2 Crónicas 31

1 Hechas todas estas cosas, salió todo Israel, los que se habían hallado allí, por las ciudades de Judá, y quebraron las imágenes y destruyeron los bosques, y derribaron los altos y los altares por todo Judá y Benjamín, y también en Efraín y Manasés, hasta acabarlo todo. Después se volvieron todos los hijos de Israel, cada uno a su posesión y a sus ciudades.

Now when all this was finished, all Israel that were present went out to the cities of Judah, and broke the images in pieces, and cut down the groves, and threw down the high places and the altars out of all Judah and Benjamin, in Ephraim also and Manasseh, until they had utterly destroyed them all. Then all the children of Israel returned, every man to his possession, into their own cities.

2 Y constituyó Ezequías los repartimientos de los sacerdotes y de los levitas conforme a sus órdenes, cada uno según su oficio: los sacerdotes y los levitas para el holocausto y pacíficos, para que ministrasen, para que confesasen, y alabasen a las puertas de las tiendas del SEÑOR.

And Hezekiah appointed the courses of the priests and the Levites after their courses, every man according to his service, the priests and Levites for burnt offerings and for peace offerings, to minister, and to give thanks, and to praise in the gates of the tents of the LORD.

3 La contribución del rey de su hacienda, era holocaustos a mañana y tarde, y holocaustos para los sábados, nuevas lunas, y fiestas solemnes, como está escrito en la ley del SEÑOR.

He appointed also the king’s portion of his substance for the burnt offerings, to wit, for the morning and evening burnt offerings, and the burnt offerings for the sabbaths, and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as it is written in the law of the LORD.

4 Mandó también al pueblo que habitaba en Jerusalén, que diesen la porción a los sacerdotes y levitas, para que se esforzasen en la ley del SEÑOR.

Moreover he commanded the people that dwelled in Jerusalem to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, that they might be encouraged in the law of the LORD.

5 Y cuando la palabra tomó fuerza al multiplicarse, les fue mutiplicado a los hijos de Israel muchas primicias de grano, vino, aceite, miel, y de todos los frutos de la tierra; y trajeron asimismo los diezmos de todas las cosas en abundancia.

And as soon as the commandment came abroad, the children of Israel brought in abundance the first fruits of corn, wine, and oil, and honey, and of all the increase of the field; and the tithe of all things brought they in abundantly.

6 También los hijos de Israel y de Judá, que habitaban en las ciudades de Judá, dieron del mismo modo los diezmos de las vacas y de las ovejas; y trajeron los diezmos de lo santificado, de las cosas que habían prometido al SEÑOR su Dios, y los pusieron por montones.

And concerning the children of Israel and Judah, that dwelled in the cities of Judah, they also brought in the tithe of oxen and sheep, and the tithe of holy things which were consecrated to the LORD their God, and laid them by heaps.

7 En el mes tercero comenzaron a fundar aquellos montones, y en el mes séptimo acabaron.

In the third month they began to lay the foundation of the heaps, and finished them in the seventh month.

8 Y Ezequías y los príncipes vinieron a ver los montones, y bendijeron al SEÑOR, y a su pueblo Israel.

And when Hezekiah and the princes came and saw the heaps, they blessed the LORD, and his people Israel.

9 Y preguntó Ezequías a los sacerdotes y a los levitas acerca de los montones.

Then Hezekiah questioned with the priests and the Levites concerning the heaps.

10 Y le respondió Azarías, sumo sacerdote, de la casa de Sadoc, y dijo: Desde que comenzaron a traer la ofrenda a la Casa del SEÑOR, hemos comido y nos hemos saciado, y nos ha sobrado mucho; porque el SEÑOR ha bendecido su pueblo, y ha quedado esta gran provisión.

And Azariah the chief priest of the house of Zadok answered him, and said, Since the people began to bring the offerings into the house of the LORD, we have had enough to eat, and have left plenty: for the LORD has blessed his people; and that which is left is this great store.

11 Entonces mandó Ezequías que preparasen cámaras en la Casa del SEÑOR; y las prepararon.

Then Hezekiah commanded to prepare chambers in the house of the LORD; and they prepared them,

12 Y metieron las primicias y diezmos y las cosas consagradas, fielmente; y dieron cargo de ello a Conanías levita, el principal, y Simei su hermano fue el segundo.

And brought in the offerings and the tithes and the dedicated things faithfully: over which Cononiah the Levite was ruler, and Shimei his brother was the next.

13 Y Jehiel, Azazías, Nahat, Asael, Jeremot, Jozabad, Eliel, Ismaquías, Mahat, y Benaía, fueron sobrestantes bajo la mano de Conanías y de Simei su hermano, por mandamiento del rey Ezequías y de Azarías, príncipe de la Casa de Dios.

And Jehiel, and Azaziah, and Nahath, and Asahel, and Jerimoth, and Jozabad, and Eliel, and Ismachiah, and Mahath, and Benaiah, were overseers under the hand of Cononiah and Shimei his brother, at the commandment of Hezekiah the king, and Azariah the ruler of the house of God.

14 Y Coré hijo de Imna levita, portero al oriente, tenía cargo de las limosnas de Dios, y de las ofrendas del SEÑOR que se daban, y de todo lo que se santificaba.

And Kore the son of Imnah the Levite, the porter toward the east, was over the freewill offerings of God, to distribute the oblations of the LORD, and the most holy things.

15 Y a su mano estaba Edén, Benjamín, Jesúa, Semaías, Amarías, y Secanías, en las ciudades de los sacerdotes, para dar con fidelidad a sus hermanos sus partes conforme a sus órdenes, así al mayor como al menor.

And next him were Eden, and Miniamin, and Jeshua, and Shemaiah, Amariah, and Shecaniah, in the cities of the priests, in their set office, to give to their brothers by courses, as well to the great as to the small:

16 Sin lo que se contaba para los varones de tres años arriba, a todos los que entraban en la Casa del SEÑOR, cada cosa en su día por su ministerio, por sus estancias y por sus órdenes;

Beside their genealogy of males, from three years old and upward, even to every one that enters into the house of the LORD, his daily portion for their service in their charges according to their courses;

17 y a los que eran contados entre los sacerdotes por las familias de sus padres, y a los levitas de edad de veinte años arriba, por sus estancias y órdenes;

Both to the genealogy of the priests by the house of their fathers, and the Levites from twenty years old and upward, in their charges by their courses;

18 asimismo a los de su generación con todos sus niños, y sus mujeres, y sus hijos e hijas, para toda la compañía; porque por la fe de estos se repartían las ofrendas.

And to the genealogy of all their little ones, their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, through all the congregation: for in their set office they sanctified themselves in holiness:

19 Asimismo a los hijos de Aarón, los sacerdotes, que estaban en los ejidos de sus ciudades, por todas las ciudades, los varones nombrados tenían cargo de dar sus porciones a todos los varones de los sacerdotes, y a todo el linaje de los levitas.

Also of the sons of Aaron the priests, which were in the fields of the suburbs of their cities, in every several city, the men that were expressed by name, to give portions to all the males among the priests, and to all that were reckoned by genealogies among the Levites.

20 De esta manera hizo Ezequías en todo Judá; el cual hizo lo bueno, recto, y verdadero, delante del SEÑOR su Dios.

And thus did Hezekiah throughout all Judah, and worked that which was good and right and truth before the LORD his God.

21 En todo cuanto comenzó en el servicio de la Casa de Dios, y en la ley y mandamientos, buscó a su Dios, y lo hizo de todo corazón, y fue prosperado.

And in every work that he began in the service of the house of God, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered.
