Псалми 92
1 Лепо је хвалити Господа, и певати имену Твом, Вишњи,
A Psalm of a Song for the Sabbath-day. It is a good thing to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to your name, O you Most High;
2 Јављати јутром милост Твоју, и истину Твоју ноћу,
to proclaim your mercy in the morning, and your truth by night,
3 Уз десет жица и уз псалтир, и уз јасне гусле!
on a lute of ten strings, with a song on the harp.
4 Јер си ме развеселио, Господе, делима својим, с дела руку Твојих радујем се.
For you, O Lord, have made me glad with your work: and in the operations of your hands will I exult.
5 Како су велика дела Твоја, Господе! Веома су дубоке помисли Твоје.
How have your works been magnified, O Lord! your thoughts are very deep.
6 Безумник не зна, и незналица не разуме то.
A foolish man will not know, and a senseless man will not understand this.
7 Кад безбожници ничу као трава и цветају сви који чине безакоње, то бива зато да би се истребили довека.
When the sinners spring up as the grass, and all the workers of iniquity have watched; [it is] that they may be utterly destroyed for ever.
8 А Ти си, Господе, висок увек.
But you, O Lord, are most high for ever.
9 Јер ево непријатељи Твоји, Господе, јер ево непријатељи Твоји гину, и расипају се сви који чине безакоње;
For, behold, your enemies shall perish; and all the workers of iniquity shall be scattered.
10 А мој рог Ти узвишујеш као рог у једнорога, ја сам помазан новим уљем.
But my horn shall be exalted [as the horn] of a unicorn; and mine old age with rich mercy.
11 И око моје види непријатеље моје, и о безаконицима, који устају на мене, слушају уши моје.
And mine eye has seen mine enemies, and mine ear shall hear the wicked that rise up against me.
12 Праведник се зелени као Финик, као кедар на Ливану узвишује се.
The righteous shall flourish as a palm tree: he shall be increased as the cedar in Libanus.
13 Који су засађени у дому Господњем, зелене се у дворовима Бога нашег;
They that are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.
14 Родни су и у старости, једри и зелени,
Then shall they be increased in a fine old age; and they shall be prosperous; that they may declare
15 Јављајући да је праведан Господ, бранич мој, и да нема у Њему неправде.
that the Lord my God is righteous, and there is no iniquity in him.
