Псалтирь 36
1 Начальнику хора. Раба Господня Давида. Нечестие беззаконного говорит в сердце моем: нет страха Божия пред глазами его,
The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.
2 ибо он льстит себе в глазах своих, будто отыскивает беззаконие свое, чтобы возненавидеть его;
For he flattereth himself in his own eyes, until his iniquity be found to be hateful.
3 слова уст его - неправда и лукавство; не хочет он вразумиться, чтобы делать добро;
The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit: he hath left off to be wise, and to do good.
4 на ложе своем замышляет беззаконие, становится на путь недобрый, не гнушается злом.
He deviseth mischief upon his bed; he setteth himself in a way that is not good; he abhorreth not evil.
5 Господи! милость Твоя до небес, истина Твоя до облаков!
Thy mercy, O Yhwh, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
6 Правда Твоя, как горы Божии, и судьбы Твои - бездна великая! Человеков и скотов хранишь Ты, Господи!
Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O Yhwh, thou preservest man and beast.
7 Как драгоценна милость Твоя, Боже! Сыны человеческие в тени крыл Твоих покойны:
How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.
8 насыщаются от тука дома Твоего, и из потока сладостей Твоих Ты напояешь их,
They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.
9 ибо у Тебя источник жизни; во свете Твоем мы видим свет.
For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.
10 Продли милость Твою к знающим Тебя и правду Твою к правым сердцем,
O continue thy lovingkindness unto them that know thee; and thy righteousness to the upright in heart.
11 да не наступит на меня нога гордыни, и рука грешника да не изгонит меня:
Let not the foot of pride come against me, and let not the hand of the wicked remove me.
12 там пали делающие беззаконие, низринуты и не могут встать.
There are the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and shall not be able to rise.
