not you must delay.
4 Så gick då den unge mannen, profetens tjänare, åstad till Ramot i Gilead.
And he went the young man the young man the prophet Ramoth Gilead.
5 Och när han kom dit, fick han se härens hövitsmän sitta där. Då sade han: "Jag har ett ärende till dig, hövitsman." Jehu frågade: "Till vem av oss alla här?" Han svarade: "Till dig själv, hövitsman."
And he came and there! [the] commanders of the army [were] sitting and he said a word [belongs] to me to you O commander and he said Jehu to whom? from all of us and he said to you O commander.
6 Då stod han upp och gick in i huset; och han göt oljan på hans huvud och sade till honom: "Så säger HERREN Israels Gud: Jag har smort dig till konung över HERRENS folk, över Israel.
And he arose and he went the house towards and he poured the oil to head his and he said to him thus he says Yahweh [the] God of Israel I anoint you to king to [the] people of Yahweh to Israel.
7 Och du skall förgöra Ahabs, din herres, hus; ty jag vill på Isebel hämnas mina tjänare profeterna blod, ja, alla HERRENS tjänares blod.
And you will strike down [the] house of Ahab master your and I will avenge [the] blood of - servants my the prophets and [the] blood of all [the] servants of Yahweh from [the] hand of Jezebel.
8 Och Ahabs hela hus skall förgås jag skall utrota allt mankön av Ahab hus, både små och stora i Israel.
And it will perish all [the] house of Ahab and I will cut off to Ahab [one who] urinates on a wall and shut up and freed in Israel.
9 Och jag skall göra med Ahab hus såsom jag gjorde med Jerobeams, Nebats sons, hus, och såsom jag gjorde med Baesas, Ahias sons, hus.
And I will make [the] house of Ahab like [the] house of Jeroboam [the] son of Nebat and like [the] house of Baasha [the] son of Ahijah.
10 Och hundarna skola äta upp Isebel på Jisreels åkerfält, och ingen skall begrava henne." Därefter öppnade han dörren och flydde.
And Jezebel they will devour the dogs in [the] territory of Jezreel and there not [will be one who] buries [her] and he opened the door and he fled.
11 När sedan Jehu åter kom ut till sin herres tjänare, frågade man honom: "Allt står väl rätt till? Varför kom denne vanvetting till dig?" Han svarade dem: "I kännen ju den mannen och hans tal."
And Jehu he went out to [the] servants of master his and someone said to him ¿ peace why? did he come the mad [man] this to you and he said to them you you know the man and talk his.
12 Men de sade: "Du vill bedraga oss; säg oss sanningen." Då sade han: "Så och så talade han till mig och sade: 'Så säger HERREN: Jag har smort dig till konung över Israel.'"
And they said falsehood tell please to us and he said like this and like this he said to me saying thus he says Yahweh I anoint you to king to Israel.
13 Strax tog då var och en av dem sin mantel och lade den under honom på själva trappan; och de stötte i basun och ropade: "Jehu har blivit konung."
And they hurried and they took each garment his and they put [them] under him to [the] bone of the steps and they gave a blast on the trumpet and they said he is king Jehu.
14 Och Jehu, son till Josafat, son till Nimsi, anstiftade nu en sammansvärjning mot Joram. (Joram hade då med hela Israel legat vid Ramot i Gilead för att försvara det mot Hasael, konungen i Aram;
And he conspired Jehu [the] son of Jehoshaphat [the] son of Nimshi against Joram and Joram he had been watching at Ramoth Gilead he and all Israel from before Hazael [the] king of Aram.
15 men själv hade konung Joram vänt tillbaka, för att i Jisreel låta hela sig från de sår som araméerna hade tillfogat honom under hans strid mot Hasael, konungen i Aram.) Och Jehu sade: "Om I så viljen, så låten ingen slippa ut ur staden, som kan gå åstad och berätta detta i Jisreel."
