Lucas 21
1 E, olhando ele, viu os ricos lançarem as suas ofertas na arca do tesouro;
And he biheeld, and saye tho riche men, that casten her yiftis in to the treserie;
2 E viu também uma pobre viúva lançar ali duas pequenas moedas;
but he saye also a litil pore widewe castynge twei ferthingis.
3 E disse: Em verdade vos digo que lançou mais do que todos esta pobre viúva;
And he seide, Treuli Y seie to you, that this pore widewe keste more than alle men.
4 Porque todos aqueles deitaram para as ofertas de Deus, do que lhes sobeja; mas esta, da sua pobreza, deitou todo o sustento que tinha.
For whi alle these of thing that was plenteuouse to hem casten in to the yiftis of God; but this widewe of that thing that failide to hir, caste al hir liflode, that sche hadde.
5 E, dizendo alguns a respeito do templo, que estava ornado de formosas pedras e dádivas, disse:
And whanne sum men seiden of the temple, that it was apparailid with gode stoonus and yiftis,
6 Quanto a estas coisas que vêdes, dias virão em que se não deixará pedra sobre pedra, que não seja derribada.
he seide, These thingis that ye seen, daies schulen come, in whiche a stoon schal not be left on a stoon, which schal not be destried.
7 E perguntaram-lhe, dizendo: Mestre, quando serão pois estas coisas? E que sinal haverá quando estas coisas estiverem para acontecer?
And thei axiden hym, and seiden, Comaundour, whanne schulen these thingis be? and what tokne schal be, whanne thei schulen bigynne to be don?
8 Disse então ele: vede não vos enganem, porque virão muitos em meu nome, dizendo: Eu sou o Cristo, e já o tempo está próximo; não vades portanto após eles.
And he seide, Se ye, that ye be not disseyued; for many schulen come in my name, seiynge, For Y am, and the tyme schal neiye; therfor nyle ye go aftir hem.
9 E, quando ouvirdes de guerras e sedições, não vos assusteis. Porque é necessário que estas coisas aconteçam primeiro, mas o fim não será logo.
And whanne ye schulen here batailis and stryues with ynne, nyle ye be aferd; it bihoueth first these thingis to be don, but not yit anoon is an ende.
10 Então lhes disse: levantar-se-a nação contra nação, e reino contra reino;
Thanne he seide to hem, Folk schal rise ayens folk, and rewme ayens rewme;
11 E haverá em vários lugares grandes terremotos, e fomes e pestilências; haverá também coisas espantosas, e grandes sinais do céu.
grete mouyngis of erthe schulen be bi placis, and pestilencis, and hungris, and dredis fro heuene, and grete tokenes schulen be.
12 Mas antes de todas estas coisas lançarão mão de vós, e vos perseguirão, entregando-vos às sinagogas e às prisões, e conduzindo-vos à presença de reis e presidentes, por amor do meu nome.
But bifore alle these thingis thei schulen sette her hoondis on you, and schulen pursue, bitakynge in to synagogis and kepyngis, drawynge to kyngis and to iusticis, for my name;
13 E sobrevir-vos-a isto para testemunho.
but it schal falle to you in to witnessyng.
14 Proponde pois em vossos corações não premeditar como haveis de responder,
Therfor putte ye in youre hertis, not to thenke bifore, hou ye schulen answere; for Y schal yyue to you mouth and wisdom,
15 Porque eu vos darei boca e sabedoria a que não poderão contradizer nem resistir todos quantos se vos opuserem.
to whiche alle youre aduersaries schulen not mowe ayenstonde, and ayenseie.
16 E até pelos pais, e irmãos, e parentes, e amigos sereis entregues; e matarão alguns de vós.
And ye schulen be takun of fadir, and modir, and britheren, and cosyns, and freendis, and bi deeth thei schulen turmente of you;
17 E por todos sereis aborrecidos por amor do meu nome.
and ye schulen be in haate to alle men for my name.
18 Mas não perecerá nem um cabelo da vossa cabeça.
And an heere of youre heed schal not perische;
19 Na vossa paciência possui as vossas almas.
in youre pacience ye schulen welde youre soulis.
20 Porém, quando virdes Jerusalém cercada de exércitos, sabei então que já é chegada a sua assolação.
But whanne ye schulen se Jerusalem ben enuyround with an oost, thanne wite ye, that the desolacioun of it schal neiye.
