Éxodo 29

1 “Para consagrar a los sacerdotes míos, has de proceder con ellos de esta manera: Toma un novillo y dos carneros sin tacha,

And, this, is the thing which thou shalt do to them to hallow them, that they may minister as priests unto me, —Take one young bullock and two rams without defect;

2 y panes ácimos y tortas sin levadura amasadas con aceite, como también galletas sin levadura, untadas con aceite. De flor de harina de trigo los harás.

and bread unleavened and cakes unleavened with oil poured over, and wafers unleavened anointed with oil, —of fine wheaten meal, shalt thou make them;

3 Y los pondrás en un canasto, y los presentarás en el canasto junto con el novillo y los dos carneros.

and thou shalt place them in one basket, and bring them near in the basket, —and the bullock, and the two rams.

4 Luego harás que Aarón y sus hijos se acerquen a la entrada del Tabernáculo de la Reunión, donde los lavarás con agua.

And Aaron and his sons, shalt thou bring near, unto the opening of the tent of meeting, —and shalt bathe them in water.

5 Tomarás después las vestiduras y vestirás a Aarón con la túnica, el manto del efod, el efod y el pectoral, que ceñirás con la cinta del efod.

And thou shalt take the garments and clothe Aaron—with the tunic, and with the robe of the ephod, and with the ephod, and with the breastpiece, —and shalt gird him with the curious band of the ephod;

6 Pondrás la mitra sobre su cabeza, y sobre la mitra colocarás la diadema de santidad.

and shalt put the turban upon his head, —and place the holy crown upon the turban.

7 Entonces tomarás el óleo de la unción, se lo derramarás sobre la cabeza y así lo ungirás.

Then shalt thou take the anointing oil, and pour upon his head, —so shalt thou anoint him.

8 Harás igualmente que se lleguen sus hijos y los vestirás con túnicas;

His sons also, shalt thou bring near, —and clothe them with tunics;

9 y ceñirás a Aarón y a sus hijos los cinturones y les sujetarás las tiaras. A ellos les corresponderá el sacerdocio por ley perpetua. Así consagrarás a Aarón y a sus hijos.

and thou shalt gird them with girdles, Aaron and his sons, and twist round for them caps, so shall they have priesthood by a statute age-abiding, —so shalt thou install, Aaron and his sons.

10 El novillo lo llevarás ante el Tabernáculo de la Reunión, y Aarón y sus hijos pondrán las manos sobre la cabeza del novillo.

And thou shalt bring near the bullock, before the tent of meeting, —and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands upon the head of the bullock;

11 Luego degollarás el novillo delante de Yahvé, a la entrada del Tabernáculo de la Reunión.

then shalt thou slay the bullock before Yahweh, —at the opening of the tent of meeting:

12 Y tomando de la sangre del novillo la pondrás con tu dedo sobre los cuernos del altar, y derramarás toda la sangre al pie del altar.

and thou shalt take of the blood of the bullock, and place upon the horns of the altar, with thy finger, —and all the remaining blood, shalt thou pour out at the foundation of the altar;

13 Saca todo el sebo que cubre las entrañas, la redecilla del hígado, y los dos riñones con el sebo que los envuelve, para quemarlo en el altar.

and thou shalt take all the fat that covereth the inner part, and the caul upon the liver, and the two kidneys, with the fat which is upon them, and burn as incense on the altar:

14 Mas la carne del novillo, con su piel y sus excrementos, la quemarás fuera del campamento. Es sacrificio por el pecado.”

but the flesh of the bullock and its skin, and its dung, shalt thou burn up with fire, outside the camp, —a sin-bearer, it is.

15 “Después tomarás uno de los carneros, y Aarón y sus hijos pondrán las manos sobre la cabeza del carnero.

One ram also, shalt thou take, and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands, upon the head of the ram;

16 Degollado el carnero tomarás de su sangre y rociarás con ella el altar todo en derredor.

then shalt thou slay the ram, —and take its blood, and dash upon the altar round about;

17 Luego descuartizarás el carnero, lavarás sus entrañas y sus piernas, las pondrás sobre sus trozos y sobre su cabeza,

but the ram itself, shalt thou cut up into its pieces, —and shalt bathe its inner part, and its legs, and lay upon its pieces and upon its head;

18 y quemarás todo el carnero en el altar. Es holocausto a Yahvé, olor grato, sacrificio consumido por el fuego en honor de Yahvé.

and shalt burn the whole ram as incense on the altar, an ascending-sacrifice, it is to Yahweh, —a satisfying odour, an altar-flame to Yahweh, it is.

