1 Basa ma, aiboiꞌ te ita manadadꞌiꞌ manaseliꞌ sa sou sia lalai, fo atahori nda feꞌe rita sa: hambu inaꞌ sa aon nenebabataꞌ no relo a. Ana tabu ein sia fulan, ma pake solo mane mana naꞌena nduuꞌ sanahulu rua.
And, a great sign, appeared in heaven: a woman arrayed with the sun, and, the moon, beneath her feet, and, upon her head, a crown of twelve stars;
2 Inaꞌ naa mairuꞌ, ma mana nggaeꞌ, huu tein nambeta namedꞌa nae bꞌonggi.
and she was with child, and crieth out, being in pangs and in anguish to bring forth?
Ana pake solo maneꞌ hitu.
And there appeared another sign in heaven; and lo! a great red dragon, —having seven heads and ten horns, and, upon his heads, seven diadems;
4 Ana sari namopoꞌ nduuꞌ babꞌanggiꞌ esa sia lalai a nendiꞌ ikon. De hela akaꞌ a babꞌanggiꞌ rua. Boe ma ana mbia hendi nduuꞌ naa ra raefafoꞌ rema. Basa de neu nambariiꞌ mbali inaꞌ naa, de nahati losa ana bꞌonggi. Huu ana nae odꞌo anaꞌ naa.
and, his tail, draweth the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth. And, the dragon, stood before the woman who was about to bring forth, that, as soon as she should bring forth, he might devour, her child.
5 Basa ma, inaꞌ a bꞌonggi ana touꞌ sa, ma Lamatualain aten esa mia sorga nema rambas nala anaꞌ naa, de nendi nisiꞌ Lamatualain fo Anaꞌ naa parenda no Lamatualain sia sorga. Huu Anaꞌ naa, dei fo parenda basa nusaꞌ sia raefafoꞌ no koasa manaseliꞌ.
And she brought forth a son, a manchild, who was about to shepherd all the nations with a sceptre of iron; and her child was caught away unto God and unto his throne.
And, the woman, fled into the desert, where she hath a place prepared of God, that, there, they should nourish her a thousand, two hundred, and sixty days.
Lamatulain ate nara ro sira malanggan Mikael ratati labꞌan ro mengge-buta no ana boa nara.
And there came to be war in heaven: Michael and his messengers [going forth] to war with the dragon; and, the dragon, fought, and his messengers;
8 Mikael se rasenggiꞌ mengge-buta a no ana boa nara. Basa ma ara ai mengge-buta no ana boa nara fo afiꞌ sudꞌi leo sia sorga fai.
and he prevailed not, neither was place found for them, any longer, in heaven.
Mia fefeun ana akaꞌ lelekoꞌ atahori fo ara tao salaꞌ.
And the great dragon was cast out, —the ancient serpent, he that is called Adversary and the Satan, that deceiveth the whole habitable world, —he was cast to the earth, and his messengers, with him, were cast.
10 Basa ma au rena haraꞌ monaeꞌ sa mia lalai oi, “Lele uluꞌ a mengge-buta a nambariiꞌ nakandooꞌ a sia Lamatualain matan. Eni, mana nendi haraꞌ pepeko-lelekoꞌ, fo fee salaꞌ neu hita toronoo mamahere nara. Ana akaꞌ fua salaꞌ neu se hatuꞌ-rerelon. Te ia naa ana nenenggari-hendiꞌ mia sorga ena. And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying—Now, hath come the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ; because the accuser of our brethren hath been cast out, who was accusing them before our God day and night;
11 Hita toronoo atahori mamahere tara rasenggiꞌ mengge-buta fo maꞌahulun mana mbia salaꞌ neu se, huu Lombo Anaꞌ raan sai fo ose hendi sala nara. Ara o rasenggiꞌ e boe, huu ara rambarani rafadꞌe Lamatualain Dedꞌea-Oꞌolan.
And, they, overcame him by reason of the blood of the Lamb, and by reason of their witnessing word, and they loved not their life, even unto death.
12 Dadꞌi basa mana masodꞌaꞌ sia sorga, musi ramahoꞌo! Ma basa mana masodꞌaꞌ sia raefafoꞌ musi ranea, huu calaka naeꞌ a tudꞌa dai nggi. Nitu ra malanggan onda nisiꞌ nggi. Ana namanasa nae mate, huu ana bubꞌuluꞌ nae, eni fai tao deꞌulakan, naeꞌ a basa ena!”
For this cause, be joyful, O heavens, and ye who, therein, are tabernacling. Woe! unto the earth, and the sea, because the Adversary hath come down unto you, having great wrath—knowing that, but a little season, he hath.
13 Leleꞌ mengge-buta a bubꞌuluꞌ nae, eni nenenggariꞌ raefafoꞌ nema, ma ana neu sangga fo nae naꞌasususaꞌ inaꞌ mana bꞌonggi Anaꞌ naa.
And, when the dragon saw that he was cast to the earth, he pursued the woman who had brought forth the manchild.
14 Te ara fee inaꞌ naa lidꞌaꞌ rua, onaꞌ mbui nggarudꞌa lidꞌan, fo ana natambele neu keke sia mamana maꞌafuniꞌ mana naꞌadꞌooꞌ mia mengge-buta a. Sia naa, ara tao mataꞌ neu e losa too telu seseriꞌ.
And there were given unto the woman the two wings of the great eagle, that she might fly into the desert, into her place, —where she is nourished, a season and seasons and half a season, from the face of the serpent.
15 Nita taꞌo naa, ma mengge-buta a nasapupuraꞌ oe onaꞌ oe mandaliꞌ, fo nae nandali nendi inaꞌ naa.
And the serpent cast out of his mouth, after the woman, water as a river, that he might cause her to be carried away by the stream.
16 Te raefafoꞌ tulu-fali inaꞌ naa, no dalaꞌ rae a natangga fo musi hendi oe mana mandaliꞌ mia mengge-buta bafan, fo afiꞌ nandali losa inaꞌ naa.
And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the river which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17 Boe ma, mengge-buta a namanasa inaꞌ naa seli. De ana neu natati no inaꞌ a ana fea nara naeni atahori mana rasodꞌa tungga Lamatualain parendan, ma dui-bꞌengga rakandooꞌ a Yesus Hara-lii malolen.
And the dragon was angered against the woman, and went away to make war with the rest of her seed—with them who were keeping the commandments of God, and holding the witness of Jesus; —and he stood upon the sand of the sea.