And he had returned Jehoram the king to get himself healed in Jezreel from the wounds which they wounded him [the] Arameans when fought he with Hazael [the] king of Aram and he said Jehu if there [is] mind your may not he go out an escapee from the city to go (to tell *Qk) in Jezreel.
16 Och Jehu steg upp i sin vagn och for till Jisreel, ty Joram låg sjuk där; och Ahasja, Juda konung, hade farit ditned för att besöka Joram.
And he rode in a chariot Jehu and he went Jezreel towards for Joram [was] lying there and Ahaziah [the] king of Judah he had come down to see Joram.
17 När nu väktaren som stod på tornet i Jisreel fick se Jehus skara, då han kom, sade han: "Jag ser en skara." Då bjöd Joram att man skulle taga en ryttare och sända honom dem till mötes och låta honom fråga om allt stode rätt till.
And the watchman [was] standing on the tower in Jezreel and he saw [the] crowd of Jehu when came he and he said a crowd I [am] seeing and he said Jehoram take a horseman and send [him] to meet them and he may say ¿ peace.
18 Ryttaren red honom då till mötes och sade: "Konungen låter fråga 'Allt står väl rätt till?'" Då svarade Jehu: "Vad kommer den saken dig vid? Vänd, och följ efter mig." Och väktaren berättade och sade: "Den utskickade har hunnit fram till dem, men han kommer icke tillbaka."
And he went [the] rider of the horse to meet him and he said thus he says the king ¿ peace and he said Jehu what? [is] to you and to peace go around to after me and he reported the watchman saying he came the messenger to they and not he has turned back.
19 Då sände han en annan ryttare. när denne hade hunnit fram till dem, sade han: "Konungen låter fråga: 'Allt står väl rätt till?'" Jehu svarade: "Vad kommer den saken dig vid? Vänd, och följ efter mig."
And he sent a rider of a horse second and he came to them and he said thus he says the king peace and he said Jehu what? [is] to you and to peace go around to after me.
20 Väktaren berättade åter och sade: "Han har hunnit fram till dem men han kommer icke tillbaka. På deras sätt att fara fram ser det ut som vore det Jehu, Nimsis son, ty han far fram såsom en vanvetting."
And he reported the watchman saying he came to to them and not he has turned back and the driving [is] like [the] driving of Jehu [the] son of Nimshi for with madness he drives.
21 Då sade Joram: "Spänn för." Och man spände för hans vagn. Och Joram, Israels konung, for nu ut med Ahasja, Juda konung, var och en i sin vagn; de foro ut för att möta Jehu. Och de träffade tillsammans med honom på jisreeliten Nabots åkerstycke.
And he said Jehoram harness and someone harnessed chariot his and he went out Jehoram [the] king of Israel and Ahaziah [the] king of Judah each in chariot his and they went out to meet Jehu and they found him in [the] portion of land of Naboth the Jezreelite.
22 När Joram nu fick se Jehu, sade han: "Allt står väl rätt till, Jehu?" Denne svarade: "Huru skulle det kunna stå rätt till, så länge som du tål din moder Isebels avgudiska väsen och hennes många trolldomskonster?"
And it was when saw Jehoram Jehu and he said ¿ peace O Jehu and he said what? [is] peace until [the] prostitutions of Jezebel mother your and sorceries her many.
23 Då svängde Joram om vagnen och flydde, i det han ropade till Ahasja: "Förräderi, Ahasja!"
And he turned around Jehoram hands his and he fled and he said to Ahaziah treachery O Ahaziah.
24 Men Jehu hade fattat bågen i sin hand och sköt Joram i ryggen, att pilen gick ut genom hjärtat, och han sjönk ned i sin vagn.
And Jehu he filled hand his with bow and he struck Jehoram between arms his and it came out the arrow from heart his and he sank down in chariot his.
25 Därefter sade han till sin livkämpe Bidkar: "Tag honom och kasta ut honom på jisreeliten Nabots åkerstycke; kom ihåg huru HERREN, när jag och du bredvid varandra redo bakom hans fader Ahab, om denne uttalade den utsagan:
And he said to Bidkar (officer his *QK) pick [him] up throw him in [the] portion of [the] field of Naboth the Jezreelite for remember I and you [were] riding pairs behind Ahab father his and Yahweh he lifted up on him the oracle this.
