San Mateo 28
1 En el fin del sábado, así como iba amaneciendo el primer día de la semana, vino María Magdalena, y la otra María, a ver el sepulcro.
Now in the end of the Sabbath, when the first day of ye weeke began to dawne, Marie Magdalene, and the other Marie came to see the sepulchre,
2 Y, he aquí, fue hecho un gran terremoto; porque el ángel del Señor descendiendo del cielo y llegando, había revuelto la piedra de la puerta del sepulcro, y estaba sentado sobre ella.
And behold, there was a great earthquake: for the Angel of the Lord descended from heauen, and came and rolled backe the stone from the doore, and sate vpon it.
3 Y su aspecto era como un relámpago; y su vestido blanco como la nieve.
And his countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snowe.
4 Y del miedo de él los guardas temblaron, y fueron vueltos como muertos.
And for feare of him, the keepers were astonied, and became as dead men.
5 Y respondiendo el ángel, dijo a las mujeres: No temáis vosotras; porque yo sé que buscáis a Jesús, el que fue crucificado.
But the Angel answered, and said to the women, Feare ye not: for I know that ye seeke Iesus which was crucified:
6 No está aquí; porque ha resucitado, como dijo. Veníd, ved el lugar donde fue puesto el Señor;
He is not here, for he is risen; as he saide: come, see the place where the Lord was laid,
7 Y presto id, decíd a sus discípulos, que ha resucitado de los muertos; y, he aquí, os espera en Galilea: allí le veréis: he aquí, os lo he dicho.
And go quickly, and tel his disciples that he is risen from ye dead: and behold, he goeth before you into Galile: there ye shall see him: loe, I haue told you.
8 Entonces ellas saliendo del sepulcro con temor y gran gozo, fueron corriendo a dar las nuevas a sus discípulos. Y yendo a dar las nuevas a sus discípulos,
So they departed quickly from the sepulchre, with feare and great ioye, and did runne to bring his disciples worde.
9 He aquí, Jesús les sale al encuentro, diciendo: Tengáis gozo. Y ellas se llegaron, y trabaron de sus pies, y le adoraron.
And as they wet to tel his disciples, behold, Iesus also met the, saying, God saue you. And they came, and tooke him by the feete, and worshipped him.
10 Entonces Jesús les dice: No temáis, id, dad las nuevas a mis hermanos, para que vayan a Galilea; y allá me verán.
Then said Iesus vnto them, Be not afraide. Goe, and tell my brethren, that they goe into Galile, and there shall they see me.
11 Y yendo ellas, he aquí, unos de la guardia vinieron a la ciudad, y dieron aviso a los príncipes de los sacerdotes de todas las cosas que habían acontecido.
Nowe when they were gone, beholde, some of the watch came into the citie, and shewed vnto the hie Priestes all ye things that were done.
12 Y juntados con los ancianos, habido consejo, dieron mucho dinero a los soldados,
And they gathered them together with the Elders, and tooke counsell, and gaue large money vnto the souldiers,
13 Diciendo: Decíd: Sus discípulos vinieron de noche, y le hurtaron, durmiendo nosotros.
Saying, Say, His disciples came by night, and stole him away while we slept.
14 Y si esto fuere oído del presidente, nosotros le persuadiremos, y os haremos seguros.
And if this matter come before the gouernour to be heard, we will perswade him, and so vse the matter that you shall not neede to care.
15 Y ellos, tomado el dinero, hicieron como estaban instruidos; y este dicho ha sido divulgado entre los Judíos hasta el día de hoy.
So they tooke the money, and did as they were taught: and this saying is noysed among the Iewes vnto this day.
16 Mas los once discípulos se fueron a Galilea, al monte, donde Jesús les había ordenado.
Then ye eleuen disciples wet into Galile, into a mountaine, where Iesus had appointed the.
17 Y como le vieron, le adoraron; mas algunos dudaban.
And when they sawe him, they worshipped him: but some douted.
18 Y llegando Jesús, les habló, diciendo: Toda potestad me es dada en el cielo y en la tierra.
And Iesus came, and spake vnto them, saying, All power is giuen vnto me, in heauen, and in earth.
19 Por tanto id, enseñád a todas las naciones, bautizándoles en el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo, y del Espíritu Santo:
Go therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father, and the Sonne, and the holy Ghost,
20 Enseñándoles que guarden todas las cosas que os he mandado; y, he aquí, yo estoy con vosotros todos los días, hasta el fin del siglo. Amén. (aiōn g165)
Teaching them to obserue all things, whatsoeuer I haue commanded you: and lo, I am with you alway, vntill the ende of the worlde, Amen. (aiōn g165)
