Књига пророка Исаије 55

1 Ој жедни који сте год, ходите на воду, и који немате новца, ходите, купујте и једите; ходите, купујте без новца и без плате вино и млеко.

Alas! O every thirsty [one] come to the waters and [one] who not [belongs] to him money come buy grain and eat and come buy grain with not money and with not price wine and milk.

2 Зашто трошите новце своје на оно што није храна, и труд свој на оно што не сити? Слушајте ме, па ћете јести шта је добро, и душа ће се ваша насладити претилине.

Why? do you weigh out money for not bread and toil your for not to satiety listen steadfastly to me and eat good thing[s] so it may take delight in fatness appetite your.

3 Пригните ухо своје и ходите к мени; послушајте, и жива ће бити душа ваша, и учинићу с вама завет вечан, милости Давидове истините.

Incline ear your and come to me listen so may it live self your and I will make to you a covenant of perpetuity [the] covenant loyalti of David reliable.

4 Ево, дадох га за сведока народима, за вођу и заповедника народима.

Here! a witness of peoples I made him a leader and a commander of peoples.

5 Ево, зваћеш народ који ниси знао, и народи који те нису знали стећи ће се к теби, ради Господа Бога твог и Свеца Израиљевог, јер те прослави.

There! a nation [which] not you know you will call and a nation [which] not they have known you to you they will run on account of Yahweh God your and to [the] holy [one] of Israel for he has glorified you.

6 Тражите Господа, док се може наћи; призивајте Га, докле је близу.

Seek Yahweh when he lets be found himself call on him when is he near.

7 Нека безбожник остави свој пут и неправедник мисли своје; и нека се врати ка Господу, и смиловаћу се на њ, и к Богу нашем, јер прашта много.

Let him forsake a wicked [person] way his and a person of wickedness thoughts his and let him return to Yahweh so he may have compassion on him and to God our for he will increase to forgive.

8 Јер мисли моје нису ваше мисли, нити су ваши путеви моји путеви, вели Господ;

For not thoughts my [are] thoughts your and not [are] ways your ways my [the] utterance of Yahweh.

9 Него колико су небеса више од земље, толико су путеви моји виши од ваших путева, и мисли моје од ваших мисли.

For they are high [the] heavens more than [the] earth so they are high ways my more than ways your and thoughts my more than thoughts your.

10 Јер како пада дажд или снег с неба и не враћа се онамо, него натапа земљу и учини да рађа и да се зелени, да даје семе да се сеје и хлеб да се једе,

For just as it comes down the rain and the snow from the heavens and there towards not it returns that except it has given water to the earth and it has caused to bring forth it and it has made sprout it and it has given seed to the sower and bread to the eater.

11 Тако ће бити реч моја кад изађе из мојих уста: неће се вратити к мени празна, него ће учинити шта ми је драго, и срећно ће свршити на шта је пошаљем.

Thus it is word my which it goes forth from mouth my not it will return to me in vain that except it has done [that] which I desired and it has prospered [that] which I sent it.

12 Јер ћете с весељем изаћи, и у миру ћете бити вођени; горе и брегови певаће пред вама од радости, и сва ће дрвета пољска пљескати рукама.

For in joy you will go out and in peace you will be led! the mountains and the hills they will break forth before you a shout of joy and all [the] trees of the field they will clap a palm.

13 Место трња никнуће јела, место коприве никнуће мирта; и то ће бити Господу у славу, за вечан знак, који неће нестати.

In place of the thornbush it will grow up a cypress (and in place of *QK) the nettle it will grow up a myrtle tree and it will become for Yahweh a name a sign of perpetuity [which] not it will be cut down.
