Jeremías 52
1 Era Sedecías de edad de veinte y un años cuando comenzó a reinar; y reinó once años en Jerusalem. Su madre se llamaba Amital, hija de Jeremías de Lebna.
Sedechie was a sone of oon and twenti yeer, whanne he bigan to regne, and he regnede enleuene yeer in Jerusalem; and the name of his modir was Amychal, the douyter of Jeremye of Lobna.
2 E hizo lo malo en los ojos de Jehová, conforme a todo lo que hizo Joacim.
And he dide yuels bifore the iyen of the Lord, bi alle thingis whiche Joachym hadde do.
3 Porque a causa de la ira que tuvo Jehová contra Jerusalem, y Judá, hasta echarlos de su presencia, Sedecías rebeló contra el rey de Babilonia.
For the stronge veniaunce of the Lord was in Jerusalem, and in Juda, til he castide hem awey fro his face. And Sedechie yede awei fro the kyng of Babiloyne.
4 Aconteció pues a los nueve años de su reino, en el mes décimo, a los diez días del mes, que vino Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, él y todo su ejército contra Jerusalem, y asentaron sobre ella campo, y edificaron sobre ella bastiones de todas partes.
Forsothe it was don in the nynthe yeer of his rewme, in the tenthe monethe, in the tenthe dai of the monethe, Nabugodonosor, the kyng of Babiloyne, cam, he and al his oost, ayens Jerusalem; and thei bisegiden it, and bildiden ayens it strengthis in cumpas.
5 Y estuvo cercada la ciudad hasta el undécimo año del rey Sedecías.
And the citee was bisegid, til to the enleuenthe yeer of the rewme of Sedechie.
6 En el mes cuarto, a los nueve del mes, prevaleció la hambre en la ciudad hasta no haber pan para el pueblo de la tierra.
Forsothe in the fourthe monethe, in the nynthe dai of the monethe, hungur helde the citee; and foodis weren not to the puple of the lond.
7 Y fue entrada la ciudad, y todos los hombres de guerra huyeron, y saliéronse de la ciudad de noche por el camino del postigo que está entre los dos muros, que estaban cerca del jardín del rey, y fuéronse por el camino del desierto, estando aun los Caldeos junto a la ciudad al derredor.
And the citee was brokun, and alle men werriouris therof fledden; and thei yeden out of the citee in the niyt, bi the weie of the yate, which is bitwixe twei wallis, and ledith to the gardyn of the kyng, while Caldeis bisegiden the citee in cumpas; and thei yeden forth bi the weie that ledith in to desert.
8 Y el ejército de los Caldeos siguió al rey, y alcanzaron a Sedecías en los llanos de Jericó, y todo su ejército se esparció de él.
Sotheli the oost of Caldeis pursuede the kyng; and thei token Sedechie in desert, which is bisidis Jerico, and al his felouschipe fledde awei fro hym.
9 Prendieron pues al rey, e hiciéronle venir al rey de Babilonia en Reblata en tierra de Emat; y pronunció contra él sentencia.
And whanne thei hadden take the kyng, thei brouyten hym to the kyng of Babiloyne in Reblatha, which is in the lond of Emath; and the kyng of Babiloyne spak domes to hym.
10 Y degolló el rey de Babilonia a los hijos de Sedecías delante de sus ojos, y también degolló a todos los príncipes de Judá en Reblata.
And the kyng of Babiloyne stranglide the sones of Sedechie bifore hise iyen; but also he killide alle the princes of Juda in Rablatha.
11 A Sedecías empero sacó los ojos, y púsole en grillos, e hízole el rey de Babilonia traer a Babilonia; y púsole en la casa de la cárcel hasta el día que murió.
And he puttide out the iyen of Sedechie, and boond hym in stockis; and the kyng of Babiloyne brouyte hym in to Babiloyne, and puttide hym in the hous of prisoun, til to the dai of his deth.
12 Y en el mes quinto a los diez del mes, que era este año el año diez y nueve del reino de Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, vino a Jerusalem Nabuzardán, capitán de la guarda, que solía estar delante del rey de Babilonia.
