Éxodo 28
1 “Has llegar a ti de en medio de los hijos de Israel a tu hermano Aarón, con sus hijos, para que él sea sacerdote mío: Aarón, con Nadab, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar, hijos de Aarón.
Also applie thou to thee Aaron, thi brother, with hise sones, fro the myddis of the sones of Israel, that Aaron, Nadab, and Abyu, Eleazar, and Ythamar, be set in preesthod to me.
2 Y harás a Aarón, tu hermano, vestiduras sagradas, para gloria y adorno.
And thou schalt make an hooli clooth to Aaron, thi brother, in to glorie and fairenesse.
3 Hablarás con todos los hombres ingeniosos, que Yo he dotado de espíritu de sabiduría, y ellos harán las vestiduras de Aarón, para santificarle, a fin de que sea sacerdote mío.
And thou schalt speke to alle wise men in herte, whiche Y haue fillid with the spirit of prudence, that thei make clothis to Aaron, in whiche he schal be halewid, and schal mynystre to me.
4 Estas son las vestiduras que han de hacer: un pectoral, un efod, una sobretúnica, una túnica bordada, una mitra y un cinturón. Harán, pues, vestiduras sagradas para Aarón, tu hermano, y para sus hijos, a fin de que sean sacerdotes delante de Mí.
Forsothe these schulen be the clothis, whiche thei schulen make; `thei schulen make racional, and a clooth on the schuldris, a coote, and a streyt lynnun clooth, a mytre, and a girdil; hooli cloothis to Aaron, thi brother, and to hise sones, that thei be set in preesthod to me.
5 Tomarán para ello oro, jacinto, púrpura escarlata y carmesí y tejido de lino fino.”
And thei schulen take gold, and iacynt, and purpur, and `reed selk twies died, and bijs;
6 “El efod lo harán artísticamente de oro, de jacinto, púrpura escarlata, carmesí y lino fino torzal.
forsothe thei schulen make the clooth on the schuldris of gold, and of iacynt, and purpur, and of `reed selk twies died, and of bijs foldid ayen, bi broyderi werk of dyuerse colours.
7 Tendrá dos hombreras unidas entre sí y atadas a sus dos extremos.
It schal haue twey hemmes ioyned in euer either side of hiynessis, that tho go ayen in to oon.
8 La cinta que está sobre él para ceñirlo, formará una misma pieza con él arrancando del mismo, y será de oro, de jacinto, púrpura escarlata, carmesí y lino fino torzal.
Thilke weuyng, and al dyuersite of the werk schal be of gold, and iacynt, and purpur, and of `reed selk twies died, and bijs foldis ayen.
9 Y tomarás dos piedras de ónice, sobre las cuales grabarás los nombres de los hijos de Israel:
And thou schalt take twei stoonys of onychym, and thou schalt graue in tho the names of the sones of Israel,
10 seis de sus nombres en una piedra, y los seis nombres restantes en la otra piedra, por orden de su nacimiento.
sixe names in o stoon, and sixe othere in the tother stoon, bi the ordre of her birthe;
11 Como se tallan las piedras y como se graban los sellos, así harás grabar en esas dos piedras los nombres de los hijos de Israel, engarzándolas en engastes de oro.
bi the werk of a grauere, and bi the peyntyng of a man that ourneth with gemmes thou schalt graue tho stoonys, with the names of the sones of Israel; and thou schalt enclose and cumpasse in gold.
12 Después pondrás las dos piedras sobre las hombreras del efod, como piedras de recuerdo de los hijos de Israel, y así llevará Aarón sus nombres sobre sus dos hombros para memoria delante de Yahvé.
And thou schalt sette tho stoonus in euer either side of the cloth on the schuldris, a memorial to the sones of Israel; and Aaron schal bere the names of hem bifor the Lord on euer either schuldre, for remembryng.
13 Harás, pues, engastes de oro;
And thou schalt make hookis of gold,
14 y también dos cadenillas de oro puro, trenzadas a manera de cordones, y fijaras las cadenillas trenzadas en los engastes.”
and twey litil chaynes of clenneste gold, cleuynge to hem silf togidere, whiche litil chaynes thou schalt sette in the hookis.
