Откровение ап. Иоанна Богослова 3
1 И Ангелу Сардийския церкве напиши: тако глаголет Имеяй седмь духов Божиих и седмь звезд: вем твоя дела, яко имя имаши яко жив, а мертв еси.
“To the angel of the church in Sardis write: 'The words of the one who holds the seven spirits of God and the seven stars. “I know what you have done. You have a reputation that you are alive, but you are dead.
2 Буди бдя и утверждая прочая, имже умрети: не обретох бо дел твоих скончаных пред Богом (твоим).
Wake up and strengthen what remains, but is about to die, because I have not found your deeds complete in the sight of my God.
3 Поминай убо, како приял еси и слышал еси, и соблюдай и покайся. Аще убо не бдиши, прииду на тя яко тать, и не имаши почути, в кий час прииду на тя.
Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard. Obey it, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come as a thief, and you will not know what hour I will come against you.
4 Но имаши мало имен и в Сардии, иже не оскверниша риз своих, и ходити имут со Мною в белых, яко достойни суть.
But you have a few names in Sardis who have not stained their clothes, and they will walk with me, dressed in white, for they are worthy.
5 Побеждаяй, той облечется в ризы белыя, и не имам отмыти имене его от книг животных, и исповем имя его пред Отцем Моим и пред Ангелы Его.
The one who conquers will be clothed in white garments, and I will never wipe his name out of the Book of Life, and I will speak his name before my Father, and before his angels.
6 Имеяй ухо да слышит, что Дух глаголет церквам.
Let the one who has an ear listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches.”'”
7 И Ангелу Филаделфийския церкве напиши: тако глаголет Святый Истинный, имеяй ключь Давидов, отверзаяй, и никтоже затворит, затворяяй, и никтоже отверзет:
“To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: 'The words of the one who is holy and true— he holds the key of David, he opens and no one shuts, he shuts and no one can open.
8 вем твоя дела: се, дах пред тобою двери отверсты, и никтоже может затворити их: яко малу имаши силу, и соблюл еси Мое слово, и не отверглся еси имене Моего.
“I know what you have done. Look, I have put before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have obeyed my word and have not denied my name.
9 Се, даю от сонмища сатанина глаголющыяся быти Иудеи, и не суть, но лгут: се, сотворю их, да приидут и поклонятся пред ногама твоима, и уразумеют, яко Аз возлюбих тя.
Look! Those who belong to the synagogue of Satan who say they are Jews but are not, but they are liars—I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and they will come to know that I loved you.
10 Яко соблюл еси слово терпения Моего, и Аз тя соблюду от годины искушения, хотящия приити на всю вселенную искусити живущыя на земли.
Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of testing that is coming on the whole world, to test those who live on the earth.
11 Се, гряду скоро: держи, еже имаши, да никтоже приимет венца твоего.
I am coming soon. Hold to what you have so no one can take away your crown.
12 Побеждающаго сотворю столпа в церкви Бога Моего, и боле не имать изыти ктому: и напишу на нем имя Бога Моего и имя града Бога Моего, новаго Иерусалима, сходящаго с небес от Бога Моего, и имя Мое новое.
The one who conquers, I will make like a pillar in the temple of my God. Never again will he go out of it, and I will write on him the name of my God, the name of the city of my God (the new Jerusalem, that comes down out of heaven from my God), and my new name.
13 Имеяй ухо да слышит, что Дух глаголет церквам.
Let the one who has an ear listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches.”'”
14 И Ангелу Лаодикийския церкве напиши: тако глаголет Аминь, свидетель верный и истинный, начаток создания Божия:
“To the angel of the church in Laodicea write: 'The words of the Amen, the reliable and true witness, the ruler over God's creation.
15 вем твоя дела, яко ни студен еси ни тепл: не да студен бы был ни тепл.
“I know what you have done, and that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish that you were either cold or hot!
16 Тако, яко обуморен еси, и ни тепл ни студен, изблевати тя от уст Моих имам.
So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to vomit you out of my mouth.
17 Зане глаголеши, яко богат есмь и обогатихся и ничтоже требую: и не веси, яко ты еси окаянен и беден, и нищь и слеп и наг.
For you say, 'I am rich, I have had many material possessions, and I need nothing.' But you do not know that you are most miserable, pitiable, poor, blind, and naked.
18 Совещаю тебе купити от Мене злато разжжено огнем, да обогатишися, и одеяние бело, да облечешися, и да не явится срамота наготы твоея: и коллурием помажи очи твои, да видиши.
Listen to my advice: Buy from me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and brilliant white garments so you may clothe yourself and not show the shame of your nakedness, and salve to anoint your eyes so you will see.
19 Аз, ихже аще люблю, обличаю и наказую. Ревнуй убо и покайся.
I train everyone whom I love, and I teach them how they should live. Therefore, be earnest and repent.
20 Се, стою при дверех и толку: аще кто услышит глас Мой и отверзет двери, вниду к нему и вечеряю с ним, и той со Мною.
Look, I am standing at the door and am knocking. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come into his home and will eat with him, and he with me.
21 Побеждающему дам сести со Мною на престоле Моем, якоже и Аз победих и седох со Отцем Моим на престоле Его.
The one who conquers, I will give him the right to sit down with me on my throne, just as I also conquered and sat down with my Father on his throne.
22 Имеяй ухо да слышит, что Дух глаголет церквам.
Let the one who has an ear listen to what the Spirit is saying to the churches.”'”