21 Então, os que estiverem na Judeia, fujam para os montes; e, os que estiverem no meio dela, saiam: e, os que nos campos, não entrem nela.
Thanne thei that ben in Judee, fle to the mountans; and thei that ben in the mydil of it, gon awei; and thei that ben in the cuntreis, entre not in to it.
22 Porque dias de vingança são estes, para que se cumpram todas as coisas que estão escritas.
For these ben daies of veniaunce, that alle thingis that ben writun, be fulfillid.
23 Mas ai das grávidas, e das que criarem naqueles dias! porque haverá grande aperto na terra, e ira sobre este povo.
And wo to hem, that ben with child, and norischen in tho daies; for a greet diseese schal be on the erthe, and wraththe to this puple.
24 E cairão ao fio da espada, e para todas as nações serão levados cativos; e Jerusalém será pisada pelos gentios, até que os tempos dos gentios se completem.
And thei schulen falle bi the scharpnesse of swerd, and thei schulen be led prisoneris in to alle folkis; and Jerusalem schal be defoulid of hethene men, til the tymes of naciouns be fulfillid.
25 E haverá sinais no sol, e na lua e nas estrelas; e na terra aperto das nações em perplexidade, pelo bramido do mar e das ondas;
And tokenes schulen be in the sunne, and the mone, and in the sterris; and in the erthe ouerleiyng of folkis, for confusioun of sown of the see and of floodis;
26 Homens desmaiando de terror, na expectação das coisas que sobrevirão ao mundo. Porque as virtudes do céu serão abaladas.
for men schulen wexe drye for drede and abidyng that schulen come to al the world; for vertues of heuenes schulen be mouyd.
27 E então verão vir o Filho do homem numa nuvem, com poder e grande glória.
And thanne thei schulen se mannys sone comynge in a cloude, with greet power and maieste.
28 Ora, quando estas coisas começarem a acontecer, olhai para cima, e levantai as vossas cabeças, porque a vossa redenção está próxima.
And whanne these thingis bigynnen to be maad, biholde ye, and reise ye youre heedis, for youre redempcioun neiyeth.
29 E disse-lhes uma parábola: olhai para a figueira, e para todas as árvores;
And he seide to hem a liknesse, Se ye the fige tre, and alle trees,
30 Quando já tem brotado, vós sabeis por vós mesmos, vendo-as, que perto está já o verão.
whanne thei bryngen forth now of hem silf fruyt, ye witen that somer is nyy;
31 Assim também vós, quando virdes acontecer estas coisas, sabei que o reino de Deus está perto.
so ye, whanne ye seen these thingis to be don, wite ye, that the kyngdom of God is nyy.
32 Em verdade vos digo que não passará esta geração até que tudo aconteça.
Treuli Y seie to you, that this generacioun schal not passe, til alle thingis be don.
33 Passará o céu e a terra, mas as minhas palavras não hão de passar.
Heuene and erthe schulen passe, but my wordis schulen not passe.
34 E olhai por vós, não aconteça que os vossos corações se carreguem de glutonaria, embriaguez, e dos cuidados desta vida, e venha sobre vós de improviso aquele dia.
But take ye heede to you silf, lest perauenture youre hertis be greuyd with glotony, and drunkenesse, and bisynessis of this lijf, and thilke dai come sodein on you; for as a snare it schal come on alle men,
35 Porque virá como um laço sobre todos os que habitam sobre a face de toda a terra.
that sitten on the face of al erthe.
36 Vigiai pois em todo o tempo, orando, para que sejais havidos por dignos de evitar todas estas coisas que hão de acontecer, e de estar em pé diante do Filho do homem.
Therfor wake ye, preiynge in ech tyme, that ye be hadde worthi to fle alle these thingis that ben to come, and to stonde bifor mannus sone.
37 E de dia ensinava no templo, e à noite, saindo, ficava no monte chamado das Oliveiras.
And in daies he was techynge in the temple, but in nyytis he yede out, and dwellide in the mount, that is clepid of Olyuet.
38 E todo o povo ia ter com ele ao templo, de manhã cedo, para o ouvir.
And al the puple roos eerli, to come to hym in the temple, and to here hym.
