| پس چونکه به ایمان عادل شمرده شدیم، نزد خدا سلامتی داریم بوساطت خداوندما عیسی مسیح، | ۱ 1 |
Therefore, having been justified by faith, let us be at peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
| که به وساطت او دخول نیزیافته‌ایم بوسیله ایمان در آن فیضی که در آن پایداریم و به امید جلال خدا فخر می‌نماییم. | ۲ 2 |
through whom also we have had the access, by the Faith, into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
| ونه این تنها بلکه در مصیبتها هم فخر می‌کنیم، چونکه می‌دانیم که مصیبت صبر را پیدا می‌کند، | ۳ 3 |
Not only so, but we should also rejoice in the sufferings, knowing that the suffering produces perseverance;
| و صبر امتحان را و امتحان امید را. | ۴ 4 |
and the perseverance, proven character; and the proven character, hope;
| و امید باعث شرمساری نمی شود زیرا که محبت خدا دردلهای ما به روح‌القدس که به ما عطا شد ریخته شده است. | ۵ 5 |
and the hope does not humiliate, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
| زیرا هنگامی که ما هنوز ضعیف بودیم، در زمان معین، مسیح برای بیدینان وفات یافت. | ۶ 6 |
Now then, when we were incapacitated, even so Christ died for the ungodly, at the right moment.
| زیرا بعید است که برای شخص عادل کسی بمیرد، هرچند در راه مرد نیکو ممکن است کسی نیز جرات کند که بمیرد. | ۷ 7 |
Now scarcely even for a righteous person will someone offer to die (although on behalf of a good man someone might dare even to die),
| لکن خدا محبت خود را در ما ثابت می‌کند از اینکه هنگامی که ماهنوز گناهکار بودیم، مسیح در راه ما مرد. | ۸ 8 |
but God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us!
| پس چقدر بیشتر الان که به خون او عادل شمرده شدیم، بوسیله او از غضب نجات خواهیم یافت. | ۹ 9 |
So now that we have been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from the wrath through Him!
| زیرا اگر در حالتی که دشمن بودیم، بوساطت مرگ پسرش با خدا صلح داده شدیم، پس چقدربیشتر بعد از صلح یافتن بوساطت حیات او نجات خواهیم یافت. | ۱۰ 10 |
Because since we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, while we were enemies, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through His life!
| و نه همین فقط بلکه در خدا هم فخر می‌کنیم بوسیله خداوند ما عیسی مسیح که بوساطت او الان صلح یافته‌ایم. | ۱۱ 11 |
No wonder we rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation!
| لهذا همچنان‌که بوساطت یک آدم گناه داخل جهان گردید و به گناه موت؛ و به اینگونه موت بر همه مردم طاری گشت، از آنجا که همه گناه کردند. | ۱۲ 12 |
Now then, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, just so death spread to all men, because all sinned
| زیرا قبل از شریعت، گناه در جهان می‌بود، لکن گناه محسوب نمی شود در جایی که شریعت نیست. | ۱۳ 13 |
—sin was in the world before the law, to be sure, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.
| بلکه از آدم تا موسی موت تسلط می‌داشت بر آنانی نیز که بر مثال تجاوز آدم که نمونه آن آینده است، گناه نکرده بودند. | ۱۴ 14 |
Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who did not sin in the likeness of Adam's transgression (he is a type of the coming one).
| و نه‌چنانکه خطا بود، همچنان نعمت نیز باشد. زیرااگر به خطای یک شخص بسیاری مردند، چقدرزیاده فیض خدا و آن بخششی که به فیض یک انسان، یعنی عیسی مسیح است، برای بسیاری افزون گردید. | ۱۵ 15 |
Now the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one, how much more did God's grace and the bounty by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound to the many!
| و نه اینکه مثل آنچه از یک گناهکار سر زد، همچنان بخشش باشد؛ زیراحکم شد از یک برای قصاص لکن نعمت ازخطایای بسیار برای عدالت رسید. | ۱۶ 16 |
Again, the gift is not like what came from one man's having sinned: because the judgment into condemnation followed one offense, while the gracious gift into justification followed many offenses.
| زیرا اگر به‌سبب خطای یک نفر و بواسطه آن یک موت سلطنت کرد، چقدر بیشتر آنانی که افزونی فیض و بخشش عدالت را می‌پذیرند، در حیات سلطنت خواهند کرد بوسیله یک یعنی عیسی مسیح. | ۱۷ 17 |
Further, if by the offense of the one man death reigned through that man, much more will those who receive the abundance of the grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
| پس همچنان‌که به یک خطا حکم شد برجمیع مردمان برای قصاص، همچنین به یک عمل صالح بخشش شد بر جمیع مردمان برای عدالت حیات. | ۱۸ 18 |
So then, as through one offense there is condemnation for everyone, so also through one righteous act there is life-giving justification for everyone.
| زیرا به همین قسمی که ازنافرمانی یک شخص بسیاری گناهکار شدند، همچنین نیز به اطاعت یک شخص بسیاری عادل خواهند گردید. | ۱۹ 19 |
For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were constituted sinners, so also through the obedience of the One the many will be constituted righteous.
| اما شریعت در میان آمد تاخطا زیاده شود. لکن جایی که گناه زیاده گشت، فیض بینهایت افزون گردید. | ۲۰ 20 |
However, law came on the scene so that the offense might abound; but where the sin abounded, the grace superabounded,
