Levítico 27
1 Falou mais o Senhor a Moisés, dizendo:
The LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando alguém fizer particular voto, segundo a tua avaliação serão as pessoas ao Senhor.
"Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, 'When a man makes a vow, the persons shall be for the LORD by your valuation.
3 Se for a tua avaliação dum macho, da idade de vinte anos até à idade de sessenta, será a tua avaliação de cincoênta siclos de prata, segundo o siclo do santuário.
Your valuation shall be of a male from twenty years old even to sixty years old, even your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, after the shekel of the sanctuary.
4 Porém, se for fêmea, a tua avaliação será de trinta siclos.
If it is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.
5 E, se for de cinco anos até vinte, a tua avaliação dum macho será vinte siclos, e da fêmea dez siclos.
If the person is from five years old even to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
6 E, se for dum mês até cinco anos, a tua avaliação dum macho será de cinco siclos de prata, e a tua avaliação pela fêmea será de três siclos de prata.
If the person is from a month old even to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.
7 E, se for de sessenta anos e acima, pelo macho a tua avaliação será de quinze siclos, e pela fêmea dez siclos.
If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if it is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.
8 Mas, se for mais pobre do que a tua avaliação, então apresentar-se-á diante do sacerdote, para que o sacerdote o avalie: conforme ao que alcançar a mão do que fez o voto, o avaliará o sacerdote.
But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the cohen, and the cohen shall value him; according to the ability of him who vowed shall the cohen value him.
9 E, se for animal de que se oferece oferta ao Senhor, tudo quanto der dele ao Senhor será santo.
"'If it is an animal, of which men offer an offering to the LORD, all that any man gives of such to the LORD becomes holy.
10 Não o mudará, nem o trocará bom por mau, ou mau por bom: se porém em alguma maneira trocar animal por animal, o tal e o trocado serão ambos santos.
He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.
11 E, se for algum animal imundo, dos que se não oferecem em oferta ao Senhor, então apresentará o animal diante do sacerdote,
If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to the LORD, then he shall set the animal before the cohen;
12 E o sacerdote o avaliará, seja bom ou seja mau: segundo a avaliação do sacerdote, assim será.
and the cohen shall value it, whether it is good or bad. As you the cohen values it, so shall it be.
13 Porém, se em alguma maneira o resgatar, então acrescentará o seu quinto além da tua avaliação.
But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.
14 E quando algum santificar a sua casa para ser santa ao Senhor, o sacerdote a avaliará, seja boa ou seja má: como o sacerdote a avaliar, assim será.
"'When a man dedicates his house to be holy to the LORD, then the cohen shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad: as the cohen shall evaluate it, so shall it stand.
15 Mas, se o que santificou resgatar a sua casa, então acrescentará o quinto a mais do dinheiro da tua avaliação, e será sua.
If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.
16 Se também algum santificar ao Senhor uma parte do campo da sua possessão, então a tua avaliação será segundo a sua semente: um homer de semente de cevada será avaliado por cincoênta siclos de prata
"'If a man dedicates to the LORD part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it: the sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
17 Se santificar o seu campo desde o ano do jubileu, conforme à tua avaliação ficará.
If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.
18 Mas, se santificar o seu campo depois do ano do jubileu, então o sacerdote lhe contará o dinheiro conforme aos anos restantes até ao ano do jubileu, e isto se abaterá da tua avaliação.
But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the cohen shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.
19 E se aquele que santificou o campo de alguma maneira o resgatar, então acrescentará o quinto, a mais do dinheiro da tua avaliação, e lhe ficará.
If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.
20 E se não resgatar o campo, ou se vender o campo a outro homem, nunca mais se resgatará.
If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;
21 Porém, havendo o campo saído no ano do jubileu, será santo ao Senhor, como campo consagrado: a possessão dele será do sacerdote.
but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to the LORD, as a field devoted; it shall be owned by the cohanim.
22 E se santificar ao Senhor o campo que comprou, e não for do campo da sua possessão,
"'If he dedicates to the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,
23 Então o sacerdote lhe contará a soma da tua avaliação até ao ano do jubileu; e no mesmo dia dará a tua avaliação por santidade ao Senhor.
then the cohen shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to the LORD.
24 No ano do jubileu o campo tornará aquele de quem o comprou, aquele cuja era a possessão do campo.
In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.
25 E toda a tua avaliação se fará conforme ao siclo do santuário: o siclo será de vinte geras.
All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.
26 Mas o que primeiro nascer dum animal, ninguém ao Senhor santificará; seja boi ou gado miúdo, do Senhor é.
"'Only the firstborn among animals, which is made a firstborn to the LORD, no man may dedicate it; whether an ox or sheep, it is the LORD's.
27 Mas, se for dum animal imundo, o resgatará, segundo a tua estimação, e sobre ele acrescentará o seu quinto: e, se não se resgatar, vender-se-á segundo a tua estimação.
If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it: or if it isn't redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.
28 Todavia, nenhuma coisa consagrada, que algum consagrar ao Senhor de tudo o que tem, de homem, ou de animal, ou do campo da sua possessão, se venderá nem resgatará: toda a coisa consagrada será uma coisa santíssima ao Senhor.
"'Notwithstanding, no devoted thing, that a man shall devote to the LORD of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy to the LORD.
29 Toda a coisa consagrada que for consagrada do homem, não será resgatada: certamente morrerá.
"'No one devoted, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed; he shall surely be put to death.
30 Também todas as dizimas do campo, da semente do campo, do fruto das árvores, são do Senhor: santas são ao Senhor.
"'All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is the LORD's. It is holy to the LORD.
31 Porém, se algum das suas dizimas resgatar alguma coisa, acrescentará o seu quinto sobre ela.
If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.
32 Tocante a todas as dizimas de vacas e ovelhas, tudo o que passar debaixo da vara, o dízimo será santo ao Senhor.
All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to the LORD.
33 Não esquadrinhará entre o bom e o mau, nem o trocará: mas, se em alguma maneira o trocar, o tal e o trocado será santo; não será resgatado.
He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he changes it at all, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.'"
34 Estes são os mandamentos que o Senhor ordenou a Moisés, para os filhos de Israel, no monte de Sinai.
These are the commandments which the LORD commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
