1 И бысть в находящее лето во время исхождения царей (ко брани), и собра Иоав всю силу воинства, и опустоши землю сынов Аммоних: приидоша же и обседоша Равваф. Давид же пребываше во Иерусалиме: Иоав же порази Равваф и разори его.

And it was to [the] time of [the] return of the year to [the] time of - [the] going out of kings and he lead out Joab [the] army of war and he destroyed - [the] land of [the] people of Ammon and he went and he besieged Rabbah and David [was] remaining in Jerusalem and he struck Joab Rabbah and he overthrew it.

2 Взя же Давид венец Молхома царя их от главы его, и обретеся вес в нем талант злата, и в нем камень драгий, и бе на главе Давидове: плены же градски взя многи зело,

And he took David [the] crown of king their from on head his and he found it - weight of a talent of gold and [was] in it a stone precious and it was on [the] head of David and [the] plunder of the city he brought out much very.

3 и людий сущих в нем изведе и претре пилами и орудии железными и разсецающими: тако сотвори Давид всем градом сынов Аммоних, и возвратися Давид и вси людие его во Иерусалим.

And the people which [was] in it he brought out and he sawed with saw and with [the] sharp instruments of iron and with saws and thus he did David to all [the] cities of [the] people of Ammon and he returned David and all the people Jerusalem.

4 И бысть по сем, и начася еще брань в Газере со иноплеменники: тогда порази Совохай Усафитянин Сафута от сынов Исполиновых и смири его.

And it was after this and it arose a battle at Gezer with [the] Philistines then he struck down Sibbecai the Hushathite Sippai one of those born of the Rephaites and they were subdued.

5 И бысть еще брань противу иноплеменник, и порази Елеанан сын Иаиров Лаомиа, брата Голиафа Гефейскаго, емуже древо копия его яко навой ткущих.

And it was again a battle with [the] Philistines and he struck down Elhanan [the] son of (Jair *QK) Lahmi [the] brother of Goliath the Gittite and [the] wood of spear his [was] like a beam of weavers.

6 И бысть еще брань в Гефе, и бе муж зело велик, по шести имеющь перстов, всех двадесять четыре, и сей бе от колена Исполинов,

And it was again a battle at Gath and he was - a man of stature and digits his [were] six and six twenty and four and also he he was born to Rapha.

7 и поноси Израиля: и порази его Ионафан сын Саммаа брата Давидова.

And he taunted Israel and he struck down him Jonathan [the] son of Shimea [the] brother of David.

8 Сии родишася Рафаю в Гефе, всех их бе четыри исполины, и падоша рукою Давидовою и рукою рабов его.

These they were born to Rapha in Gath and they fell by [the] hand of David and by [the] hand of servants his.