19 Tomarás también el segundo carnero, y Aarón y sus hijos pondrán las manos sobre la cabeza del carnero.

Then shalt thou take the second ram, —and Aaron and his sons shall lean their hands upon the head of the ram;

20 Y degollado este carnero, tomarás de su sangre y untarás con ella el lóbulo de la oreja derecha de Aarón y el lóbulo de la oreja derecha de sus hijos, el pulgar de su mano derecha y el pulgar de su pie derecho, y derramarás la sangre (restante) alrededor del altar.

then shalt thou slay the ram, and take of its blood, and place upon the tip of the ear of Aaron and upon the tip of the ear of his sons—the right ear, and upon the thumb of their right hand, and upon the great toe of their right foot, —and shalt dash the blood upon the altar round about.

21 Toma luego de la sangre que habrá sobre el altar, y del óleo de la unción, para rociar a Aarón y sus vestiduras, sus hijos y las vestiduras de sus hijos juntamente con él. Así quedarán consagrados él y sus vestiduras, y con él sus hijos y las vestiduras de sus hijos.

Then shalt thou take of the blood that is upon the altar and of the anointing oil, and sprinkle upon Aaron and upon his garments, and upon his sons and upon the garments of his sons with him, —so shall he be hallowed—he, and his garments, and his sons and the garments of his sons, with him.

22 Toma después de este carnero el sebo: la cola, el sebo que cubre las entrañas, la redecilla del hígado, los dos riñones con el sebo que los envuelve, y la pierna derecha, porque es carnero de consagración.

Then shalt thou take from the ram—the fat and the fat-tail and the fat that covereth the inner part and the caul of the liver and the two kidneys with the fat that is upon them, and the right shoulder, —for, a ram of installation, it is, —

23 Toma también un pan, una torta de pan de aceite y una galleta del canasto de los ácimos que está delante de Yahvé.”

and one round-cake of bread, and one cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, —out of the basket of unleavened cakes, which is before Yahweh;

24 “Todo eso pondrás sobre las palmas de las manos de Aarón y de sus hijos; y lo mecerás como ofrenda mecida delante de Yahvé.

and shalt lay the whole upon the heads of Aaron, and upon the hands of his sons, —then shalt thou wave them to and fro as a wave-offering, before Yahweh;

25 Después lo tomarás de sus manos y lo quemarás en el altar encima del holocausto como olor grato a Yahvé. Es un sacrificio a fuego en honor de Yahvé.

and shalt take them from their hand, and burn them as incense on the altar upon the ascending-sacrifice, —as a satisfying odour, before Yahweh, an altar-flame, it is to Yahweh.

26 Tomarás también el pecho del carnero degollado en la consagración de Aarón, y lo mecerás como ofrenda mecida delante de Yahvé; esa será tu porción.

Then shalt thou take the breast from the ram of installation which is for Aaron, and shalt wave it as a wave-offering, before Yahweh, —so shall it be thy share,

27 Así santificarás el pecho de la ofrenda mecida y la pierna de la elevación, es decir, aquellas partes del carnero de la consagración que han sido mecidas y elevadas y pertenecen a Aarón y a sus hijos;

And thou shalt hallow the breast of the wave-offering, and the shoulder of the heave-offering, which is waved to and fro, and which is heaved up, from the ram of installation, from that which is for Aaron, and from that which is for his sons;

28 y serán de Aarón y de sus hijos, como porción legal perpetua, de parte de los hijos de Israel; porque es ofrenda de elevación; y esa ofrenda de elevación han de dársela los hijos de Israel en sus sacrificios pacíficos como ofrenda alzada en honor de Yahvé.”

so shall it belong to Aaron and to his sons for an age-abiding statute from the sons of Israel, for a heave-offering, it is, —and, a heave-offering, shall it remain, from the sons of Israel out of their peace-offerings, their heave-offering to Yahweh.

29 “Las vestiduras sagradas de Aarón serán después de él para sus hijos. Con ellas serán ungidos y con ellas serán consagrados.

And, the holy garments which belong to Aaron, shall belong to his sons, after him, -to be anointed therein, and to be installed therein,

30 Por siete días las vestirá aquel de sus hijos que sea sacerdote en su lugar y entre en el Tabernáculo de la Reunión para servir en el Santuario.

