1-е Тимофею 1
1 Павел, Апостол Иисуса Христа по повелению Бога, Спасителя нашего, и Господа Иисуса Христа, надежды нашей,
PAULOS, an apostle of Jeshu Meshiha, by the commandment of Aloha our Saviour, and of Jeshu Meshiha our hope;
2 Тимофею, истинному сыну в вере: благодать, милость, мир от Бога, Отца нашего, и Христа Иисуса, Господа нашего.
to Timotheos, my true son in the faith: grace and mercy and peace from Aloha our Father and Jeshu Meshiha our Lord.
3 Отходя в Македонию, я просил тебя пребыть в Ефесе и увещевать некоторых, чтобы они не учили иному
I requested of thee, when I would go into Makedunia, to remain at Ephesos, and instruct certain men that they teach not various doctrines,
4 и не занимались баснями и родословиями бесконечными, которые производят больше споры, нежели Божие назидание в вере.
nor throw themselves (away) upon stories and tales of generations which have no end, (but) which rather subserve contentions, and not edification in the faith of Aloha.
5 Цель же увещания есть любовь от чистого сердца и доброй совести и нелицемерной веры,
But the end of the commandment is love, from a pure heart, and from a good conscience, and from genuine faith.
6 от чего отступив, некоторые уклонились в пустословие,
And from them that have erred, and have declined to vain words,
7 желая быть законоучителями, но не разумея ни того, о чем говорят, ни того, что утверждают.
seeking to become teachers of the law, while they understand not what they speak, nor that concerning which they contend.
8 А мы знаем, что закон добр, если кто законно употребляет его,
But we know that the law is good, if a man according to the law converse in it;
9 зная, что закон положен не для праведника, но для беззаконных и непокоривых, нечестивых и грешников, развратных и оскверненных, для оскорбителей отца и матери, для человекоубийц,
knowing that against the righteous the law is not set, but against the evil, and rebels, and the wicked, and sinners, and the dishonest, and those who are not pure, and those who strike their fathers, and those who strike their mothers, and murderers,
10 для блудников, мужеложников, человекохищников, клеветников, скотоложников, лжецов, клятвопреступников, и для всего, что противно здравому учению,
and fornicators, and liers with men, and stealers of the free, and liars, and doers against an oath
11 по славному благовестию блаженного Бога, которое мне вверено.
and whatever (else) is opposed to the healthful doctrine of the gospel of the glory of the blessed Aloha, with which I have been intrusted.
12 Благодарю давшего мне силу, Христа Иисуса, Господа нашего, что Он признал меня верным, определив на служение,
And I thank him who hath empowered me, our Lord Jeshu Meshiha, who accounted me faithful, and constituted me his minister; me,
13 меня, который прежде был хулитель и гонитель и обидчик, но помилован потому, что так поступал по неведению, в неверии;
who before was a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious; but I received mercy, because while ignorant I did it, without faith.
14 благодать же Господа нашего Иисуса Христа открылась во мне обильно с верою и любовью во Христе Иисусе.
But in me hath abounded the grace of our Lord, and faith and love which are in Jeshu Meshiha.
15 Верно и всякого принятия достойно слово, что Христос Иисус пришел в мир спасти грешников, из которых я первый.
Faithful is the word, and worthy of reception that Jeshu the Meshiha came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am first.
16 Но для того я и помилован, чтобы Иисус Христос во мне первом показал все долготерпение, в пример тем, которые будут веровать в Него к жизни вечной. (aiōnios g166)
But for this he had compassion upon me, that in me first Jeshu Meshiha might show all long-suffering, as an exhibition for them who should believe in him unto everlasting life. (aiōnios g166)
17 Царю же веков нетленному, невидимому, единому премудрому Богу честь и слава во веки веков. Аминь. (aiōn g165)
But to the King who is eternal, incorruptible, and unseen, who is one Aloha, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. (aiōn g165)
18 Преподаю тебе, сын мой Тимофей, сообразно с бывшими о тебе пророчествами, такое завещание, чтобы ты воинствовал согласно с ними, как добрый воин,
This commandment I commit to thee, my son Timotheos, according to the early prophecies which were concerning thee, that thou mayest war through them this good warfare with faith and with a good conscience.
19 имея веру и добрую совесть, которую некоторые отвергнув, потерпели кораблекрушение в вере;
For those who this have put away from them of faith have been emptied;
20 таковы Именей и Александр, которых я предал сатане, чтобы они научились не богохульствовать.
as Hymeneos and Alexandros, whom I have delivered to Satana, that they may not blaspheme.
