Ezequiel 35
1 E veio a mim a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo:
And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
2 Filho do homem, dirige teu rosto contra o monte de Seir, e profetiza contra ele,
and he seide, Thou, sone of man, sette thi face ayens the hil of Seir; and thou schalt profesie to it, and thou schalt seie to it,
3 E dize-lhe: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu sou contra ti, ó monte de Seir; estenderei minha mão contra ti, e te tornarei em desolação e devastação.
The Lord God seith these thingis, Thou hil of Seir, lo! Y to thee; Y schal stretche forth myn hond on thee, and Y schal yyue thee desolat and forsakun.
4 Tornarei as tuas cidades em ruínas, e tu serás desolado; e saberás que eu sou o SENHOR.
Y schal distrie thi citees, and thou schalt be forsakun; and thou schalt wite, that Y am the Lord.
5 Porque tiveste inimizade perpétua, e fizeste os filhos de Israel serem dispersos pelo poder da espada no tempo de sua aflição, no tempo do castigo final.
For thou were an enemye euerlastynge, and closidist togidere the sonis of Israel in to the hondis of swerd, in the tyme of her turment, in the tyme of the laste wickidnesse;
6 Por isso, vivo eu, diz o Senhor DEUS, que eu te preparei para o sangue, e o sangue te perseguirá; dado que não odiaste o sangue, o sangue te perseguirá.
therfor Y lyue, seith the Lord God, for Y schal yyue thee to blood, and blood schal pursue thee; and sithen thou hatidist blood, blood schal pursue thee.
7 E tornarei o monte de Seir em extrema desolação, e exterminarei quem passar [por ele], e quem voltar [por ele].
And Y schal yyue the hil of Seir desolat and forsakun, and Y schal take awei fro it a goere and a comere ayen;
8 E encherei seus montes de seus mortos; em teus morros, em teus vales, e em todas as tuas correntes de águas, cairão os mortos à espada.
and Y schal fille the hillis therof with the careyns of her slayn men. Men slayn by swerd schulen falle doun in thi litle hillis, and in thi valeys, and in thi strondis.
9 Eu te tornarei em desolações perpétuas, e tuas cidades nunca mais serão habitadas; assim sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR.
Y schal yyue thee in to euerlastynge wildirnessis, and thi citees schulen not be enhabitid; and ye schulen wite, that Y am the Lord God.
10 Dado que disseste: As duas nações, as duas terras serão minhas, e delas tomaremos posse, ainda que o SENHOR ali estivesse;
For thou seidist, Twei folkis and twei londis schulen be myne, and Y schal welde tho bi eritage, whanne the Lord was there;
11 Por isso, vivo eu, diz o Senhor DEUS, que agirei conforme tua ira e conforme tua inveja com que agiste, por causa de teu ódio contra eles; e serei conhecido por entre eles, quando eu te julgar.
therfor Y lyue, seith the Lord God, for Y schal do bi thi wraththe, and bi thin enuye, which thou didist, hatinge hem, and Y schal be made knowun bi hem, whanne Y schal deme thee;
12 E saberás que eu, o SENHOR, ouvi todas as tuas blasfêmias que disseste contra os montes de Israel, dizendo: Já estão destruídos; já nos foram entregues para que os devoremos.
and thou schalt wite, that Y am the Lord. Y herde alle thi schenschipis, whiche thou spakist of the hillis of Israel, and seidist, The hillis of Israel ben forsakun, and ben youun to vs, for to deuoure.
13 Assim vos engradecestes contra mim com vossa boca, e multiplicastes vossas palavras contra mim. Eu ouvi.
And ye han rise on me with youre mouth, and ye han deprauyd ayens me; Y herde youre wordis.
14 Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Enquanto toda a terra se alegrará, eu te tornarei em desolação.
The Lord God seith these thingis, While al the lond is glad, Y schal turne thee in to wildernesse.
15 Tal como te alegraste sobre a herança da casa de Israel, porque foi desolada, assim eu também farei a ti; o monte de Seir, e todo o Edom se tornarão em desolação; e saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
As thou haddist ioie on the eritage of the hous of Israel, for it was distried, so Y schal do to thee; the hil of Seir schal be distried, and al Ydumee; and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
