Послание к Евреям 10

1 Сень бо имый закон грядущих благ, (а) не самый образ вещей, на всякое лето темиже жертвами, ихже приносят выну, никогдаже может приступающих совершити.

For the law, having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never, with the same sacrifices, which they offer year by year continually, make a perfect expiation for those who come to them:

2 Понеже престали бы быти приносимы, ни едину ктому имущым совесть о гресех служащым, единою очищенным.

for then, would they not have ceased to be offered? because the worshipers, after being once cleansed, would no longer have a consciousness of sins.

3 Но в них воспоминание грехов на коеждо лето бывает,

There is, however, in these sacrifices, a remembrance of sins every year.

4 невозможно бо крови юнчей и козлей отпущати грехи.

For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

5 Темже входя в мир, глаголет: жертвы и приношения не восхотел еси, тело же совершил Ми еси:

Wherefore, when he comes into the world, he says: Sacrifice and offering thou hast not desired, but a body thou hast prepared me;

6 всесожжений и о гресе не благоволил еси.

in whole burnt-offerings and offerings for sin, thou hast had no pleasure.

7 Тогда рех: се, иду: в главизне книжней написася о Мне, еже сотворити волю Твою, Боже.

Then, said I, Behold, I come, (in the roll of the book it is written of me, ) to do thy will, O God.

8 Выше глаголя: яко жертвы и приношения и всесожжений и о гресех не восхотел еси, ниже благоволил еси: яже по закону приносятся:

After saying above, Thou didst neither desire, nor take pleasure in sacrifice and offering and whole burnt-offerings and offerings for sin, which are offered according to the law,

9 тогда рече: се, иду сотворити волю Твою, Боже. Отемлет первое, да второе поставит.

then he said, Behold, I come to do thy will: he takes away the first, that he may establish the second.

10 О нейже воли освящени есмы принесением тела Иисус Христова единою.

By which will, we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ, once for all time.

11 И всяк убо священник стоит на всяк день служя и тыяжде множицею принося жертвы, яже никогдаже могут отяти грехов.

And every priest stands daily ministering, and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:

12 Он же едину о гресех принес жертву, всегда седит о десную Бога,

but after offering one sacrifice for sins, he himself sits continually at the right hand of God,

13 прочее ожидая, дондеже положатся врази Его подножие ног Его:

henceforth waiting till his enemies be made his footstool.

14 единем бо приношением совершил есть во веки освящаемых.

For by one offering, he has made a perfect and perpetual expiation for the sanctified.

15 Свидетелствует же нам и Дух Святый, по реченному бо прежде:

And, indeed, the Holy Spirit is a witness for us. For after he had said before,

16 сей завет, егоже завещаю к ним по днех онех, глаголет Господь, дая законы Моя на сердца их, и в помышлениих их напишу их:

This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord; putting my laws in their hearts, I will also write them in their understandings:

17 (таже глаголет Господь: ) и грехов их и беззаконий их не имам помянути ктому.

he adds, And their sins and iniquities I will remember no more.

18 А идеже отпущение сих, ктому несть приношения о гресех.

Now, where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.

19 Имуще убо дерзновение, братие, входити во святая Кровию Иисус Христовою, путем новым и живым,

Having therefore, brethren, confidence to enter the holiest by the blood of Jesus,

20 егоже обновил есть нам завесою, сиречь плотию Своею,

by a new and living way which he has dedicated for us, through the vail, that is, his flesh;

21 и Иереа велика над домом Божиим,

and having a great high, priest over the house of God,

22 да приступаем со истинным сердцем во извещении веры, окроплени сердцы от совести лукавыя и измовени телесы водою чистою:

let us draw near with a true heart, in full assurance of faith, having; our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water;

23 да держим исповедание упования неуклонное, верен бо есть Обещавый:

let us hold fast the unwavering confession of our hope, for he is faithful who has promised;

24 и да разумееваем друг друга в поощрении любве и добрых дел,

and let us consider one another that we may excite to love and good works,

25 не оставляюще собрания своего, якоже есть неким обычай, но (друг друга) подвизающе, и толико паче, елико видите приближающийся день (судный).

not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the custom of some; but exhorting one another, and so much the more, as you see the day approaching.

26 Волею бо согрешающым нам по приятии разума истины, ктому о гресех не обретается жертва,

For if we sin willfully, after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no longer a sacrifice for sins;

27 страшно же некое чаяние суда и огня ревность, поясти хотящаго сопротивныя.

but a certain fearful looking for of judgment, and a fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.

28 Отверглся кто закона Моисеова, без милосердия при двоих или триех свидетелех умирает:

He that despised Moses law, died without mercy, on the testimony of two or three witnesses:

29 колико мните горшия сподобится муки, иже Сына Божия поправый, и Кровь заветную скверну возмнив, еюже освятися, и Духа благодати укоривый?

of how much severer punishment do you think he shall be thought worthy, who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant, with which he was sanctified, a common thing, and has done despite to the Spirit of grace?

30 Вемы бо Рекшаго: Мне отмщение, Аз воздам, глаголет Господь. И паки: яко судит Господь людем Своим.

For we know him who has said, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. And again, The Lord will judge his people.

31 Страшно (есть) еже впасти в руце Бога живаго.

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

32 Воспоминайте же первыя дни вашя, в нихже просветившеся, многия страсти претерпесте страданий,

But remember the former days, in which, after you were enlightened, you endured a great conflict of sufferings;

33 ово убо, поношеньми и скорбьми позор бывше, ово же, общницы бывше живущым тако:

partly, while you became a public spectacle, by reproaches and afflictions: partly, while you became partakers with those who were so treated.

34 ибо узам моим спострадасте и разграбление имений ваших с радостию приясте, ведяще имети себе имение на небесех пребывающее и лучшее.

For you sympathized with me in my bonds, and endured joyfully the seizure of your possessions, knowing that you have for yourselves a better and abiding substance in the heavens.

35 Не отлагайте убо дерзновения вашего, еже имать мздовоздаяние велико.

Cast not away, therefore, your confidence, which has a great reward.

36 Терпения бо имате потребу, да волю Божию сотворше, приимете обетование:

For you have need of patience, that, after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise.

37 еще бо мало елико елико, Грядый приидет и не укоснит.

For yet a very, very little while, and He that comes will come, and will not delay.

38 А праведный от веры жив будет: и аще обинется, не благоволит душа Моя о нем.

But the just by faith shall live; and if he draw back, my soul will have no pleasure in him.

39 Мы же (братие) несмы обиновения в погибель, но веры в снабдение души.

But we are not of those who draw back to perdition; but of those who believe to the saving of the soul.
