Êxodo 21
1 E estas são as ordenanças que lhes proporás.
And these [are] the judgments which you will set before them.
2 Se comprares servo hebreu, seis anos servirá; mas ao sétimo sairá livre de graça.
For you will buy a slave Hebrew six years he will serve and in the seventh [year] he will go out to free [person] without paying.
3 Se entrou sozinho, sozinho sairá: se tinha mulher, sairá ele e sua mulher com ele.
If with body his he will come with body his he will go out if [is the] husband of a wife he and she will go out wife his with him.
4 Se seu amo lhe houver dado mulher, e ela lhe houver dado à luz filhos ou filhas, a mulher e seus filhos serão de seu amo, e ele sairá sozinho.
If master his he will give to him a wife and she will bear to him sons or daughters the woman and children her she will belong to master her and he he will go out with body his.
5 E se o servo disser: Eu amo a meu senhor, a minha mulher e a meus filhos, não sairei livre:
And if carefully he will say the slave I love master my wife my and children my not I will go out a free [person].
6 Então seu amo o fará chegar aos juízes, e o fará chegar à porta ou ao umbral; e seu amo lhe furará a orelha com ferramenta pontiaguda, e será seu servo para sempre.
And he will bring near him master his to God and he will bring near him to the door or to the doorpost and he will pierce master his ear his with the awl and he will serve him for ever.
7 E quando alguém vender sua filha por serva, não sairá como costumam sair os servos.
And if he will sell a man daughter his to a female slave not she will go out when go out the [male] slaves.
8 Se ela não agradar ao seu senhor, o qual não a tomou por esposa, permitirá a ela que se resgate, e ela não a poderá vender a povo estrangeiro, visto que não cumpriu seu compromisso com ela.
If [she is] displeasing in [the] eyes of master her who (for himself *QK) he designated her and he will let be ransomed her to a people foreign not he will have dominion to sell her because has dealt treacherously he with her.
9 Mas se a houver desposado com seu filho, fará com ela segundo o costume das filhas.
And if for son his he will designate her according to [the] custom of daughters he will do to her.
10 Se tomar para si outra, não diminuirá seu alimento, nem sua porção de roupa, nem o direito conjugal.
If another [woman] he will take for himself food her covering her and right to intercourse her not he will reduce.
11 E se nenhuma destas três coisas fizer, ela sairá de graça, e não terá que lhe pagar dinheiro.
And if three [things] these not he will do for her and she will go out without paying not money.
12 O que ferir á alguém, fazendo-lhe assim morrer, ele morrerá.
[one who] will strike anyone And he will die certainly he will be put to death.
13 Mas o que não armou ciladas, mas sim que Deus o pôs em suas mãos, então eu te assinalarei lugar ao qual há de fugir.
And that not he was lying in wait and God he allowed to happen to hand his and I will designate for you a place where he will flee there.
14 Além disso, se alguém se ensoberbecer contra seu próximo, e o matar traiçoeiramente, de meu altar o tirarás para que morra.
And if he will act presumptuously anyone on neighbor his to kill him with cunning from with altar my you will take him to die.
15 E o que ferir a seu pai ou a sua mãe, morrerá.
And [one who] will strike father his and mother his certainly he will be put to death.
16 Também o que roubar uma pessoa, e a vender, ou se achar em suas mãos, morrerá.
And [one who] will steal anyone and he will sell him and he will be found in hand his certainly he will be put to death.
17 Igualmente o que amaldiçoar a seu pai ou a sua mãe, morrerá.
And [one who] will curse father his and mother his certainly he will be put to death.
18 Ademais, se alguns brigarem, e algum ferir a seu próximo com pedra ou com o punho, e não morrer, mas cair em cama;
And if they will quarrel! men and he will strike anyone neighbor his with a stone or with a fist and not he will die and he will fall to a bed.
19 Se se levantar e andar fora sobre seu cajado, então será o que lhe feriu absolvido: somente lhe pagará o tempo que esteve parado, e fará que lhe curem.
If he will arise and he will walk about on the outside on staff his and he will be free from guilt the [one who] struck only sitting still his he will pay for and certainly he will have [him] healed.
