< Rae-fafo' Mata Feu' 17 >

1 Basa ma esa mia ate kahituꞌ mana toꞌu bokor rouꞌ ra, nema olaꞌ no au nae, “Uma ia dei! Au ae utudꞌu nggo Lamatualain huku-dokin neu ina dalaꞌ deꞌuhakat naa. Eni, naeni kota monaeꞌ fo ara rafefela deka no oe naeꞌ a.
And one of the seven messengers who had the seven bowls came, and spake with me, saying—Hither! I will point out to thee the judgment of the great harlot, who sitteth upon many waters,
2 Maꞌahulun a maneꞌ mia bee-bꞌee rema hohongge ro kota naa atahori nara. Atahori laen ra o rema rinu mafu, ma tungga-tunggaꞌ kota naa hohonggen.”
with whom the kings of the earth committed lewdness, —and they who were dwelling upon the earth were made drunk with the wine of her lewdness.
And he carried me away into a desert, in spirit. And I saw a woman, sitting upon a scarlet wild-beast full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 Inaꞌ naa pake bua mafelit dula mbilas ma mbilas-maranggeoꞌ. Ana heti aon nendiꞌ lilo, fatu makahadoꞌ mafelit, ma mutiara. Ana toꞌu sanggi liloꞌ esa sofe no oe anggor sia lima onan. Oe anggor naa, naeni hohonggen ma basa deꞌulakaꞌ no manggenggeoꞌ fo ana taoꞌ ra.
And, the woman, was arrayed with purple and scarlet, and decked with gold and precious stone and pearls, —having a cup of gold in her hand, full of abominations and the impurities of her lewdness;
and, upon her forehead, a name written, a secret: Babylon the great, the Mother of the Harlots and of the Abominations of the earth.
6 Basa ma au mete, te inaꞌ naa manamafu kale-kaleꞌ ena, huu ana ninu Lamatualain atahori nara raa nara ena. Naeni, ana nisa Lamatualain atahori nara, huu ara nda raloeꞌ dui-bꞌengga atahori soꞌal Yesus sa. Ita taꞌo naa, ma au titindindi mbo-mbooꞌ a ma heran ala seli.
And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. And I was astonished, when I beheld her, with great astonishment.
And the messenger said unto me—Wherefore wast thou astonished? I, will tell thee the secret of the woman, and of the wild-beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and the ten horns.
(Abyssos g12)
The wild-beast which thou sawest, was, and is not, and is about to come up out of the abyss, and into, destruction, goeth away. And they who are dwelling upon the earth whose name is not written upon the book of life from the foundation of the world, will be astonished, when they see the wild-beast, because it was, and is not, and shall be present. (Abyssos g12)
9 Atahori mahineꞌ dei fo nahine dalaꞌ ia. Banda deꞌulakaꞌ langgaꞌ hitu naa, sosoan, leteꞌ hitu. Ina dalaꞌ a, endoꞌ sia leteꞌ naa ra ata. Ma langgaꞌ hitu naa ra sosoan, maneꞌ hitu.
Here, is the mind that hath wisdom. The seven heads, are, seven mountains, whereupon the woman sitteth;
10 Mia mane kahituꞌ naa ra, mate lima ena. Ia naa esa endoꞌ parenda. Esa nda feꞌe nema sa. Te mete ma nema, ana toꞌu parendaꞌ losaꞌ a.
and they are, seven kings: the five, have fallen, the one, is, the other, hath not yet come; and, whensoever he shall come, a little while, must he remain,
11 Ia naa au ufadꞌe soꞌal banda mbilas fo feꞌesaꞌan nasodꞌa, te ia naa mate ena. Feꞌesaꞌan eni o esa mia mane kahituꞌ naa ra boe, te dei fo ana baliꞌ nema toꞌu parendaꞌ dadꞌi maneꞌ kafalun. Mateꞌen te ana o nambalutu boe.
and the wild-beast which was and is not. And he, is an eighth, and is, of the seven, —and, into destruction, goeth away.
12 Suraꞌ kasanahuluꞌ naa ra sosoa nara, naeni maneꞌ sanahulu. Ara nda feꞌe toꞌu parendaꞌ sa. Dei fo ara simbo koasa fo toꞌu parendaꞌ ro banda mbilas a, te ara parenda losaꞌ a.
And, the ten horns which thou sawest, are, ten kings, —who, indeed, have not received, sovereignty, as yet, but, authority, as kings, for one hour, shall receive, with the wild-beast.
These, have, one mind, and, their power and authority, unto the wild-beast, they give.
14 Dei fo maneꞌ ra ratati labꞌan Lombo Anaꞌ a. Te dei fo Lombo Anaꞌ a no atahori nara rasenggiꞌ basa se. Atahori mana tungga Lombo Anaꞌ naa, naeni atahori fo Ana tengga ma noꞌe nalaꞌ ra, mana raꞌatataaꞌ tungga E. Dei fo ara manang, huu Lombo Anaꞌ naa manaseliꞌ. Akaꞌ Eni mesaꞌ ne maneꞌ, soaꞌ neu basa maneꞌ ra, ma malangga soaꞌ neu basa malangga ra.
These, with the Lamb, will make war; and, the Lamb, will overcome them, because he is, Lord of lords, and King of kings, —and, they who are with him, are called and chosen and faithful.
15 Oe naeꞌ mana deka no ina dalaꞌ a, naeni atahori mia basa leo, dedꞌeat, ma nusaꞌ sia raefafoꞌ.
And he saith unto me—The waters which thou sawest, where the harlot sitteth, are, peoples and multitudes, and nations and tongues.
Dei fo ara rambas rala basa bua-baꞌun ma sudꞌiꞌ a saa nara, ma lao hela e no maꞌaholan sia naa. Ara o raa ao-sisin boe.
And the ten horns which thou sawest, and the wild-beast, these, shall hate the harlot, and, desolate, shall make her, and naked, and, her flesh, shall they eat, and, herself, shall they burn up with fire.
17 Lamatualain tataon de mane kasanahuluꞌ ra maꞌiraꞌ, fo fee koasa nara reu banda mbilas a, losa ana nalutu inaꞌ a. No taꞌo naa, Lamatualain dudꞌuꞌan basa se dei fo dadꞌi.
For, God, hath put into their hearts, to do his mind, and to do one mind, —and to give their sovereignty unto the wild-beast, until the words of God shall be completed.
18 Dadꞌi! Ina dalaꞌ fo mitaꞌ a, naeni kota manaseliꞌ fo mana parenda basa maneꞌ sia raefafoꞌ.
And, the woman whom thou sawest, is the great city, which hath sovereignty over the kings of the earth.