15 “Harás también artísticamente el pectoral del juicio, al estilo de la obra del efod. De oro, púrpura escarlata, carmesí y lino fino torzal lo harás.
Also thou schalt make the racional of doom by werk of dyuerse colours, bi the weuyng of the cloth on the schuldre, of gold, iacynt, and purpur, of `reed silk twies died, and of bijs foldid ayen.
16 Será cuadrado y doblado, de un palmo de largo y de un palmo de ancho.
It schal be foure cornerid, and double; it schal haue the mesure of a pawme of the hond, as wel in lengthe, as in breede.
17 Lo guarnecerás de engastes de pedrería, poniendo las piedras en cuatro filas; en la primera fila un sardio, un topacio y una esmeralda;
And thou schalt sette ther ynne foure ordris of stoonys; in the firste ordre schal be the stoon sardius, and topazyus, and smaragdus;
18 en la segunda fila un rubí, un zafiro y un diamante;
in the secunde ordre schal be charbuncle, safir, and iaspis; in the thridde ordre schal be ligurie,
19 en la tercera fila un jacinto, un ágata y una amatista;
achates, and ametiste;
20 en la cuarta fila un crisólito, un ónice y un jaspe; todos engastados en oro.
in the fourthe ordre schal be crisolitus, onochyn, and berille; tho schulen be closid in gold, bi her ordris,
21 Las piedras corresponderán a los nombres de los hijos de Israel: doce, como los nombres de ellos, entalladas como sellos cada una con su nombre, conformé a las doce tribus.”
and schulen haue the names of the sones of Israel: tho schulen be graven with twelue names; al stonus bi hem silf, with the names of the sones `of Israel bi hem silf, bi twelue lynagis.
22 “Sobre el pectoral harás cadenillas de oro puro, trenzadas a manera de cordones;
Thou schalt make in the racional chaynes cleuynge to hem silf togidere of pureste gold,
23 y sobre el pectoral dos anillos de oro, que fijarás en los dos extremos del pectoral.
and thou schalt make twei goldun ryngis, whiche thou schalt sette in euer either hiynesse of racional.
24 Introducirás los dos cordones de oro por los dos anillos, en los extremos del pectoral;
And thou schalt ioyne the goldun chaynes with the ryngis that ben in the brynkis therof,
25 y unirás los dos extremos de los dos cordones a los dos engastes, y los fijarás en la parte delantera de las hombreras del efod.
and thou schalt couple the `last thingis of tho chaynes to twey hookis in euer either side of the `cloth on the schuldur, that biholdith the racional.
26 Harás (otros) dos anillos de oro, que pondrás en los dos extremos (inferiores) del pectoral, en el borde interior que mira hacia el efod.
And thou schalt make twei goldun ryngis, whiche thou schalt sette in the hiynesses of the racional, and in the hemmes of the cloth on the schuldur, that ben euene ayens, and biholden the lattere thingis therof.
27 Además harás dos anillos de oro y los fijarás en la parte inferior de las dos hombreras del efod, por delante, cerca de su enlace, por encima de la cinta del efod.
Also and thou schalt make tweyne othere goldun ryngis, that schulen be set in euer either side of the clooth on the schuldur bynethe, that biholdith ayens the face of the lowere ioynyng, that it may be set couenabli with the `cloth on the schuldre.
28 El pectoral se unirá por sus anillos a los anillos del efod, con un cordón de jacinto, para que quede sobre la cinta del efod y no se desprenda el pectoral del efod.
And the racional be boundun bi hise ryngis with the ryngis of the `cloth on the schuldre, with a lace of iacynt, that the ioyning maad craftili dwelle, and that the racional and `cloth on the schuldre moun not be departid ech fro other.
29 Así llevará Aarón sobre su corazón los nombres de los hijos de Israel, en el pectoral del juicio, siempre que entre en el Santuario, en memoria perpetua delante de Yahvé.
And Aaron schal bere the names of the sones of Israel in the racional of doom on his brest, whanne he entrith in to the seyntuarie, a memorial bifor the Lord with outen ende.
30 En el pectoral del juicio pondrás los Urim y Tummim, para que estén sobre el corazón de Aarón cuando se presente ante Yahvé. Así llevará Aarón constantemente sobre su corazón delante de Yahvé el juicio de los hijos de Israel.”