Forsothe in the nynthe monethe, in the tenthe dai of the monethe, thilke is the nyntenthe yeer of the kyng of Babiloyne, Nabusardan, the prince of chyualrie, that stood bifore the kyng of Babiloyne, cam in to Jerusalem.
13 Y encendió a fuego la casa de Jehová, y la casa del rey, y todas las casas de Jerusalem; y toda grande casa quemó a fuego.
And he brente the hous of the Lord, and the hous of the kyng, and alle the housis of Jerusalem; and he brente with fier ech greet hous.
14 Y todo el ejército de los Caldeos, que venía con el capitán de la guarda, destruyó todos los muros de Jerusalem en derredor.
And al the ost of Caldeis, that was with the maistir of chyualrie, distriede al the wal of Jerusalem bi cumpas.
15 E hizo traspasar Nabuzardán, capitán de la guarda, los pobres del pueblo, y toda la otra gente vulgar que habían quedado en la ciudad, y los fugitivos, que se habían huido al rey de Babilonia, y todo el resto de la multitud vulgar.
Sotheli Nabusardan, the prince of chyualrie, translatide of the pore men of the puple, and of the residue comyn puple, that was left in the citee, and of the fleeris ouer, that fledden ouer to the kyng of Babiloyne; and he translatide other men of the multitude.
16 Mas de los pobres de la tierra dejó Nabuzardán, capitán de la guarda, para viñeros y labradores.
But Nabusardan, the prince of chyualrie, lefte of the pore men of the lond vyne tilers, and erthe tilers.
17 Y los Caldeos quebraron las columnas de metal que estaban en la casa de Jehová, y las basas, y el mar de metal, que estaba en la casa de Jehová; y llevaron todo el metal a Babilonia.
Also Caldeis brakun the brasun pilers, that weren in the hous of the Lord, and the foundementis, and the brasun waischyng vessel, that was in the hous of the Lord; and thei token al the metal of tho in to Babiloyne.
18 Llevaron también los calderos, y los badiles, y los salterios, y las tazas, y los cucharones, y todos los vasos de metal con que se servían;
And thei tokun cawdruns, and fleischokis, and sautrees, and violis, and morteris, and alle brasun vessels, that weren in seruyce;
19 Y las copas, e incensarios, y lebrillos, y ollas, y candeleros, y escudillas, y tazas: lo que de oro de oro, y lo que de plata de plata, llevó el capitán de la guarda:
thei token also `watir pottis, and vessels of encense, and pottis, and basyns, and candilstikis, and morters, and litle cuppis; hou manye euere goldun, goldun, and hou manye euere siluerne, siluerne.
20 Dos columnas, un mar, y doce bueyes de metal que estaban debajo de las basas, que hizo el rey Salomón en la casa de Jehová: no se podía pesar el metal de todos estos vasos.
The maister of chyualrie took twei pilers, and o waischyng vessel, and twelue brasun caluys, that weren vndur the foundementis, whiche kyng Salomon hadde maad in the hous of the Lord. No weiyte was of the metal of alle these vessels.
21 Cuanto a las columnas, la altura de la una columna era diez y ocho codos, y una cuerda de doce codos la cercaba de cuatro dedos de grueso de vaciadizo.
Forsothe of the pilers, eiytene cubitis of heiythe weren in o piler, and a roop of twelue cubitis cumpasside it; certis the thickenesse therof was of foure fyngris, and was holowe withynne.
22 Y el capitel de metal que estaba sobre ella era de altura de cinco codos, y había una red, y granadas en el capitel al derredor, todo de metal; y otro tanto era lo de la segunda columna con sus granadas.
And brasun pomels weren on euer either; and the heiythe of a pomel was of fyue cubitis; and werkis lijk nettis and pumgranatis weren on the coroun `in cumpas.
23 Había noventa y seis granadas en cada orden: todas ellas eran ciento sobre la red al derredor.
And the pumgranatis weren nynti and sixe hangynge doun, and alle pumgranatis weren cumpassid with an hundred werkis lijk nettis.
