Bagalatiya 1
1 Njame Paulo mutumwa, ndiya kusalwa ne bantu nambi kupitila mu muntu sobwe, nsombi ndalasalwa ne Yesu Klistu, kayi ne Lesa Bata balamupundusha kubafu.
Paul, an apostle (not from men, neither through man, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead),
2 Ame pamo ne baname abo bali pamo nenjame, tulamupanga mitende mibungano ya mucibela ca Galatiya.
and all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:
3 Kwina moyo ne lumuno lwa Lesa Bata ne Mwami Yesu Klistu lube nenjamwe.
Grace to you and peace from God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ,
4 Yesu walaliyaba pacebo cakwambeti atulubule ku bwipishi bwetu, kayi walatupulusha kufuma kubuyumi bwaipa bwacino cindi. Walensa bintu mbyalikuyanda Lesa Ishetu. (aiōn g165)
who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us out of this present evil world, according to the will of our God and Father: (aiōn g165)
to whom [be] the glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
6 Ndakankamananga pakuboneti mulapatukunga kufuma kuli Lesa walamukuwa kwelana ne kwina moyo kwa Klistu, mulatatiki kukonka mulumbe naumbi,
I marvel that ye are so quickly removing from him that called you in the grace of Christ unto a different gospel;
7 mulumbe ngomulakonkelenga nte mulumbe waina sobwe. Nsombi kuli bantu nabambi balayandanga kumufulunganya pakusandula Mulumbe Waina ulambanga sha Klistu.
which is not another [gospel]: only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 Nomba uliyense, nambi njafwe nambi mungelo lafumu kwilu wisakumukambaukila Mulumbe Waina wapusana ne ngotwalamukambaukila, uyo ashinganwe.
But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach unto you any gospel other than that which we preached unto you, let him be anathema.
9 Mbuli ncotwalambapo kendi kayi ndabweshengaponga kwambeti muntu uliyense weshi akamukambaukile mulumbe wapusana ne Mulumbe Waina ngotwalamwambila, uyo abe washinganwa.
As we have said before, so say I now again, If any man preacheth unto you any gospel other than that which ye received, let him be anathema.
10 Sena pakwamba bintu ibi ndayandangeti bantu bansuminishe? Sobwe, nsombi kwambeti Lesa ansuminishe. Sena ndayandanga kwambeti nkondweleshe bantu? Nendalikuyanda kukondwelesha bantu, nendalabula kuba musebenshi wa Klistu.
For am I now persuading men, or God? or am I seeking to please men? if I were still pleasing men, I should not be a servant of Christ.
11 Mobanse, kamuleka ndimwambile, Mulumbe Waina uyo ngonkute kukambauka nkaukute kufuma kubantu sobwe.
For I make known to you, brethren, as touching the gospel which was preached by me, that it is not after man.
12 Nkandalautambula kufuma kubantu sobwe, kayi kuliya muntu walanjiyisha, nsombi ni Yesu Klistu mwine ewalanjubulwila Mulumbe uwu.
For neither did I receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but [it came to me] through revelation of Jesus Christ.
13 Mwalanyumfwa bwikalo bwakame bwakaindi mpondalikuba mumpaililo ya Ciyuda. Ndalikuba muntu walikupensha mubungano wa Lesa kwakubula inkumbo, kayi ndalikuyandishisha kuwonongelalimo.
For ye have heard of my manner of life in time past in the Jews’ religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and made havock of it:
14 Ndalikupita baname bangi balikuba bamushimba wakame pakwinsa bintu bya mpaililo ya Ciyuda, kayi ndalikuba walibenga pakukonka miyambo ya bashali betu.
and I advanced in the Jews’ religion beyond many of mine own age among my countrymen, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
15 Nsombi Lesa walampatula kantana nsemwa, kayi mukwina moyo kwakendi walankuweti ndimusebensele. Lino mpwalayanda
But when it was the good pleasure of God, who separated me, [even] from my mother’s womb, and called me through his grace,
16 kundesha Mwanendi kwambeti njenga akukambauka Mulumbe Waina ulambanga sha endiye kubantu bamishobo naimbi, ndiya kuyapo kumuntu naumbi kwambeti ampeko mano.
to reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
17 Kayi nkandalayapo ku Yelusalemu kuya kubona balatanguna kuba batumwa kantana mba umo wa endibo. Nsombi ndalaya ku Alabiya kayi ne kubwelela ku Damasiko.
neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me: but I went away into Arabia; and again I returned unto Damascus.
18 Mpopalapita byaka bitatu ndalaya ku Yelusalemu akunyumfwa makani kuli Petulo, ndalekalako masuba akwana likumi ne asanu.
Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to visit Cephas, and tarried with him fifteen days.
19 Nkandalabonapo mutumwa naumbi, nsombi enkowa Jemusi mukwabo Mwami.
But other of the apostles saw I none, save James the Lord’s brother.
20 Ncondalembenga nicakubinga, kayi neye Lesa ucinshi kwambeti nkandabepenga sobwe.
Now touching the things which I write unto you, behold, before God, I lie not.
21 Kufumapo ndalaya ku cibela ca ku Siliya ne ku Kilikiya.
Then I came into the regions of Syria and Cilicia.
22 Pacindi ico bantu ba mumibungano ya ku Yudeya nkabalikunjishiba ame sobwe.
And I was still unknown by face unto the churches of Judaea which were in Christ:
23 Balikunyufwowa mbyobali kwamba bantu eti, “Usa muntu walikutupensha lakambaukunga lushomo ndwalelesha kushina!”
but they only heard say, He that once persecuted us now preacheth the faith of which he once made havock;
24 Neco balalumbaisha Lesa pacebo ca njame.
and they glorified God in me.
