Псалми 113

1 Хвалите, слуге Господње, хвалите име Господње,

Alleluia. Praise the Lord, you servants [of his], praise, the name of the Lord.

2 Да буде име Господње благословено одсад и довека.

Let the name of the Lord be blessed, from this present time and for ever.

3 Од истока сунчаног до запада да се слави име Господње.

From the rising of the sun to his setting, the name of the Lord is to be praised.

4 Узвишен је над свима народима Господ; сврх небеса је слава Његова.

The Lord is high above all the nations; his glory is above the heavens.

5 Ко је као Господ, Бог наш, који седи на висини;

Who is as the Lord our God? who dwells in the high places,

6 Који се сагиба да види шта је на небесима и на земљи;

and [yet] looks upon the low things in heaven, and on the earth:

7 Који из праха подиже убогога, и из кала узвишује ништега;

who lifts up the poor from the earth, and raises up the needy from the dunghill;

8 И посађује га с кнезовима, с кнезовима у народу његовом;

to set him with princes, [even] with the princes of his people:

9 Од нероткиње насељава кућу, учинивши је радосном мајком синовима. Алилуја!

who settles the barren [woman] in a house, [as] a mother rejoicing over children.
