Łukasza 21
1 A gdy spojrzał, zobaczył bogaczy wrzucających swoje ofiary do skarbony.
And as he behelde, he sawe the rich men, which cast their giftes into the treasurie.
2 Zobaczył też pewną ubogą wdowę wrzucającą tam dwie drobne monety.
And he sawe also a certaine poore widowe which cast in thither two mites:
3 I powiedział: Prawdziwie mówię wam, że ta uboga wdowa wrzuciła więcej niż wszyscy.
And he sayd, Of a trueth I say vnto you, that this poore widowe hath cast in more then they all.
4 Oni wszyscy bowiem wrzucili do darów Bożych z tego, co im zbywało, ale ona ze swego niedostatku wrzuciła wszystko, co miała na utrzymanie.
For they all haue of their superfluitie cast into the offerings of God: but she of her penurie hath cast in all the liuing that she had.
5 A gdy niektórzy mówili o świątyni, że jest ozdobiona pięknymi kamieniami i darami, powiedział:
Nowe as some spake of the Temple, how it was garnished with goodly stones, and with consecrate things, he sayd,
6 Przyjdą dni, w których z tego, co widzicie, nie zostanie kamień na kamieniu, który by nie był zwalony.
Are these ye things that ye looke vpon? the dayes will come wherein a stone shall not be left vpon a stone, that shall not be throwen downe.
7 I zapytali go: Nauczycielu, kiedy to nastąpi? I jaki będzie znak, gdy się to będzie miało stać?
Then they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? and what signe shall there be when these things shall come to passe?
8 A on odpowiedział: Uważajcie, abyście nie zostali zwiedzeni. Wielu bowiem przyjdzie pod moim imieniem i będą mówić: Ja jestem [Chrystusem], oraz: Nadchodzi czas. Nie idźcie więc za nimi.
And he sayd, Take heede, that ye be not deceiued: for many will come in my Name, saying, I am Christ, and the time draweth neere: follow ye not them therefore.
9 Gdy zaś usłyszycie o wojnach i rozruchach, nie bójcie się. To bowiem najpierw musi się stać, ale koniec nie [nastąpi] natychmiast.
And when ye heare of warres and seditions, be not afraid: for these things must first come, but the ende foloweth not by and by.
10 Wtedy mówił do nich: Powstanie naród przeciwko narodowi i królestwo przeciwko królestwu.
Then said hee vnto them, Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdome against kingdome,
11 I będą miejscami wielkie trzęsienia ziemi oraz głód i zaraza, będą także straszne zjawiska i wielkie znaki z nieba.
And great earthquakes shall be in diuers places, and hunger, and pestilence, and fearefull things, and great signes shall there be from heauen.
12 Lecz przed tym wszystkim podniosą na was ręce i będą [was] prześladować, wydawać do synagog i więzień, prowadzić do królów i namiestników z powodu mego imienia.
But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you, deliuering you vp to the assemblies, and into prisons, and bring you before Kings and rulers for my Names sake.
13 A to was spotka na świadectwo.
And this shall turne to you, for a testimoniall.
14 Dlatego postanówcie sobie w sercu, aby nie obmyślać wcześniej, jak macie odpowiadać.
Lay it vp therefore in your heartes, that ye cast not before hand, what ye shall answere.
15 Ja bowiem dam wam usta i mądrość, której nie będą mogli odeprzeć ani się sprzeciwić wszyscy wasi przeciwnicy.
For I will giue you a mouth and wisdome, where against all your aduersaries shall not be able to speake, nor resist.
16 A wydawać was też będą rodzice i bracia, krewni i przyjaciele i zabiją niektórych z was.
Yea, ye shalbe betrayed also of your parents, and of your brethren, and kinsmen, and friendes, and some of you shall they put to death.
17 Będziecie znienawidzeni przez wszystkich z powodu mego imienia.
And ye shall bee hated of all men for my Names sake.
18 Ale [nawet] włos z waszej głowy nie zginie.
Yet there shall not one heare of your heads perish.
19 Przez swoją cierpliwość zyskajcie wasze dusze.
By your patience possesse your soules.
20 A gdy zobaczycie Jerozolimę otoczoną przez wojska, wtedy wiedzcie, że jej spustoszenie jest bliskie.
And when ye see Hierusalem besieged with souldiers, then vnderstand that the desolation thereof is neere.