26 'Sannerligen, så visst som jag i går såg Nabots och hans söners blod, säger HERREN, skall jag just på detta åkerstycke vedergälla dig, säger HERREN.' Tag därför honom nu och kasta ut honom här på åkerstycket, i enlighet med HERRENS ord."
If not [the] blood of Naboth and [the] blood of sons his I saw yesterday [the] utterance of Yahweh and I will repay to you on the portion of land this [the] utterance of Yahweh and therefore pick [him] up throw him on the portion of land according to [the] word of Yahweh.
27 När Ahasja, Juda konung, såg detta, flydde han åt Trädgårdshuset till. Men Jehu jagade efter honom och ropade: "Skjuten ned också honom i vagnen." Så skedde ock på Gurhöjden vid Jibleam; men han flydde vidare till Megiddo och dog där.
And Ahaziah [the] king of Judah he saw and he fled [the] direction Beth Haggan and he pursued after him Jehu and he said also him strike down him into the chariot at [the] ascent of Gur which [is] with Ibleam and he fled Megiddo and he died there.
28 Sedan förde hans tjänare honom i vagnen till Jerusalem; och man begrov honom i hans grav hos hans fäder, i Davids stad.
And they caused to ride him servants his Jerusalem towards and they buried him in grave his with ancestors his in [the] city of David.
29 Ahasja hade blivit konung över Juda i Jorams, Ahabs sons, elfte regeringsår.
And in year one plus ten year of Joram [the] son of Ahab he had become king Ahaziah over Judah.
30 Så kom nu Jehu till Jisreel. När Isebel fick höra detta, sminkade hon sig kring ögonen och smyckade sitt huvud och såg ut genom fönstret.
And he went Jehu Jezreel towards and Jezebel she heard and she set with eye-paint eyes her and she made good head her and she looked down through the window.
31 Och när Jehu kom in genom porten, ropade hon: "Allt står väl rätt till, du, Simri, som har dräpt din herre?"
And Jehu he came in the gate and she said ¿ peace O Zimri [the] murderer of master his.
32 Han lyfte sitt ansikte upp mot fönstret och sade: "Vem håller med mig? Vem?" Då sågo två eller tre hovmän ut, ned på honom.
And he lifted up face his to the window and he said who? [is] with me who? and they looked down to him two three court-officials.
33 Han sade: "Störten ned henne." Och de störtade ned henne, så att hennes blod stänkte på väggen och på hästarna; och han körde över henne.
And he said (let fall her *QK) and they let fall her and it spattered some of blood her to the wall and to the horses and he trampled her.
34 Därefter gick han in och åt och drack. Sedan sade han: "Tagen vara på henne, den förbannade, och begraven henne, ty hon är dock en konungadotter."
And he went and he ate and he drank and he said attend to please the accursed [woman] this and bury her for [was] a daughter of a king she.
35 Men när de då gingo åstad för att begrava henne, funno de av henne intet annat än huvudskålen, fötterna och händerna.
And they went to bury her and not they found in her that except the skull and the feet and [the] palms of the hands.
36 och de vände tillbaka och berättade detta för honom. Då sade han: "Detta är vad HERREN talade genom sin tjänare tisbiten Elia, i det han sade: 'På Jisreels åkerfält skola hundarna äta upp Isebels kött;
And they returned and they told to him and he said [is] [the] word of Yahweh it which he spoke by [the] hand of servant his Elijah the Tishbite saying in [the] territory of Jezreel they will devour the dogs [the] flesh of Jezebel.
37 och Isebels döda kropp skall ligga såsom gödsel på marken på Jisreels åkerfält, så att ingen skall kunna säga: Detta är Isebel.'"
(And it will be *Qk) [the] corpse of Jezebel like dung on [the] surface of the field in [the] territory of Jezreel that not people will say this [is] Jezebel.
