1 Corintios 3

1 De manera que yo, hermanos, no pude hablaros como a espirituales; mas os hablé como a carnales, es a saber, como a niños en Cristo:

And I could not speake vnto you, brethren, as vnto spirituall men, but as vnto carnall, euen as vnto babes in Christ.

2 Os di a beber leche, no os di vianda; porque aun no podíais, y ni aun ahora podéis digerirla;

I gaue you milke to drinke, and not meat: for yee were not yet able to beare it, neither yet nowe are yee able.

3 Porque aun sois carnales; porque mientras que hay entre vosotros celos, y contiendas, y disensiones, ¿no sois carnales, y andáis como hombres?

For yee are yet carnall: for whereas there is among you enuying, and strife, and diuisions, are ye not carnall, and walke as men?

4 Porque diciendo el uno: Yo cierto soy de Pablo; y el otro: Yo de Apólos, ¿no sois carnales?

For when one sayeth, I am Pauls, and another, I am Apollos, are yee not carnall?

5 ¿Quién pues es Pablo, y quién es Apólos, sino ministros por los cuales habéis creído; y cada uno conforme a lo que el Señor le dio?

Who is Paul then? and who is Apollos, but the ministers by whome yee beleeued, and as the Lord gaue to euery man?

6 Yo planté, Apólos regó; mas Dios ha dado el crecimiento.

I haue planted, Apollos watred, but God gaue the increase.

7 Así que ni el que planta es algo, ni el que riega, sino Dios que da el crecimiento.

So then, neither is hee that planteth any thing, neither hee that watreth, but God that giueth the increase.

8 Empero el que planta y el que riega son una misma cosa; aunque cada uno recibirá su propio galardón conforme a su labor.

And he that planteth, and he that watreth, are one, and euery man shall receiue his wages, according to his labour.

9 Porque nosotros colaboradores somos con Dios: vosotros labranza de Dios sois, edificio de Dios sois.

For we together are Gods labourers: yee are Gods husbandrie, and Gods building.

10 Conforme a la gracia de Dios que me ha sido dada, yo como sabio maestro de obra, puse el fundamento; mas otro prosigue el edificio: empero cada uno vea como edifica sobre él.

According to the grace of God giuen to mee, as a skilfull master builder, I haue laide the foundation, and another buildeth thereon: but let euery man take heede how he buildeth vpon it.

11 Porque nadie puede poner otro fundamento del que está puesto, el cual es Jesu Cristo.

For other foundation can no man laie, then that which is laied, which is Iesus Christ.

12 Y si alguno edificare sobre este fundamento oro, plata, piedras preciosas, madera, heno, hojarasca:

And if any man builde on this foundation, golde, siluer, precious stones, timber, haye, or stubble,

13 La obra de cada uno será hecha manifiesta; porque el día la declarará; porque por el fuego será revelada, y la obra de cada uno cuál sea, el fuego hará la prueba.

Euery mans worke shalbe made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shalbe reueiled by the fire: and the fire shall trie euery mans worke of what sort it is.

14 Si la obra de alguno que prosiguió el edificio permaneciere, recibirá el galardón.

If any mans worke, that he hath built vpon, abide, he shall receiue wages.

15 Mas si la obra de alguno fuere quemada, sufrirá pérdida: él empero será salvo, mas así como por fuego.

If any mans worke burne, he shall lose, but he shalbe saued himselfe: neuerthelesse yet as it were by the fire.

16 ¿No sabéis que sois templo de Dios, y que el Espíritu de Dios mora en vosotros?

Knowe ye not that ye are the Temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?

17 Si alguno violare el templo de Dios, Dios destruirá al tal; porque el templo de Dios, el cual sois vosotros, santo es.

If any man destroy the Temple of God, him shall God destroy: for the Temple of God is holy, which ye are.

18 Nadie se engañe: si alguno entre vosotros parece ser sabio en este siglo, hágase necio para ser de veras sabio. (aiōn g165)

Let no man deceiue himselfe: If any man among you seeme to be wise in this world, let him be a foole, that he may be wise. (aiōn g165)

19 Porque la sabiduría de este mundo insensatez es para con Dios; porque escrito está: Él prende a los sabios en la astucia de ellos.

For the wisdome of this worlde is foolishnesse with God: for it is written, He catcheth the wise in their owne craftinesse.

20 Y otra vez: El Señor conoce los pensamientos de los sabios, que son vanos.

And againe, The Lord knoweth that the thoughtes of the wise be vaine.

21 Así que ninguno se gloríe en los hombres; porque vuestras son todas las cosas,

Therefore let no man reioyce in men: for all things are yours.

22 Sea Pablo, sea Apólos, sea Céfas, sea el mundo, sea la vida, sea la muerte, sea lo presente, sea lo porvenir: todo es vuestro;

Whether it be Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death: whether they be things present, or thinges to come, euen all are yours,

23 Y vosotros de Cristo, y Cristo de Dios.

And ye Christes, and Christ Gods.
