مکاشفهٔ یوحنا 11

۱ 1 و نی‌ای مثل عصا به من داده شد و مراگفت: «برخیز و قدس خدا و مذبح وآنانی را که در آن عبادت می‌کنند پیمایش نما.

And there was given me a reed like to a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.

۲ 2 وصحن خارج قدس را بیرون انداز و آن را مپیمازیرا که به امت‌ها داده شده است و شهر مقدس راچهل و دو ماه پایمال خواهند نمود.

But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given to the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

۳ 3 و به دوشاهد خود خواهم داد که پلاس در بر کرده، مدت هزار و دویست و شصت روز نبوت نمایند.»

And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and three score days, clothed in sackcloth.

۴ 4 اینانند دو درخت زیتون و دو چراغدان که در حضور خداوند زمین ایستاده‌اند.

These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

۵ 5 و اگر کسی بخواهد بدیشان اذیت رساند، آتشی از دهانشان بدر شده، دشمنان ایشان را فرو می‌گیرد؛ و هر‌که قصد اذیت ایشان دارد، بدینگونه باید کشته شود.

And if any man will hurt them, fire proceeds out of their mouth, and devours their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

۶ 6 اینها قدرت به بستن آسمان دارند تا در ایام نبوت ایشان باران نبارد و قدرت بر آبها دارند که آنها را به خون تبدیل نمایند و جهان را هر گاه بخواهند، به انواع بلایا مبتلا سازند.

These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

۷ 7 و چون شهادت خود را به اتمام رسانند، آن وحش که از هاویه برمی آید، با ایشان جنگ کرده، غلبه خواهد یافت و ایشان را خواهد کشت (Abyssos g12)

And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. (Abyssos g12)

۸ 8 وبدنهای ایشان در شارع عام شهر عظیم که به‌معنی روحانی، به سدوم و مصر مسمی است، جایی که خداوند ایشان نیز مصلوب گشت، خواهد ماند.

And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

۹ 9 و گروهی از اقوام و قبایل و زبانها و امت‌ها، بدنهای ایشان را سه روز و نیم نظاره می‌کنند واجازت نمی دهند که بدنهای ایشان را به قبرسپارند.

And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.

۱۰ 10 و ساکنان زمین بر ایشان خوشی وشادی می‌کنند و نزد یکدیگر هدایا خواهندفرستاد، از آنرو که این دو نبی ساکنان زمین رامعذب ساختند.

And they that dwell on the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelled on the earth.

۱۱ 11 و بعد از سه روز و نیم، روح حیات از خدابدیشان درآمد که بر پایهای خود ایستادند وبینندگان ایشان را خوفی عظیم فرو گرفت.

And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood on their feet; and great fear fell on them which saw them.

۱۲ 12 وآوازی بلند از آسمان شنیدند که بدیشان می‌گوید: «به اینجا صعود نمایید.» پس در ابر، به آسمان بالا شدند و دشمنانشان ایشان را دیدند.

And they heard a great voice from heaven saying to them, Come up here. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.

۱۳ 13 و در همان ساعت، زلزله‌ای عظیم حادث گشت که ده‌یک از شهر منهدم گردید و هفت هزارنفر از زلزله هلاک شدند و باقی ماندگان ترسان گشته، خدای آسمان را تمجید کردند.

And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven.

۱۴ 14 وای دوم درگذشته است. اینک وای سوم بزودی می‌آید.

The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe comes quickly.

۱۵ 15 و فرشته‌ای بنواخت که ناگاه صداهای بلنددر آسمان واقع شد که می‌گفتند: «سلطنت جهان از آن خداوند ما و مسیح او شد و تا ابدالابادحکمرانی خواهد کرد.» (aiōn g165)

And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. (aiōn g165)

۱۶ 16 و آن بیست و چهارپیر که در حضور خدا بر تختهای خود نشسته‌اند، به روی درافتاده، خدا را سجده کردند

And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell on their faces, and worshipped God,

۱۷ 17 و گفتند: «تو را شکر می‌کنیم‌ای خداوند، خدای قادرمطلق که هستی و بودی، زیرا که قوت عظیم خودرا بدست گرفته، به سلطنت پرداختی.

Saying, We give you thanks, O LORD God Almighty, which are, and were, and are to come; because you have taken to you your great power, and have reigned.

۱۸ 18 و امت هاخشمناک شدند و غضب تو ظاهر گردید و وقت مردگان رسید تا بر ایشان داوری شود و تا بندگان خود یعنی انبیا و مقدسان و ترسندگان نام خود راچه کوچک و چه بزرگ اجرت دهی و مفسدان زمین را فاسد گردانی.»

And the nations were angry, and your wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that you should give reward to your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear your name, small and great; and should destroy them which destroy the earth.

۱۹ 19 و قدس خدا در آسمان مفتوح گشت وتابوت عهدنامه او در قدس او ظاهر شد و برقها وصداها و رعدها و زلزله و تگرگ عظیمی حادث شد.

And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightning, and voices, and thunder, and an earthquake, and great hail.
