Книга Есфири 7
1 Вниде же царь и Аман пировати со царицею.
And he went the king and Haman to drink with Esther the queen.
2 И рече царь Есфири во вторый день на пиру: что есть, Есфире царице? И что прошение твое? И что моление твое? И будет тебе до полуцарствия моего.
And he said the king to Esther also on the day second at [the] feast of wine what? [is] petition your O Esther the queen so it may be given to you and what? [is] request your up to half of the kingdom and it may be done.
3 И отвещавши (Есфирь царица) рече: аще обретох благодать пред очима твоима, царю, да дастся душа моя прошению моему и людие мои молению моему:
And she answered Esther the queen and she said if I have found favor in eyes your O king and if [is] on the king good let it be given to me life my for petition my and people my for request my.
4 продани бо есмы, аз же и людие мои, на погибель и расхищение и в работу, мы же и чада наша в рабы и рабыни, и небрегох: несть бо достоин клеветник двора царева.
For we have been sold I and people my to annihilate to kill and to destroy and if to male slaves and to female slaves we had been sold I kept quiet for not the distress [is] equal for [the] injury of the king.
5 И рече царь: кто есть сей, иже дерзну сотворити вещь сию?
And he said the king Ahasuerus and he said to Esther the queen who? [is] he this and where? this [is] he whom it has filled him heart his to do thus.
6 И рече Есфирь: человек враг, Аман лукавый сей. Аман же смятеся от царя и царицы.
And she said Esther a man an opponent and an enemy Haman evil this and Haman he was terrified from to before the king and the queen.
7 Царь же воста со гневом от пира (и иде) в вертоград: Аман же моляше царицу, видяше бо себе в бедах суща.
And the king he rose up in rage his from [the] feast of wine into [the] garden of the palace and Haman he remained to seek on life his from Esther the queen for he saw that it was determined against him harm from with the king.
8 Возвратися же царь из вертограда, и Аман припаде к ложу, на немже бе Есфирь, моля царицу. И рече царь: егда и жену насилует в дому моем? Аман же слышав изменися лицем.
And the king he returned from [the] garden of the palace to [the] house of - [the] feast of wine and Haman [was] falling on the couch which Esther [was] on it and he said the king ¿ also to violate the queen with me in the house the word it came out from [the] mouth of the king and [the] face of Haman people covered.
9 Рече же Вугафан един от скопцев, сей же ведяше о том древе, видев е в дому Аманове, егда призываше его на обед царский, и о сем испытав единаго от отрок, уразумев замышляемое, и рече ко царю: се, и древо уготова Аман Мардохею глаголавшему благая о цари, и стоит в дому Аманове возвышено на лакот пятьдесят. И рече царь: да повесится (Аман) на нем.
And he said Harbona one of the eunuchs before the king also there! the gallows which he has made Haman for Mordecai who he spoke good on the king [is] standing at [the] house of Haman high fifty cubit[s] and he said the king hang him on it.
10 И повешен бысть Аман на древе, еже уготова Мардохею. И тогда царь утолися от ярости.
And they hanged Haman on the gallows which he had prepared for Mordecai and [the] rage of the king it subsided.
