1 Ilaahow, ammaan baa Siyoon kugu sugaysa, Oo nidarkana waa in adiga laguu oofiyo.
To the chief Musician, A Psalm [and] Song of David. Praise waiteth for thee, O God, in Sion: and unto thee shall the vow be performed.
2 Kaaga baryootanka maqlow, Dadka oo dhammu adigay kuu iman doonaan.
O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come.
3 Waxaa iga adkaada xumaatooyin, Xadgudubkayagase waad naga nadiifin doontaa.
Iniquities prevail against me: [as for] our transgressions, thou shalt purge them away.
4 Waxaa barakaysan ninkii aad dooratid, oo aad ka dhigto inuu kuu soo dhowaado, Inuu degganaado barxadahaaga. Waxaan ka dhergi doonnaa wanaagga gurigaaga, Kaas oo ah meesha quduuska ah oo macbudkaaga.
Blessed [is the man whom] thou choosest, and causest to approach [unto thee, that] he may dwell in thy courts: we shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, [even] of thy holy temple.
5 Ilaaha badbaadadayadow, Waxyaalo cabsi badan ayaad xaqnimo noogu jawaabi doontaa, Waxaad tahay kalsoonida kuwa dunida darfaheeda oo dhan, Iyo kuwa badda fogba,
[By] terrible things in righteousness wilt thou answer us, O God of our salvation; [who art] the confidence of all the ends of the earth, and of them that are afar off [upon] the sea:
6 Kaas oo xooggiisa buuraha ku adkeeya, Isagoo dhexda xoog ku xidhay.
Which by his strength setteth fast the mountains; [being] girded with power:
7 Wuxuu aamusiiyaa guuxa badaha, iyo guuxa hirarkooda, Iyo dadyowga buuqooda.
Which stilleth the noise of the seas, the noise of their waves, and the tumult of the people.
8 Oo weliba kuwa dhulka meelaha ugu fog deggan waxay ka cabsadaan calaamooyinkaaga, Oo adigu waad ka farxisaa meelaha ay subaxda iyo fiidkaba ka baxaan.
They also that dwell in the uttermost parts are afraid at thy tokens: thou makest the outgoings of the morning and evening to rejoice.
9 Dhulka waad soo booqataa, oo waad biyaysaa, Oo aad baad u barwaaqaysaa, Webiga Ilaahna biyaa ka buuxa, Waxaad iyaga siisaa hadhuudh, markii aad dhulka sidaas u diyaarisay.
Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it with the river of God, [which] is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.
10 Adigu beerta jeexjeexeeda aad baad u waraabisaa, Oo waxaad dejisaa jeexjeexa tuurahooda, Oo tiixtiix baad ku jilcisaa, Oo waxa ka soo baxana waad barakaysaa.
Thou waterest the ridges thereof abundantly: thou settlest the furrows thereof: thou makest it soft with showers: thou blessest the springing thereof.
11 Sannadda waxaad taaj uga dhigtaa wanaaggaaga, Oo waddooyinkaagana waxaa ka tifqa subag.
Thou crownest the year with thy goodness; and thy paths drop fatness.
12 Waxay ku tifqaan daaqa cidlada, Oo buuruhuna waxay guntadaan farxad.
They drop [upon] the pastures of the wilderness: and the little hills rejoice on every side.
13 Berrimmada daaqu waxay huwadaan tirooyin adhyo ah, Dooxooyinkana waxaa qariya hadhuudh, Markaasay farxad la qayliyaan, oo weliba gabyaan.
The pastures are clothed with flocks; the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing.
