1 I stało się potem, że poraził Dawid Filistynów i poniżył ich, a wziął Get i wsi jego z rąk Filistynów.
And it was after thus and he struck down David [the] Philistines and he subdued them and he took Gath and daughters its from [the] hand of [the] Philistines.
2 Poraził też Moabczyki, i byli Moabczyki sługami Dawidowymi, przynosząc mu hołd.
And he struck down Moab and they became Moab subjects of David bearers of tribute.
3 Poraził też Dawid Hadarezera, króla Soby w Emat, gdy był wyjechał, aby rozprzestrzeniał państwo swoje nad rzeką Eufrates.
And he struck down David Hadadezer [the] king of Zobah Hamath towards when went he to establish monument his at [the] river of Euphrates.
4 Zabrał mu tedy Dawid tyziąc wozów, i siedm tysięcy jezdnych, i dwadzieścia tysięcy mężów pieszych, i poderznął Dawid żyły wszystkich woźników, zachowawszy z nich koni do sta wozów.
And he captured David from him one thousand chariot[s] and seven thousand horsemen and twenty thousand man on foot and he hamstrung David all the chariotry and he left of it one hundred chariot[s].
5 Przyciągnęli też Syryjczycy z Damaszku na pomoc Hadarezerowi, królowi Soby; lecz poraził Dawid z Syryjczyków dwadzieścia i dwa tysiące mężów.
And it came Aram Damascus to help Hadadezer [the] king of Zobah and he struck down David in Aram twenty and two thousand man.
6 Tedy Dawid osadził żołnierzem Syryję Damaską, a byli Syryjczycy sługami Dawidowymi, oddawając mu hołd; i zachowywał Pan Dwida, gdzie się kolwiek obrócił.
And he put David in Aram Damascus and it became Aram of David subjects bearers of tribute and he gave victory Yahweh to David in every where he went.
7 Pobrał też Dawid tarcze złote, które mieli słudzy Hadarezerowi, i wniósł je do Jeruzalemu.
And he took David [the] shields of gold which they were on [the] servants of Hadadezer and he brought them Jerusalem.
8 Przytem z Tybchat i z Chun, miast Hadarezerowych, nabrał Dawid miedzi bardzo wiele, z której Salomon sprawił morze miedziane, i słupy, i naczynia miedziane.
And from Tibhath and from Kun [the] cities of Hadadezer he took David bronze much very with it - he made Solomon [the] sea of bronze and the pillars and [the] articles of bronze.
9 A gdy usłyszał Tohy, król Emat, że poraził Dawid wszystko wojsko Hadarezera, króla Soby.
And he heard Tou [the] king of Hamath that he had struck down David all [the] army of Hadadezer [the] king of Zobah.
10 Posłał Adorama, syna swego, do króla Dawida, aby go pozdrowił w pokoju, i aby mu powinszował, przeto, że zwalczył Hadarezera, i poraził go; (albowiem walczył Tohy z Hadarezerem) który przyniósł z sobą wszelakie naczynie złote, i srebrne, i miedziane.
And he sent Hadoram son his to the king David (to ask *Qk) of him to welfare and to bless him on that he had fought against Hadadezer and he had defeated him for man of wars of Tou he was Hadadezer and all articles of gold and silver and bronze.
11 Które też poświęcił król Dawid Panu z srebrem i ze złotem, które był pobrał od wszystkich narodów, od Edomczyków, i od Moabczyków, o od synów Ammonowych, i od Filistynów, i od Amalekitów.
Also them he consecrated the king David to Yahweh with the silver and the gold which he had taken away from all the nations from Edom and from Moab and from [the] people of Ammon and from [the] Philistines and from Amalek.
12 A Abisaj, syn Sarwii, poraził Edomczyków w dolinie solnej ośmnaście tysięcy.
And Abishai [the] son of Zeruiah he struck down Edom in [the] Valley of Salt eight-teen thousand.
13 I osadził Edomską ziemię żołnierzem: a byli wszyscy Edomczycy sługami Dawidowymi: i zachowywał Pan Dawida wszędzie, gdzie się obrócił.
And he put in Edom garrisons and they became all Edom subjects of David and he gave victory to Yahweh David in every where he went.
14 A tak królował Dawid nad wszystkim Izraelem, czyniąc sąd i sprawiedliwość wszystkiemu ludowi swemu.
And he reigned David over all Israel and he was doing justice and righteousness for all people his.
15 A był Joab, syn Sarwii, nad wojskiem, a Jozafat, syn Ahiludowy, kanclerzem.
And Joab [the] son of Zeruiah [was] over the army and Jehoshaphat [the] son of Ahilud [was the] recorder.
16 A Sadok, syn Achitobowy, i Abimelech, syn Abijatara, byli kapłanami, a Susa był pisarzem.
And Zadok [the] son of Ahitub and Abimelech [the] son of Abiathar [were] priests and Shavsha [was the] scribe.
17 Benajasz też, syn Jojady, był przełożonym nad Cheretczykami i Feletczykami; a synowie Dawidowi byli pierwszymi przy boku królewskim.
And Benaiah [the] son of Jehoiada [was] over the Kerethite[s] and the Pelethite[s] and [the] sons of David [were] the first to [the] side of the king.
