Levítico 10

1 Y los hijos de Aarón, Nadab y Abiú tomaron cada uno su incensario, y pusieron fuego en ellos, sobre el cual pusieron perfume, y ofrecieron delante de Jehová fuego extraño, que él nunca les mandó.

But Nadab and Abihu, the sonnes of Aaron, tooke either of them his censor, and put fire therein, and put incense thereupon, and offred strange fire before the Lord, which hee had not commanded them.

2 Entonces salió fuego de delante de Jehová, que los quemó, y murieron delante de Jehová.

Therefore a fire went out from the Lord, and deuoured them: so they dyed before the Lord.

3 Entonces dijo Moisés a Aarón: Esto es lo que habló Jehová, diciendo: En mis allegados me santificaré, y en presencia de todo el pueblo seré glorificado. Y Aarón calló.

Then Moses sayde vnto Aaron, This is it that the Lord spake, saying, I will bee sanctified in the that come neere me, and before all the people I will be glorified: but Aaron held his peace.

4 Y llamó Moisés a Misael, y a Elisafán, hijos de Oziel, tio de Aarón, y díjoles: Llegáos y sacád a vuestros hermanos de delante del santuario fuera del campo.

And Moses called Mishael and Elzaphan the sonnes of Vzziel, the vncle of Aaron, and saide vnto them, Come neere, cary your brethre from before the Sanctuarie out of the hoste.

5 Y ellos llegaron, y sacáronlos con sus túnicas fuera del campo, como dijo Moisés.

Then they went, and caried them in their coates out of the host, as Moses had comaunded.

6 Entonces Moisés dijo a Aarón, y a Eleazar, y a Itamar, sus hijos: No descubráis vuestras cabezas, ni rompáis vuestros vestidos, y no moriréis ni se airará sobre toda la congregación: empero vuestros hermanos, toda la casa de Israel, lamentarán el incendio que Jehová ha hecho.

After, Moses saide vnto Aaron and vnto Eleazar and Ithamar his sonnes, Vncouer not your heads, neither rent your clothes, least ye dye, and least wrath come vpon all ye people: but let your brethren, all the house of Israel bewayle the burning which the Lord hath kindled.

7 Ni saldréis de la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, porque moriréis: por cuanto el aceite de la unción de Jehová está sobre vosotros. Y ellos hicieron conforme al dicho de Moisés.

And go not yee out from the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, least ye dye: for the anointing oyle of the Lord is vpon you: and they did according to Moses commandement.

8 Y Jehová habló a Aarón, diciendo:

And the Lord spake vnto Aaron, saying,

9 Tú y tus hijos contigo no beberéis vino ni sidra, cuando hubiereis de entrar en el tabernáculo del testimonio, y no moriréis: estatuto perpetuo será por vuestras generaciones.

Thou shalt not drinke wine nor strong drinke, thou, nor thy sonnes with thee, when yee come into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, lest ye die: this is an ordinance for euer throughout your generations,

10 Y esto para hacer diferencia entre lo santo y lo profano, y entre lo inmundo y lo limpio;

That ye may put difference betweene the holy and the vnholy, and betweene the cleane and the vncleane,

11 Y para enseñar a los hijos de Israel todos los estatutos, que Jehová les ha dicho por mano de Moisés.

And that ye may teach the children of Israel all the statutes which the Lord hath commanded them by the hand of Moses.

12 Y Moisés dijo a Aarón, y a Eleazar, y a Itamar, sus hijos, que habían quedado: Tomád el presente que queda de las ofrendas encendidas a Jehová y comédlo sin levadura junto al altar, porque es santidad de santidades.

Then Moses saide vnto Aaron and vnto Eleazar and to Ithamar his sonnes that were left, Take the meate offring that remaineth of the offrings of the Lord, made by fire, and eate it without leauen beside ye altar: for it is most holy:

13 Por tanto comerlo heis en el lugar santo, porque esto será fuero para ti, y fuero para tus hijos de las ofrendas encendidas a Jehová; porque así me ha sido mandado.

And ye shall eate it in the holy place, because it is thy duetie and thy sonnes duety of the offringes of the Lord made by fire: for so I am commanded.

14 Y el pecho de la mecedura, y la espalda del alzamiento comeréis en lugar limpio, tú y tus hijos y tus hijas contigo; porque por fuero para ti, y fuero para tus hijos son dados de los sacrificios de las paces de los hijos de Israel.

Also the shaken breast and the heaue shoulder shall yee eate in a cleane place: thou, and thy sonnes, and thy daughters with thee: for they are giuen as thy duetie and thy sonnes duety, of the peace offringes of the children of Israel.

15 La espalda del alzamiento, y el pecho de la mecedura con las ofrendas encendidas de los sebos traerán para que lo mezas con mecedura delante de Jehová: y será fuero perpetuo tuyo, y de tus hijos contigo, como Jehová lo ha mandado.

The heaue shoulder, and the shaken breast shall they bring with the offringes made by fire of the fat, to shake it to and from before the Lord, and it shalbe thine and thy sonnes with thee by a lawe for euer, as the Lord hath commanded.

16 Y Moisés demandó el macho cabrío de la expiación, y hallóse que era quemado; y enojóse contra Eleazar e Itamar, los hijos de Aarón, que habían quedado, diciendo:

And Moses sought the goate that was offred for sinne, and lo, it was burnt: therefore he was angrie with Eleazar and Ithamar the sonnes of Aaron, which were left aliue, saying,

17 ¿Por qué no comisteis la expiación en lugar santo? porque es santidad de santidades; y él la dio a vosotros para llevar la iniquidad de la congregación para que sean reconciliados delante de Jehová.

Wherfore haue ye not eaten the sinne offring in the holy place, seeing it is most Holie? and God hath giuen it you, to beare the iniquitie of the Congregation, to make an atonement for them before the Lord.

18 Veis que su sangre no fue metida en el santuario de adentro: habíaisla de comer en el santuario, como yo mandé.

Beholde, the blood of it was not brought within the holy place: ye should haue eaten it in the holy place, as I commanded.

19 Y respondió Aarón a Moisés: He aquí, hoy han ofrecido su expiación, y su holocausto delante de Jehová, con todo eso me han acontecido estas cosas; pues si comiera la expiación hoy, ¿fuera acepto a Jehová?

And Aaron said vnto Moses, Behold, this day haue they offred their sinne offring, and their burnt offring before the Lord, and such things as thou knowest are come vnto mee: If I had eaten the sinne offring to day, should it haue bene accepted in the sight of the Lord?

20 Y oyó Moisés esto, y aceptólo.

So when Moses heard it, he was content.