20 E se alguém ferir a seu servo ou a sua serva com pau, e morrer sob sua mão, será castigado:
And if he will strike anyone [male] slave his or female slave his with the rod and he will die under hand his certainly he will be avenged.
21 Mas se durar por um dia ou dois, não será castigado, porque seu dinheiro é.
Nevertheless if a day or two days he will remain not he will be avenged for [is] money his he.
22 Se alguns brigarem, e ferissem a mulher grávida, e esta abortar, mas sem haver morte, será multado conforme o que lhe impuser o marido da mulher e julgarem os juízes.
And if they will struggle together men and they will strike a woman pregnant and they will come out children her and not it will be harm certainly he will be fined just as he will impose on him [the] husband of the woman and he will give for [the] estimate.
23 Mas se houver morte, então pagarás vida por vida,
And if harm it will be and you will give a life in place of a life.
24 Olho por olho, dente por dente, mão por meio, pé por pé,
An eye in place of an eye a tooth in place of a tooth a hand in place of a hand a foot in place of a foot.
25 Queimadura por queimadura, ferida por ferida, golpe por golpe.
Burning in place of burning bruise in place of bruise wound in place of wound.
26 E quando alguém ferir o olho de seu servo, ou o olho de sua serva, e o destruir, lhe dará liberdade por razão de seu olho.
And if he will strike anyone [the] eye of [male] slave his or [the] eye of female slave his and he will destroy it to free [person] he will set free him in place of eye his.
27 E se tirar o dente de seu servo, ou o dente de sua serva, por seu dente lhe deixará ir livre.
And if [the] tooth of [male] slave his or [the] tooth of female slave his he will knock out to free [person] he will set free him in place of tooth his.
28 Se um boi chifrar homem ou mulher, e de resultado morrer, o boi será apedrejado, e não se comerá sua carne; mas o dono do boi será absolvido.
And if it will gore an ox a man or a woman and he will die certainly it will be stoned to death the ox and not it will be eaten meat its and [the] owner of the ox [will be] free from guilt.
29 Porém se o boi era chifrador desde o passado, e a seu dono lhe foi feito advertência, e não o houver guardado, e matar homem ou mulher, o boi será apedrejado, e também morrerá seu dono.
And if [will be] an ox prone to gore it from yesterday three days ago and it has been protested on owner its and not he will guard it and it will kill a man or a woman the ox it will be stoned to death and also owner its he will be put to death.
30 Se lhe for imposto resgate, então dará pelo resgate de sua pessoa quanto lhe for imposto.
If a ransom it will be imposed on him and he will give [the] ransom of life his according to all that it will be imposed on him.
31 Quer tenha chifrado filho, ou tenha chifrado filha, conforme este juízo se fará com ele.
Or a son it will gore or a daughter it will gore according to the judgment this it will be done to him.
32 Se o boi chifrar servo ou serva, pagará trinta siclos de prata seu senhor, e o boi será apedrejado.
If a [male] slave it will gore the ox or a female slave silver - thirty shekels he will give to master his and the ox it will be stoned to death.
33 E se alguém abrir fosso, ou cavar cisterna, e não a cobrir, e cair ali boi ou asno,
And if he will open anyone a pit or for he will dig anyone a pit and not he will cover it and it will fall there an ox or a donkey.
34 O dono da cisterna pagará o dinheiro, ressarcindo a seu dono, e o que foi morto será seu.
[the] owner of The pit he will make compensation silver he will repay to owner its and the dead [animal] it will be[long] to him.
35 E se o boi de alguém ferir ao boi de seu próximo, e este morrer, então venderão o boi vivo, e partirão o dinheiro dele, e também partirão o morto.
And if it will strike [the] ox of anyone [the] ox of neighbor his and it will die and they will sell the ox living and they will divide silver its and also the dead [animal] they will divide!
36 Mas se era notório que o boi era chifrador desde o passado, e seu dono não o houver guardado, pagará boi por boi, e o morto será seu.
Or it is known that [is] an ox prone to gore it from yesterday three days ago and not he guarded it owner its certainly he will make compensation an ox in place of the ox and the dead [animal] it will be[long] to him.
