2 Crónicas 31
1 Hechas todas estas cosas, salió todo Israel, los que se habían hallado por las ciudades de Judá, y quebraron las estatuas, y destruyeron los bosques, y derribaron los altos y los altares por todo Judá y Ben-jamín: y también en Efraím y Manasés hasta acabarlo todo: y volviéronse todos los hijos de Israel cada uno a su posesión, y a sus ciudades.
Now when all this was finished, all Israel who were present went out to the cities of Judah, and broke in pieces the pillars, and cut down the Asherim, and broke down the high places and the altars out of all Judah and Benjamin, in Ephraim also and Manasseh, until they had destroyed them all. Then all the children of Israel returned, every man to his possession, into their own cities.
2 Y constituyó Ezequías los repartimientos de los sacerdotes y de los Levitas conforme a sus repartimientos, cada uno según su oficio: los sacerdotes y los Levitas para el holocausto y pacíficos, para que ministrasen, para que glorificasen y alabasen a las puertas de las tiendas de Jehová.
Hezekiah appointed the divisions of the priests and the Levites after their divisions, every man according to his service, both the priests and the Levites, for burnt offerings and for peace offerings, to minister, and to give thanks, and to praise in the gates of the camp of Jehovah.
3 La contribución del rey de su hacienda, era holocaustos a mañana y tarde, ítem, holocaustos para los sábados, nuevas lunas, y solemnidades, como está escrito en la ley de Jehová.
He appointed also the king's portion of his substance for the burnt offerings, for the morning and evening burnt offerings, and the burnt offerings for the Sabbaths, and for the new moons, and for the set feasts, as it is written in the law of Jehovah.
4 Mandó también al pueblo, que habitaba en Jerusalem, que diesen la parte a los sacerdotes y Levitas, para que se esforzasen en la ley de Jehová.
Moreover he commanded the people who lived in Jerusalem to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, that they might give themselves to the law of Jehovah.
5 Y como este edicto fue divulgado, los hijos de Israel dieron muchas primicias de grano, vino, aceite, miel, y de todos los frutos de la tierra: y trajeron asimismo los diezmos de todas las cosas en abundancia.
As soon as the commandment came abroad, the children of Israel gave in abundance the first fruits of grain, new wine, and oil, and honey, and of all the increase of the field; and the tithe of all things brought they in abundantly.
6 También los hijos de Israel y de Judá, que habitaban en las ciudades de Judá, dieron asimismo los diezmos de las vacas y de las ovejas: y trajeron los diezmos de lo santificado, de las cosas que habían prometido a Jehová su Dios, y lo pusieron por montones.
The children of Israel and Judah, who lived in the cities of Judah, they also brought in the tithe of cattle and sheep, and the tithe of dedicated things which were consecrated to Jehovah their God, and laid them by heaps.
7 En el mes tercero comenzaron a fundar aquellos montones, y en el mes séptimo acabaron.
In the third month they began to lay the foundation of the heaps, and finished them in the seventh month.
8 Y Ezequías y los príncipes vinieron a ver los montones, y bendijeron a Jehová, y a su pueblo Israel.
And when Hezekiah and the leaders came and saw the heaps, they blessed Jehovah, and his people Israel.
9 Y preguntó Ezequías a los sacerdotes y a los Levitas acerca de los montones:
Then Hezekiah questioned the priests and the Levites concerning the heaps.
10 Y respondióle Azarías sumo sacerdote, de la casa de Sadoc, y dijo: Desde que comenzaron a traer la ofrenda a la casa de Jehová, hemos comido, y hartádonos, y nos ha sobrado mucho: porque Jehová ha bendecido su pueblo, y ha quedado esta multitud.
Azariah the chief priest, of the house of Zadok, answered him and said, "Since people began to bring the offerings into the house of Jehovah, we have eaten and had enough, and have left plenty: for Jehovah has blessed his people; and that which is left is this great store."