Seven days, shall they be put on by him from among his sons who is priest in his stead, —by him who goeth into the tent of meeting, to minister in the holy place.

31 Después tomaras el carnero de la consagración y cocerás su carne en lugar sagrado;

And, the ram of installation, shalt thou take, —and shalt boil its flesh, in a holy place;

32 y Aarón y sus hijos comerán a la entrada del Tabernáculo de la Reunión la carne del carnero y el pan que estará en el canasto.

and Aaron and his sons shall eat the flesh of the ram, and the bread that is in the basket, —at the opening of the tent of meeting:

33 Comerán aquello que ha servido para su expiación, al consagrarlos y santificarlos; pero ningún extraño coma de ellas, porque son cosas santas.

thus shall they eat those things wherewith a propitiatory-covering hath been made, to install them, to hallow them, but, a stranger, shall not eat, for holy, they are.

34 Si sobrare algo de la carne de la consagración o del pan hasta el día siguiente, quemaras el resto; no ha de comerse, porque es cosa santa.”

And, if there be left over of the flesh of installation, or of the bread until the morning, then shalt thou burn up what is left over, in the fire, it shall not be eaten for holy, it is.

35 “Harás, pues, con Aarón y con sus hijos de esta manera, según todo lo que te he mandado. Durante siete días los consagrarás.

So then thou shalt do for Aaron and for his sons, in this manner, according to all which I have commanded, thee, —seven days, shalt thou install them.

36 Cada día ofrecerás un novillo como sacrificio por el pecado, para expiación; y purificarás el altar mediante esta expiación, y lo ungirás para santificarlo.

And a sin-bearing bullock, shalt thou offer daily, for them who are to be covered by propitiation, and shalt make a sin-cleansing for the altar, when thou puttest a propitiatory-covering thereon, —and shalt anoint it to hallow it.

37 Por siete días harás la expiación del altar, y lo santificarás, y será el altar cosa sacratísima; todo cuanto toque el altar quedará santificado.”

Seven days, shalt thou put a propitiatory-covering over the altar, and so shalt hallow it, thus shall the altar become most holy; whosoever toucheth the altar, must be holy.

38 “He aquí lo que has de ofrecer sobre el altar: dos corderos primales cada día perpetuamente.

This, moreover, is what thou shalt offer upon the altar, two lambs of a year old day by day, continually:

39 Un cordero ofrecerás por la mañana, y el otro cordero lo ofrecerás entre las dos tardes;

The one lamb, shalt thou offer in the morning, and the second lamb, shalt thou offer between the evenings;

40 y con el primer cordero la décima parte (de un efa) de flor de harina amasada con un cuarto de hin de aceite de oliva majada, y para libación un cuarto de hin de vino.

and a tenth part of fine meal mingled with a fourth part of the hin of beaten oil, and, as a drink-offering, a fourth part of the hin of wine, —with the one lamb.

41 El otro cordero lo ofrecerás entre las dos tardes, con la misma ofrenda como a la mañana y con la misma libación, como olor grato, sacrificio a fuego en honor de Yahvé;

And the second lamb, shalt thou offer between the evenings, -according to the meal-offering of the morning, and according to the drink-offering thereof, shalt thou offer with it, for a satisfying odour, an altar-flame, to Yahweh:

42 en holocausto perpetuo, durante vuestras generaciones, ante Yahvé, a la entrada del Tabernáculo de la Reunión, donde me encontraré con vosotros, para hablar allí contigo.

a continual ascending-sacrifice to your generations, at the opening of the tent of meeting, before Yahweh, where will meet with you, to speak unto thee there.

43 Allí me reuniré con los hijos de Israel y (el lugar) será consagrado por mi gloria.

So will I meet there with the sons of Israel, and it shall be hallowed by my glory.

44 Consagraré el Tabernáculo de la Reunión y el altar, y consagraré también a Aarón y a sus hijos para que sean mis sacerdotes.

Thus will I hallow the tent of meeting, and the altar, —and, Aaron and his sons, will I hallow, to minister as priests unto me.

45 Y habitaré en medio de los hijos de Israel, y seré su Dios.

Thus will I make my habitation in the midst of the sons of Israel, and will be their God;

46 Y reconocerán que Yo soy Yahvé, su Dios, que los saqué de la tierra de Egipto para habitar entre ellos, Yo, Yahvé, su Dios.”

and they shall know that, I—Yahweh, am their God, who brought them forth out of the land of Egypt that I might make my habitation in their midst, I—Yahweh, their God.
