Псалтирь 2

1 Псалом Давида. Зачем мятутся народы, и племена замышляют тщетное?

Why? do they plot nations and peoples do they devise? vanity.

2 Восстают цари земли, и князья совещаются вместе против Господа и против Помазанника Его.

They take their stand - [the] kings of [the] earth and rulers they seat themselves together on Yahweh and on anointed his.

3 “Расторгнем узы их, и свергнем с себя оковы их”.

Let us tear off fetters their and let us throw away from us ropes their.

4 Живущий на небесах посмеется, Господь поругается им.

[the one who] sits In the heavens he laughs [the] Lord he mocks them.

5 Тогда скажет им во гневе Своем и яростью Своею приведет их в смятение:

Then he speaks to them in anger his and in fury his he terrifies them.

6 “Я помазал Царя Моего над Сионом, святою горою Моею;

And I I have installed king my on Zion [the] mountain of holiness my.

7 возвещу определение: Господь сказал Мне: Ты Сын Мой; Я ныне родил Тебя;

I will recount concerning [the] decree of Yahweh he said to me [are] son my you I this day I have begotten you.

8 проси у Меня, и дам народы в наследие Тебе и пределы земли во владение Тебе;

Ask from me so let me make nations inheritance your and possession your [the] ends of [the] earth.

9 Ты поразишь их жезлом железным; сокрушишь их, как сосуд горшечника”.

You will break them with a rod of iron like a vessel of a potter you will smash them.

10 Итак вразумитесь, цари; научитесь, судьи земли!

And therefore O kings act prudently let yourselves be instructed O rulers of [the] earth.

11 Служите Господу со страхом и радуйтесь с трепетом.

Serve Yahweh with fear and rejoice with trembling.

12 Почтите Сына, чтобы Он не прогневался, и чтобы вам не погибнуть в пути вашем, ибо гнев Его возгорится вскоре. Блаженны все, уповающие на Него.

Kiss [the] son lest he should be angry - and you may perish way if it burns like a little anger his how blessed! [are] all [those who] seek refuge in him.
