Второзаконие 24
1 Если кто возьмет жену и сделается ее мужем, и она не найдет благоволения в глазах его, потому что он находит в ней что-нибудь противное, и напишет ей разводное письмо, и даст ей в руки, и отпустит ее из дома своего,
If he will take a man a woman and he will marry her and it will be if not she will find favor in eyes his for he has found in her [the] nakedness of a thing and he will write for her a document of divorce and he will give [it] in hand her and he will send away her from house his.
2 и она выйдет из дома его, пойдет, и выйдет за другого мужа,
And she will go out from house his and she will go and she will belong to a man another.
3 но и сей последний муж возненавидит ее и напишет ей разводное письмо, и даст ей в руки, и отпустит ее из дома своего, или умрет сей последний муж ее, взявший ее себе в жену,
And he will hate her the man latter and he will write for her a document of divorce and he will give [it] in hand her and he will send away her from house his or if he will die the man latter who he has taken her for himself to a wife.
4 то не может первый ее муж, отпустивший ее, опять взять ее себе в жену, после того как она осквернена, ибо сие есть мерзость пред Господом Богом твоим, и не порочь земли, которую Господь Бог твой дает тебе в удел.
Not he will be able husband her former who he sent away her to return to take her to become of him wife after that she has been declared unclean for [is] an abomination that before Yahweh and not you will cause to sin the land which Yahweh God your [is] about to give to you an inheritance.
5 Если кто взял жену недавно, то пусть не идет на войну, и ничего не должно возлагать на него; пусть он остается свободен в доме своем в продолжение одного года и увеселяет жену свою, которую взял.
If he will take man a wife new not he will go out with the army and not it will pass on him to any thing free he will be to house his a year one and he will cause to rejoice wife his whom he has taken.
6 Никто не должен брать в залог верхнего и нижнего жернова, ибо таковой берет в залог душу.
Not anyone will take as pledge a hand-mill and an upper millstone for a life that [is] taking as pledge.
7 Если найдут кого, что он украл кого-нибудь из братьев своих, из сынов Израилевых, и поработил его, и продал его, то такого вора должно предать смерти; и так истреби зло из среды себя.
If he will be found anyone stealing a person any of countrymen his any of [the] people of Israel and he will treat as a slave him and he will sell him and he will die the thief that and you will remove the evil from midst your.
8 Смотри, в язве проказы тщательно соблюдай и исполняй весь закон, которому научат вас священники левиты; тщательно исполняйте, что я повелел им;
Take heed to [the] plague of serious skin disease to take care exceedingly and to do according to all that they will instruct you the priests the Levites just as I commanded them you will take care to do.
9 помни, что Господь Бог твой сделал Мариами на пути, когда вы шли из Египта.
Remember [that] which he did Yahweh God your to Miriam on the way when came out you from Egypt.
10 Если ты ближнему твоему дашь что-нибудь взаймы, то не ходи к нему в дом, чтобы взять у него залог,
If you will lend to neighbor your a loan of anything not you will go into house his to take as pledge pledge his.
11 постой на улице, а тот, которому ты дал взаймы, вынесет тебе залог свой на улицу;
On the outside you will stand and the person whom you [are] lending to him he will bring out to you the pledge the outside towards.
12 если же он будет человек бедный, то ты не ложись спать, имея у себя залог его:
And if [is] a person poor he not you will lie down in pledge his.
13 возврати ему залог при захождении солнца, чтоб он лег спать в одежде своей и благословил тебя, - и тебе поставится сие в праведность пред Господом Богом твоим.
Certainly you will return to him the pledge when goes the sun and he will lie down in garment his and he will bless you and to you it will belong righteousness before Yahweh God your.
14 Не обижай наемника, бедного и нищего, из братьев твоих или из пришельцев твоих, которые в земле твоей, в жилищах твоих;
Not you must oppress a hired laborer poor and needy one of countrymen your or one of sojourner[s] your who [is] in land your in gates your.
15 в тот же день отдай плату его, чтобы солнце не зашло прежде того, ибо он беден, и ждет ее душа его; чтоб он не возопил на тебя к Господу, и не было на тебе греха.
On day its you will pay wage[s] his and not it will go on him the sun for [is] poor he and to it he [is] lifting up desire his and not he will call out on you to Yahweh and it will be on you sin.
16 Отцы не должны быть наказываемы смертью за детей, и дети не должны быть наказываемы смертью за отцов; каждый должен быть наказываем смертью за свое преступление.
Not they will be put to death parents on children and children not they will be put to death on parents anyone for own sin his they will be put to death.
17 Не суди превратно пришельца, сироту и вдову, и у вдовы не бери одежды в залог;
Not you will turn aside [the] justice of a sojourner a fatherless one and not you will take as pledge [the] garment of a widow.
18 помни, что и ты был рабом в Египте, и Господь Бог твой освободил тебя оттуда: посему я и повелеваю тебе делать сие.
And you will remember that a slave you were in Egypt and he redeemed you Yahweh God your from there there-fore I [am] commanding you to do the thing this.
19 Когда будешь жать на поле твоем, и забудешь сноп на поле, то не возвращайся взять его; пусть он остается пришельцу, нищему, сироте и вдове, чтобы Господь Бог твой благословил тебя во всех делах рук твоих.
If you will harvest harvest your in field your and you will forget a sheaf in the field not you will return to fetch it to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong so that he may bless you Yahweh God your in all [the] work of hands your.
20 Когда будешь обивать маслину твою, то не пересматривай за собою ветвей: пусть остается пришельцу, сироте и вдове. И помни, что ты был рабом в земле Египетской: посему я и повелеваю тебе делать сие.
If you will beat olive tree your not you will go over [the] boughs behind you to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong.
21 Когда будешь снимать плоды в винограднике твоем, не собирай остатков за собою: пусть остается пришельцу, сироте и вдове,
For you will gather grapes vineyard your not you will glean behind you to the sojourner to the fatherless one and to the widow it will belong.
22 и помни, что ты был рабом в земле Египетской: посему я и повелеваю тебе делать сие.
And you will remember that a slave you were in [the] land of Egypt there-fore I [am] commanding you to do the thing this.