Forsothe thou schalt sette in the racional of doom, techyng, and treuthe, whiche schulen be in the brest of Aaron, whanne he entrith bifor the Lord, and he schal bere the doom of the sones of Israel in his brest in the siyt of the Lord euere.
31 “La sobretúnica del efod la harás toda de jacinto.
And thou schalt make the coote of the `cloth on the schuldre al of iacynt,
32 En su centro habrá una abertura para la cabeza; esta abertura tendrá todo en torno una orla, tejida como el cuello de una cota, para que no se rompa.
in whos myddil aboue schal be an hood, and a wouun hemme `bi cumpas therof, as it is wont to be don in the hemmes of clothis, lest it be brokun liytli.
33 Alrededor de todo su borde inferior pondrás granadas de jacinto, púrpura escarlata y carmesí, y en medio de ellas todo en torno campanillas de oro.
Forsothe bynethe at the feet of the same coote, bi cumpas, thou schalt make as `piyn applis, of iacynt, and purpur, of `reed selk twies died, and of biis foldid ayen; while smale bellis ben medlid in the myddis,
34 A una campanilla de oro y una granada siga otra campanilla de oro y otra granada, todo alrededor del borde inferior de la sobretúnica.
so that a litil `belle of gold be and a `piyn appil, and eft another litel belle of gold and a `pyn appil.
35 Aarón la llevará en el ejercicio de su ministerio, para que se oiga su sonido cuando entre en el Santuario ante Yahvé y cuando salga; y así no morirá.”
And Aaron schal be clothid with that coote in the office of seruyce, that sown be herd, whanne he entrith in to the seyntuarie, and goith out, in the siyt of the Lord; and that he die not.
36 “Harás, además, una lámina de oro puro, y en ella grabarás, como se graban los sellos: Santidad a Yahvé.
And thou schalt make a plate of pureste gold, in which thou schalt graue bi the werk of a grauere, the holi to the Lord.
37 La sujetarás con un cordón de jacinto de tal modo que esté fija sobre la mitra, por delante.
And thou schalt bynde that plate with a lace of iacynt, and it schal be on the mytre,
38 Estará sobre la frente de Aarón; pues Aarón llevará las faltas cometidas por los hijos de Israel en las cosas sagradas al ofrecer toda suerte de santas ofrendas. Estará constantemente sobre su frente, para que hallen gracia delante de Yahvé.”
and schal neiye the forheed of the bischop. And Aaron schal bere the wickidnessis of hem whiche the sones of Israel `offeriden, and halewiden in alle her yiftis and fre yiftis; forsothe the plate schal euere be in `his forhed, that the Lord be plesid to him.
39 “La túnica la tejerás de lino fino. Harás también la mitra de lino fino. El cinturón lo harás de labor de recamado.”
And thou schalt bynde the coot of biis, and the myter of bijs, and thou schalt make also a girdil, `bi werk of broiderye.
40 “Para los hijos de Aarón harás túnicas. Les harás también cinturones y turbantes para distinción y adorno.
Forsothe thou schalt make redi to `the sones of Aaron linnun cootis, and girdlis, and mytris, in to glorie and fairnesse.
41 Vestirás así a Aarón, tu hermano, y a sus hijos. Y los ungirás, los consagrarás y los santificarás, para que sean sacerdotes míos.
And thou schalt clothe Aaron, thi brother, with alle these, and hise sones with hym. And thou schalt sacre the hondis of alle; and thou schalt halewe hem, that thei be set in preesthood to me.
42 Hazles también calzoncillos de lino, para cubrir su desnudez desde la cintura hasta los muslos.
Also thou schalt make lynnun brechis, that thei hile the fleisch of her filthe fro the reynes `til to the hipis.
43 Aarón y sus hijos los llevarán al entrar en el Tabernáculo de Reunión, o al acercarse al altar para servir en el Santuario, a fin de que no se atraigan culpa y así mueran. Estatuto perpetuo será este para él y su descendencia después de él.”
And Aaron and hise sones schulen vse tho, whanne thei schulen entre in to the tabernacle of witnessyng, ether whanne thei neiyen to the auter, that thei mynystren in the seyntuarie, lest thei ben gilti of wickidnesse, and dien; it schal be a lawful thing euerlastynge to Aaron, and to his seed after hym.
