Дела апостолска 24
1 А после пет дана сиђе поглавар свештенички Ананија са старешинама и с ритором неким Тертулом, који изиђоше пред судију против Павла.
After then five days came down the high priest Ananias with (of the *k) elders (some *NO) and an orator Tertullus certain, who made a representation to the governor against Paul.
2 А кад њега дозваше, поче Тертул тужити га говорећи: Што живимо под тобом у великом миру, и правице које се овом народу чине твојим промишљањем,
When was invited then he began to accuse Tertullus saying; Great peace we are attaining through you and (excellent reforms *N+KO) are being done to the nation this [one] through your foresight
3 У сваком догађају и свуда, честити Филиксе! Примамо са сваком захвалношћу.
in every way both and everywhere we gladly accept [it], most excellent Felix, with all thankfulness.
4 Али да ти много не досађујем, молим те да нас укратко послушаш са својом кротошћу.
In order that however not to any longer you I may be a hindrance, I implore to hear you us briefly in your kindness.
5 Јер нађосмо овог човека да је куга, и подиже буну против свију Јевреја по васионом свету, и да је коловођа јереси назаретској;
Having found for man this a pest and stirring (insurrections *N+KO) among all the Jews in the world a leader then of the of the Nazarenes sect;
6 Који се усуди и цркву поганити; кога ми и ухватисмо, и хтесмо да му судимо по закону свом.
who even the temple attempted to profane, whom also we seized (and according to our own law we wanted to judge. *K)
7 Али дође Лисија војвода, и оте га из наших руку на велику силу, и посла к теби,
(having come up now Lysias the commander with great violence from the hands of us being carried away, *K)
8 Заповедивши и нама, који га тужимо, да идемо к теби; а од њега можеш сам испитавши дознати за све ово за шта га ми тужимо.
(having commanded the accusers of him to come upon you; *K) From him you will be able yourself having examined [him] concerning all these things to know of which we ourselves accuse him.
9 А и Јевреји се сложише говорећи да је ово тако.
(Agreed *N+kO) then also the Jews declaring these things so to be.
10 А Павле одговори кад му намаже судија да говори: Знајући од много година да си ти праведни судија овом народу, слободно одговарам за себе:
Answered (then *N+kO) Paul, when was signalling to him the governor to speak: For many years as being you judge to nation this knowing [these] encouraging things, concerning myself I present a defense;
11 Ти можеш дознати да нема више од дванаест дана како ја изиђох у Јерусалим да се помолим Богу,
Being able you (to know *N+kO) that not more there are to me days (than *k) (twelve *N+kO) from which I went up to then worship (in *N+kO) Jerusalem;
12 И нити ме у цркви нађоше да коме говорим, или буну да чиним у народу, ни по зборницама, ни у граду,
And neither in the temple did they find me with anyone reasoning or (obstruction *N+kO) making of a crowd nor in the synagogues nor in the city;
13 Нити они могу посведочити шта теби сад на мене говоре.
(nor *N+kO) to prove are they able (to you *N+KO) concerning [the things] of which (now *N+kO) they accuse me.
14 Ово ти пак признајем да у путу, који ови називају јерес, тако служим Богу отачком, верујући све што је написано у закону и у пророцима,
I confess however this to you that according to the Way which they name a sect so I serve the ancestral God believing in all [things] throughout the law and (that in *no) the Prophets written,
15 И имајући надање на Бога да ће бити васкрсење мртвима, и праведницима и грешницима, које и сами ови чекају.
a hope having in God which also they themselves await, [that] a resurrection to ensue to then be (of [the] dead-*K) of [the] just both and of [the] unjust;
16 А за ово се и ја трудим да имам чисту савест свагда и пред Богом и пред људима.
In this (also *N+kO) I myself strive without offense a conscience (to have *NK+o) toward God and men (through *N+KO) (all [times]. *N+kO)
17 И после много година дођох и донесох милостињу народу свом и приносе.
After years now many alms to then bring to the nation of mine I came and offerings,
18 У томе ме нађоше очишћеног у цркви, ни с народом, ни с виком.
during (which *N+kO) they found me purified in the temple not with a crowd nor in tumult, Some however [are] from Asia Jews
19 А имају и Јевреји неки из Азије којима је требало да дођу преда те, и да се туже ако имају шта на ме.
who (it was necessary *N+kO) before you to appear and to make accusation, if anything they would have against me myself.
20 Или ови сами нека кажу, ако су нашли на мени какву кривицу, кад сам стајао на скупштини,
Otherwise themselves it they should say (if *k) any they found (in me myself *ko) unrighteousness when was standing I before the Council,
21 Осим једног овог гласа којим повиках стојећи међу њима: За васкрсење мртвих доведосте ме данас на суд.
[other] than concerning one this voice which I cried out among them standing that Concerning [the] resurrection of [the] dead I myself am judged this day (by *N+kO) you.
22 А кад Филикс чу ово, одгоди им знајући врло добро за овај пут и рече: Кад дође Лисија војвода, извидећу вашу ствар.
(having heard these things *K) deferred then them Felix more precisely knowing the [things] concerning the Way having said; When Lysias the commander may have come down, I will examine the [things] as to you.
23 А капетану заповеди да се чува Павле, и да му се олакша, и ниједном од његових да се не забрањује послуживати га или долазити к њему.
having commanded (also *k) to the centurion to keep (him, *N+KO) to [let him] have then ease and not to forbid the private [friends] of him to minister (or to come near *K) to him.
24 А после неколико дана дође Филикс са Друсилом женом својом, која беше Јеврејка, и дозва Павла да чује од њега веру у Христа Исуса.
After then days some having arrived Felix with Drusilla the (own *N+kO) wife being a Jewess he sent for Paul and heard him concerning the in Christ (Jesus *NO) faith.
25 А кад Павле говораше о правди и чистоти и о суду који ће бити, уплаши се Филикс и одговори: Иди засад; а кад узимам кад, дозваћу те.
When reasoning then he concerning righteousness and self-control and the judgment which is coming (to be [in the future] *K) frightened having become Felix answered; For the present being do go away; opportunity then having found I will call for you;
26 А уз то се и надаше да ће му Павле дати новаца да би га пустио; зато га и често дозиваше и разговараше се с њим.
At the same time (now *k) also he is hoping that riches will be given to him by Paul (so that may release him *K) Therefore also often him sending for he was talking with him.
27 А кад се навршише две године, измени Филикса Поркије Фист. А Филикс, хотећи Јеврејима учинити на вољу, остави Павла у сужањству.
When two years however having been completed he received [as] successor Felix Porcius Festus, wishing then (favor *N+kO) to acquire for himself with the Jews Felix left Paul imprisoned.