11 Entonces mandó Ezequías que aparejasen cámaras en la casa de Jehová: y las aparejaron.
Then Hezekiah commanded them to prepare rooms in the house of Jehovah; and they prepared them.
12 Y metieron las primicias y diezmos, y las cosas consagradas fielmente, y dieron cargo de ello a Conenías Levita el principal, y a Semeí su hermano el segundo.
They brought in the offerings and the tithes and the dedicated things faithfully: and over them Conaniah the Levite was ruler, and Shimei his brother was second.
13 Y Jehiel, Azarías, Nahat, Azael, Jerimot, Josabad, Eliel, Jesmaquías, Mahat, y Banaías, fueron los prepósitos debajo de la mano de Conenías, y de Semeí su hermano, por mandamiento del rey Ezequías, y de Azarías príncipe de la casa de Dios.
Jehiel, and Azaziah, and Nahath, and Asahel, and Jerimoth, and Jozabad, and Eliel, and Ismakiah, and Mahath, and Benaiah, were overseers under the hand of Conaniah and Shimei his brother, by the appointment of Hezekiah the king, and Azariah the ruler of God's house.
14 Y Coré, hijo de Jemna, Levita, portero al oriente tenía cargo de las limosnas de Dios, y de las ofrendas de Jehová que se daban, y de todo lo que se santificaba.
Kore the son of Jimnah the Levite, the keeper of the east gate, was over the freewill offerings of God, to distribute the offerings of Jehovah, and the most holy things.
15 Y a su mano estaban Edén, Ben-jamín, Jesué, Semeías, Amarías, y Sequenías, en las ciudades de los sacerdotes, para dar con fidelidad a sus hermanos sus partes conforme a sus ordenes, así al mayor como al menor;
Under him were Eden, and Miniamin, and Jeshua, and Shemaiah, Amariah, and Shecaniah, alongside the priests, to faithfully make disbursements to their brothers by divisions, as well to the great as to the small:
16 Sin lo que se contaba para los varones de edad de tres años y arriba, a todos los que entraban en la casa de Jehová, cada cosa en su día por su ministerio, por sus estancias, y por sus ordenes:
besides those who were reckoned by genealogy of males, from three years old and upward, even everyone who entered into the house of Jehovah, as the duty of every day required, for their service in their offices according to their divisions.
17 Y a los que eran contados entre los sacerdotes por las familias de sus padres, y a los Levitas de edad de veinte años y arriba por sus estancias y ordenes.
This is the enrollment of the priests by their fathers' houses, and the Levites from twenty years old and upward, in their offices by their divisions;
18 Asimismo a los de su generación con todos sus niños, y sus mujeres, y sus hijos, e hijas, para toda la congregación: porque por la fe de estos se repartían las ofrendas.
and those who were reckoned by genealogy of all their little ones, their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, through all the congregation: for in their office of trust they sanctified themselves in holiness.
19 Asimismo a los hijos de Aarón los sacerdotes, que estaban en los ejidos de sus ciudades, por todas las ciudades, los varones nombrados tenían cargo de dar sus porciones a todos los varones de los sacerdotes, y a todo el linaje de los Levitas.
Also for the descendants of Aaron the priests, who were in the fields of the suburbs of their cities, in every city, there were men who were mentioned by name, to give portions to all the males among the priests, and to all who were reckoned by genealogy among the Levites.
20 De esta manera hizo Ezequías en todo Judá, el cual hizo lo bueno, recto, y verdadero delante de Jehová su Dios.
Hezekiah did so throughout all Judah; and he worked that which was good and right and faithful before Jehovah his God.
21 En todo cuanto comenzó en el servicio de la casa de Dios, y en la ley y mandamientos, buscó a su Dios: e hizo de todo corazón, y fue prosperado.
In every work that he began in the service of God's house, and in the law, and in the commandments, to seek his God, he did it with all his heart, and prospered.
