Levítico 4

1 Y Él Señor dijo a Moisés:

And Yahweh spake, unto Moses, saying:

2 Díle a los hijos de Israel: Estas son las ofrendas de cualquiera que hace el mal por error, haciendo cualquiera de las cosas que no deben hacerse por orden del Señor:

Speak thou unto the sons of Israel, saying—When any person, shall sin by mistake, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall do any one of them, —

3 Si el sumo sacerdote, haciendo el mal, se convierte en una causa de pecado para la gente, entonces ofrecerá al Señor por el pecado que ha cometido, un becerro, sin defecto, por una ofrenda por el pecado cometido.

If, the anointed priest, shall sin, so as to bring guilt upon the people, then shall he bring near for his sin which he hath committed a choice young bullock without defect, unto Yahweh as a sin-bearer.

4 Y él llevará el becerro la puerta de la tienda de reunión delante del Señor; y pondrá su mano sobre su cabeza y lo degollara delante del Señor.

And he shall bring in the bullock unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, before Yahweh, —and shall lean his hand upon the head of the bullock, and shall slay the bullock before Yahweh.

5 Y el principal sacerdote debe tomar un poco de su sangre y llevarla a la Tienda de reunión;

And the anointed priest shall take of the blood of the bullock, —and bring it into the tent of meeting;

6 Y el sacerdote pondrá su dedo en la sangre, sacudiendo sus gotas delante de Jehová siete veces, delante del velo del lugar santo.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and sprinkle of the blood seven times, before Yahweh, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.

7 Y el sacerdote debe poner un poco de la sangre en los cuernos del altar donde se quema el incienso delante del Señor en la tienda de la reunión, drenando todo el resto de la sangre del becerro en la base del altar de la ofrenda quemada que está a la puerta de la tienda de la reunión.

Then shall the priest put of the blood upon the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting, —and, all the [remainder of the] blood of the bullock, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting,

8 Y él debe quitar toda la grasa del becerro de la ofrenda por el pecado; la grasa que cubre los intestinos y toda la grasa de las partes internas,

And all the fat of the sin-bearing bullock, shall he heave up therefrom, —the fat that covereth over the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;

9 Y los dos riñones, con la grasa en ellos, que está en la parte superior de las piernas, y la grasa que se une al hígado junto con los riñones, es para quitar,

and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them which is upon the loins, —and as for the caul upon the liver, upon the kidneys, shall he remove it:

10 Tal como se toma del becerro de la ofrenda de paz; y será quemada por el sacerdote en el altar de las ofrendas quemadas.

just as it is heaved up from the ox of the peace-offering, —and the priest shall make of them a perfume on the altar of ascending-sacrifice,

11 Y la piel del becerro y toda su carne, con su cabeza y sus patas y sus partes internas y sus desperdicios,

But, as for the skin of the bullock and all its flesh with its head and with its legs, —and its inwards, and its dung,

12 Todo el buey, él debe llevar fuera del campamento de las tiendas de campaña a un lugar limpio donde se ponen los residuos quemados, y allí debe ser quemado en leña con fuego.

he shall take forth the entire bullock—unto the outside of the camp, unto a clean place unto the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, and shall burn it up on wood in the fire, —upon the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, shall it be burned up.

13 Y si todo el pueblo de Israel se equivoca, sin que nadie lo sepa; si han hecho alguna de las cosas que, por orden del Señor, no deben hacerse, causando que el pecado caiga sobre ellos;

And, if the whole assembly of Israel, shall make a mistake, and a matter be hidden from the eyes of the convocation, —and so they do something, whereby they depart from any of the commandments of Yahweh as to things which should not be done, and become guilty;

14 Cuando el pecado que ellos cometieron salga a la luz, entonces que todas las personas den un becerro como una ofrenda por el pecado, y tómenlo delante de la Tienda de la reunión.

and the sin shall become known, which they have committed therein, then shall the convocation bring near a choice young bullock as a sin-bearer, yea they shall bring it in. before the tent of meeting;

15 Y los jefes de la gente ponga sus manos sobre su cabeza delante del Señor, y degollaran al becerro delante del Señor.

and the elders of the assembly shall lean their hands upon the head of the bullock before Yahweh, —and shall slay the bullock, before Yahweh;

16 Y el sacerdote debe llevar algo de la sangre del becerro a la tienda de reunión;

and the anointed priest shall bring in of the blood of the bullock, —into the tent of meeting;

17 Y puso su dedo en la sangre, sacudiendo gotas de sangre siete veces delante del Señor, delante del velo.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and shall sprinkle of the blood seven times before Yahweh, upon the face of the veil;

18 Y pondrá algo de la sangre en los cuernos del altar que está delante del Señor en la tienda de reunión; y todo el resto de la sangre debe ser drenada en la base del altar de la ofrenda quemada en la puerta de la Tienda de la reunión.

and, some of the blood, shall he put upon the horns of the altar which is before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting; and, all the [remainder of the] blood, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting;

19 Y él le quitará toda su grasa, quemándola en el altar.

and, as for all the fat thereof, he shall heave up therefrom, —and make a perfume at the altar.

