Книга пророка Осии 13
1 По словеси Ефремову оправдания прия сей во Израили, и положи я Ваалови, и умре.
When Ephraim spake, there was trembling: hee exalted him selfe in Israel, but he hath sinned in Baal, and is dead.
2 И ныне приложиша согрешати и сотвориша себе слияние от злата и сребра своего по образу идолов, дела художников совершена: им сии глаголют: пожрите человеков, оскудеша бо телцы.
And nowe they sinne more and more, and haue made them molten images of their siluer, and idoles according to their owne vnderstanding: they were all the woorke of the craftesmen: they say one to another whiles they sacrifice a man, Let them kisse the calues.
3 Сего ради будут яко облак утренний, якоже роса утренняя идущи, якоже плевы с тока (и прах с ветвия) развеваемый вихром, якоже дым из трубы.
Therefore they shall bee as the morning cloude, and as the morning dewe that passeth away, as the chaffe that is driuen with a whirlewind out of the floore, and as the smoke that goeth out of the chimney.
4 Аз же Господь Бог твой утверждаяй небо и созидаяй землю, Егоже руце создасте все воинство небесное, и не показах ти их, еже ходити вслед их: и Аз изведох тя из земли Египетския, и бога разве Мене да не познаеши, и спасающаго несть разве Мене.
Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt knowe no God but me: for there is no Sauiour beside me.
5 Аз пасох тя в пустыни на земли ненаселенней,
I did knowe thee in the wildernesse, in the land of drought.
6 на пажитех их, и насытишася до исполнения, и вознесошася сердца их, сего ради забыша Мя.
As in their pastures, so were they filled: they were filled, and their heart was exalted: therefore haue they forgotten me.
7 И буду им яко панфирь, и яко рысь на пути Ассириев:
And I wil be vnto them as a very lyon, and as a leopard in the way of Asshur.
8 и срящу их аки медведица лишаема, и разрушу соключение сердец их: и поядят я скимни дубравнии, и зверие польстии расторгнут я.
I will meete them, as a beare that is robbed of her whelpes, and I will breake the kall of their heart, and there will I deuoure them like a lion: the wilde beast shall teare them.
9 В погибели твоей, Израилю, кто поможет тебе?
O Israel, one hath destroyed thee, but in me is thine helpe.
10 Где царь твой сей? Той да спасет тя во всех градех твоих: и да судит ти, о немже глаголал еси: даждь ми царя и князя.
I am: where is thy King, that shoulde help thee in al thy cities? and thy iudges, of whom thou saidest, Giue me a King, and princes?
11 И дах тебе царя во гневе Моем, и утвержахся в ярости Моей.
I gaue thee a King in mine anger, and I tooke him away in my wrath.
12 Согромаждение неправды Ефрем, сокровен грех его:
The iniquitie of Ephraim is bound vp: his sinne is hid.
13 болезни аки раждающия приидут ему: сей сын немудрый, зане ныне не устоит в сокрушении чад.
The sorowes of a trauailing woman shall come vpon him: he is an vnwise sonne, els would he not stande still at the time, euen at the breaking forth of the children.
14 От руки адовы избавлю я и от смерти искуплю я: где пря твоя, смерте? Где остен твой, аде? Утешение скрыся от очию Моею: (Sheol h7585)
I wil redeeme them from the power of the graue: I will deliuer them from death: O death, I wil be thy death: O graue, I will be thy destruction: repentance is hid from mine eyes. (Sheol h7585)
15 зане сей между братиями разлучит: наведет Господь ветр зноен из пустыни нань, и изсушит жилы его и опустошит источники его: сей изсушит землю его и вся сосуды его любимыя.
Though he grewe vp among his brethren, an East winde shall come, euen the winde of the Lord shall come vp from the wildernesse, and drie vp his veine, and his fountaine shalbe dryed vp: he shall spoyle the treasure of all pleasant vessels.
16 Погибнет Самариа, яко сопротивися и Богу своему: оружием падут сами, и младенцы их разбиются, и во утробе имущыя их разсядутся.
Samaria shalbe desolate: for she hath rebelled against her God: they shall fall by the sworde: their infants shalbe dashed in pieces, and their women with childe shalbe ript.