24 Tomó también el capitán de la guarda a Saraías sacerdote principal, y a Sofonías segundo sacerdote, y tres guardas de la puerta:
And the maister of the chyualrie took Saraie, the firste preest, and Sophonye, the secounde preest, and three keperis of the vestiarie.
25 Y de la ciudad tomó un eunuco que era capitán sobre los hombres de guerra, y siete hombres de los que veían la cara del rey, que se hallaron en la ciudad, y el principal escribano de la guerra que cogía al pueblo de la tierra para la guerra, y sesenta varones del vulgo de la tierra, que se hallaron dentro de la ciudad:
And of the citee he took o chast seruaunt and onest, that was souereyn on the men werriours; and seuene men of hem that sien the face of the kyng, whiche weren foundun in the citees; and a scryuen, prince of knyytis, that preuyde yonge knyytis; and sixti men of the puple of the lond, that weren foundun in the myddis of the citee.
26 Tomólos Nabuzardán, capitán de la guarda, y trájolos al rey de Babilonia a Reblata.
Forsothe Nabusardan, the maistir of chyualrie, took hem, and brouyte hem to the kyng of Babiloyne in Reblatha.
27 Y el rey de Babilonia los hirió, y los mató en Reblata en tierra de Emat; y Judá fue trasportado de su tierra.
And the kyng of Babiloyne smoot hem, and killide hem in Reblatha, in the lond of Emath; and Juda was translatid fro his lond.
28 Este es el pueblo que Nabucodonosor hizo traspasar en el año séptimo, tres mil y veinte y tres Judíos.
This is the puple, whom Nabugodonosor translatide in the seuenthe yeer; Jewis, thre thousynde and thre and twenti.
29 En el año diez y ocho Nabucodonosor hizo traspasar de Jerusalem ochocientas y treinta y dos personas.
In the eiytenthe yeer, Nabugodonosor translatide fro Jerusalem eiyte hundrid and two and thritti persoones.
30 El año veinte y tres de Nabucodonosor, traspasó Nabuzardán, capitán de la guarda, setecientas y cuarenta y cinco personas de los Judíos: todas las personas son cuatro mil y seiscientas.
In the thre and twentithe yeer of Nabugodonosor, Nabusardan, the maister of chyualrie, translatide seuene hundrid and fyue and fourti persoones of Jewis. Therfor alle the persoones weren foure thousynde and sixe hundrid.
31 Y acaeció que en el año treinta y siete de la cautividad de Joacín, rey de Judá, en el mes doceno a los veinte y cinco del mes, Evil-merodac, rey de Babilonia, en el año primero de su reino, alzó la cabeza de Joacín, rey de Judá, y le sacó de la casa de la cárcel.
And it was doon, in the seuene and threttithe yeer of the passyng ouer of Joachym, kyng of Juda, in the tweluethe monethe, in the fyue and twentithe dai of the monethe, Euylmerodach, kyng of Babiloyne, reiside in that yeer of his rewme the heed of Joachym, kyng of Juda; and ledde hym out of the hous of the prisoun,
32 Y habló con él amigablemente, e hizo poner su trono sobre los tronos de los reyes que estaban con él en Babilonia.
and spak good thingis with hym. And he settide the trone of him aboue the trones of kyngis, that weren after hym in Babiloyne,
33 E hízole mudar las ropas de su cárcel, y comía pan delante de él siempre todos los días de su vida.
and chaungide the clothis of his prisoun. And Joachym eet breed bifore hym euere, in alle the daies of his lijf;
34 Y continuamente se le daba ración por el rey de Babilonia, cada cosa en su día, todos los días de su vida, hasta el día que murió.
and hise metis, euerlastynge metis weren youun to hym of the kyng of Babiloyne, ordeyned bi ech dai, til to the dai of his deth, in alle the daies of his lijf. And it was don, aftir that Israel was led in to caitiftee, and Jerusalem was distried, Jeremye, the profete, sat wepinge, and biweilide Jerusalem with this lamentacioun; and he siyyide, and weilide with bitter soule, and seide.