20 Hágale hacer con el buey como hizo con el becerro de la ofrenda por el pecado; y el sacerdote les quitará el pecado y tendrán perdón.

And he shall do to the bullock, as he did to the [first] sin-bearing bullock, so shall he do with this, —and the priest shall put a propitiatory-covering over them, and it shall be forgiven them.

21 Entonces, saque el becerro fuera del campamento de la tienda, para que pueda ser quemado como el otro becerro fue quemado; Es la ofrenda por el pecado de todo el pueblo.

And he shall take forth the bullock unto the outside of the camp, and burn it up, just as he burned up the first bullock, —the sin-bearer of the convocation, it is.

22 . Si un gobernante hace algo malo, y por error, hace alguna de las cosas que, por orden del Señor su Dios, no deben hacerse, causando que el pecado caiga sobre él;

When a prince, shall sin, —and shall do something, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh his God as to things which should not be done, by mistake and shall become aware of his guilt;

23 Cuando se le aclare el pecado que ha cometido, déjelo por su ofrenda de un chivo, sin defecto.

or his sin wherein he hath sinned be made known unto him, then shall he bring in. as his oblation a he-goat a male without defect;

24 Y pondrá su mano sobre la cabeza del chivo y la matará en el lugar donde matán la ofrenda quemada, delante del Señor: es una ofrenda por el pecado.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the goat, and shall slay it in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice before Yahweh, —a sin-bearer, it is.

25 Y el sacerdote debe tomar un poco de la sangre de la ofrenda con su dedo y ponerla en los cuernos del altar de la ofrenda quemada, drenando el resto de la sangre en la base del altar de la ofrenda quemada.

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice; and, the [remainder of the] blood thereof, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice;

26 Y toda su grasa será quemada en el altar como la grasa de la ofrenda de paz; y el sacerdote quitará su pecado y tendrá perdón.

and with all the fat thereof, shall he make a perfume at the altar, as with the fat of the peace-offering, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him because of his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

27 Y ​​si alguna de las personas de clase humilde comete o yerra por error, haciendo algo en contra de los mandamientos del Señor, lo que hace que el pecado caiga sobre él;

And, if, any person, shall sin, by mistake from among the people of the land, —by his doing anything departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall become aware of his guilt;

28 Cuando se le aclare el pecado que ha cometido, entonces debe dar por su ofrenda una cabra, una hembra sin defecto, por el pecado que ha cometido.

or his sin which he hath committed shall be made known unto, him, then shall he bring in, as his oblation, a kid of the goats a female, without defect, for his sin which he hath committed;

29 Y él pondrá su mano sobre la cabeza de la ofrenda por el pecado y la dará muerte en el lugar donde matan la ofrenda quemada delante del Señor.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay the sin-bearer in the place of the ascending-sacrifice.

30 Y el sacerdote debe tomar un poco de la sangre con su dedo, y ponerla en los cuernos del altar de la ofrenda quemada, y todo el resto de su sangre debe ser drenada en la base del altar para las ofrendas quemadas.

Then shall the priest take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

31 Y que se quite toda su grasa, como se quita la grasa de las ofrendas de paz, y que el sacerdote la queme en el altar para un dulce olor al Señor; y el sacerdote quitará su pecado y tendrá perdón.

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat from off the peace-offering was removed, and the priest shall make a perfume at the altar, for a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him, and it shall be forgiven him.

32 Y si él da un cordero como ofrenda por el pecado, sea una hembra sin defecto;

And, if a lamb, he bring in. as his oblation for a sin-bearer, a female without defect, shall he bring in;

33 Y él pondrá su mano sobre la cabeza de la ofrenda y la dará por muerte por un pecado en el lugar donde matán para la ofrenda quemada.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay it as a sin-bearer, in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice.

34 Y el sacerdote debe tomar un poco de la sangre de la ofrenda con su dedo y ponerla en los cuernos del altar para la ofrenda quemada, y todo el resto de la sangre debe ser drenada en la base del altar;

Then shall the priest take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

35 Y quítale toda su grasa, como la grasa es quitada del cordero de las ofrendas de paz; y que sea quemado por el sacerdote en el altar entre las ofrendas encendidas al Señor: y el sacerdote quitará su pecado y tendrá perdón.

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat of the lamb is removed, from the peace-offering, and the priest shall make a perfume therewith at the altar, upon the altar-flames of Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him on account of his sin which he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
