Salmos 96

1 Cantad a Yahvé un cántico nuevo, cantad a Yahvé, tierras todas.

Singe ye a newe song to the Lord; al erthe, synge ye to the Lord.

2 Cantad a Yahvé, bendecid su nombre, proclamad día tras día su salvación.

Synge ye to the Lord, and blesse ye his name; telle ye his heelthe fro dai in to dai.

3 Pregonad su gloria entre los gentiles; sus maravillas entre los pueblos todos.

Telle ye his glorie among hethene men; hise merueilis among alle puplis.

4 Porque grande es Yahvé y digno de suma alabanza, temible, más que todos los dioses.

For the Lord is greet, and worthi to be preisid ful myche; he is ferdful aboue alle goddis.

5 Pues todos los dioses de los gentiles son ficción en tanto que Yahvé hizo los cielos.

For alle the goddis of hethene men ben feendis; but the Lord made heuenes.

6 Majestad y belleza le preceden; en su santa morada están el poder y la gloria.

Knouleching and fairnesse is in his siyt; hoolynesse and worthi doyng is in his halewing.

7 Reconoced a Yahvé, oh razas de los pueblos, reconoced a Yahvé la gloria y el poder.

Ye cuntrees of hethene men, brynge to the Lord, bringe ye glorye and onour to the Lord;

8 Reconoced a Yahvé la gloria de su Nombre. Traedle oblaciones y venid a sus atrios.

bringe ye to the Lord glorie to hys name. Take ye sacrificis, and entre ye in to the hallis of hym;

9 Adorad a Yahvé en sacro esplendor, oh tierra toda, tiembla ante ÉL

herie ye the Lord in his hooli halle. Al erthe be moued of his face;

10 Anunciad a las naciones: “Reina Yahvé; Él ha dado estabilidad al orbe, para que no vacile; rige a los pueblos con justicia.”

seie ye among hethene men, that the Lord hath regned. And he hath amendid the world, that schal not be moued; he schal deme puplis in equite.

11 Alégrense los cielos, y regocíjese la tierra; retumbe el mar y cuanto lo llena;

Heuenes be glad, and the erthe make ful out ioye, the see and the fulnesse therof be moued togidere; feeldis schulen make ioye,

12 salte de júbilo el campo con todo lo que hay en él. Rebosarán entonces de exultación todos los árboles de la selva,

and alle thingis that ben in tho. Thanne alle the trees of wodis schulen make ful out ioye, for the face of the Lord, for he cometh;

13 ante la presencia de Yahvé, porque viene, porque viene para gobernar la tierra. Gobernará la redondez de la tierra con justicia, y a los pueblos con su fidelidad.