21 Wówczas ci, którzy są w Judei, niech uciekają w góry, a ci, którzy są wewnątrz [miasta], niech wyjdą, a ci, którzy są na wsi, niech do niego nie wchodzą.
Then let them which are in Iudea, flee to the mountaines: and let them which are in the middes thereof, depart out: and let not them that are in the countrey, enter therein.
22 Będą to bowiem dni pomsty, aby się wypełniło wszystko, co jest napisane.
For these be the dayes of vengeance, to fulfill all things that are written.
23 Lecz biada brzemiennym i karmiącym w tych dniach! Będzie bowiem wielki ucisk w tej ziemi i gniew nad tym ludem.
But woe be to them that be with childe, and to them that giue sucke in those dayes: for there shalbe great distresse in this land, and wrath ouer this people.
24 I polegną od ostrza miecza, i będą uprowadzeni w niewolę między wszystkie narody. A Jerozolima będzie deptana przez pogan, aż wypełnią się czasy pogan.
And they shall fall on the edge of the sword, and shalbe led captiue into all nations, and Hierusalem shalbe troden vnder foote of the Gentiles, vntill the time of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
25 I będą znaki na słońcu, księżycu i gwiazdach, a na ziemi trwoga zrozpaczonych narodów, gdy zaszumi morze i fale.
Then there shalbe signes in the sunne, and in the moone, and in the starres, and vpon the earth trouble among the nations with perplexitie: the sea and the waters shall roare.
26 Ludzie będą drętwieć ze strachu w oczekiwaniu tego, co przyjdzie na cały świat. Poruszą się bowiem moce niebios.
And mens hearts shall faile them for feare, and for looking after those thinges which shall come on the worlde: for the powers of heauen shall be shaken.
27 Wtedy ujrzą Syna Człowieczego, przychodzącego w obłoku z mocą i wielką chwałą.
And then shall they see the Sonne of man come in a cloude, with power and great glory.
28 A gdy się to zacznie dziać, spójrzcie [w górę] i podnieście głowy, gdyż zbliża się wasze odkupienie.
And when these things beginne to come to passe, then looke vp, and lift vp your heades: for your redemption draweth neere.
29 I opowiedział im przypowieść: Popatrzcie na drzewo figowe i na wszystkie drzewa.
And he spake to them a parable, Behold, the figge tree, and all trees,
30 Gdy widzicie, że już wypuszczają pąki, sami poznajecie, że lato jest już blisko.
When they nowe shoote foorth, ye seeing them, knowe of your owne selues, that sommer is then neere.
31 Tak i wy, gdy ujrzycie, że to się dzieje, wiedzcie, iż blisko jest królestwo Boże.
So likewise yee, when yee see these thinges come to passe, knowe ye that the kingdome of God is neere.
32 Zaprawdę powiadam wam, że nie przeminie to pokolenie, aż się to wszystko stanie.
Verely I say vnto you, This age shall not passe, till all these things be done:
33 Niebo i ziemia przeminą, ale moje słowa nie przeminą.
Heauen and earth shall passe away, but my wordes shall not passe away.
34 Pilnujcie się, aby wasze serca nie były obciążone obżarstwem, pijaństwem i troską o to życie, aby ten dzień was nie zaskoczył.
Take heede to your selues, lest at any time your hearts be oppressed with surfeting and drunkennesse, and cares of this life, and least that day come on you at vnwares.
35 Jak sidło bowiem przyjdzie na wszystkich, którzy mieszkają na powierzchni całej ziemi.
For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36 Dlatego czuwajcie, modląc się w każdym czasie, abyście byli godni uniknąć tego wszystkiego, co ma nadejść, i stanąć przed Synem Człowieczym.
Watche therefore, and pray continually, that ye may be counted worthy to escape all these thinges that shall come to passe, and that ye may stand before the Sonne of man.
37 W ciągu dnia nauczał w świątyni, a w nocy wychodził i przebywał na górze zwanej Oliwną.
Nowe in the day time hee taught in the Temple, and at night hee went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Oliues.
38 Rano zaś wszyscy ludzie schodzili się do niego, aby go słuchać w świątyni.
And all the people came in the morning to him, to heare him in the Temple.
