| سرود برای متبرک ساختن خانه. مزمور داود ای خداوند تو را تسبیح می‌خوانم زیراکه مرا بالا کشیدی و دشمنانم را بر من مفتخر نساختی. | ۱ 1 |
Yahweh, I praise you because you rescued me. You did not allow [me to die], [with the result that] my enemies could gloat/rejoice.
| ای یهوه خدای من! نزد تواستغاثه نمودم و مرا شفا دادی. | ۲ 2 |
Yahweh, my God, I called out for you to help [me when I was ill], and you healed me.
| ای خداوندجانم را از حفره برآوردی. مرا زنده ساختی تا به هاویه فرونروم. (Sheol h7585) | ۳ 3 |
You saved/restored me when I was dying [MTY]. I was nearly dead, but you caused me to get well again. (Sheol h7585)
| ای مقدسان خداوند او رابسرایید و به ذکر قدوسیت او حمد گویید! | ۴ 4 |
All you who belong to Yahweh, sing praise to him! Think about what [God], the holy one, has done, and thank him!
| زیراکه غضب او لحظه‌ای است و در رضامندی اوزندگانی. شامگاه گریه نزیل می‌شود. صبحگاهان شادی رخ می‌نماید. | ۵ 5 |
When he becomes angry, he is angry for only a very short time [HYP], but he is good [to us] all of our life. We may cry during the night, but the next morning we will be joyful.
| و اما من در کامیابی خودگفتم: «جنبش نخواهم خورد تا ابدالاباد.» | ۶ 6 |
As for me, when I had no troubles, I said [to myself], “No one will defeat me!”
| ای خداوند به رضامندی خود کوه مرا در قوت ثابت گردانیدی و چون روی خود را پوشاندی پریشان شدم. | ۷ 7 |
Yahweh, because you were good to me, at first you caused me to be safe [as though I was inside] [MET] a mountain. But then [I became ill, and I thought that] you had turned away from me, and I became afraid.
| ای خداوند نزد تو فریاد برمی آورم و نزدخداوند تضرع می‌نمایم. | ۸ 8 |
[Then] I called out to you, and I pleaded for you [to help me].
| در خون من چه فایده است چون به حفره فرو روم. آیا خاک تو را حمدمی گوید و راستی تو را اخبار می‌نماید؟ | ۹ 9 |
[I said], “Yahweh, (what will you gain if I die?/ you won’t gain anything if I die) [MTY]. (In what way will it benefit you?/it won’t benefit you at all) if I go to the place where the dead people are [RHQ]. Dead people are certainly not able to praise you [RHQ], and they are not able to tell others that you are trustworthy [RHQ]!
| ای خداوند بشنو و به من کرم فرما. ای خداوندمددکار من باش. | ۱۰ 10 |
Yahweh, listen to me, and be merciful to me! Yahweh, help me!”
| ماتم مرا برای من به رقص مبدل ساخته‌ای. پلاس را از من بیرون کرده و کمرمرا به شادی بسته‌ای. | ۱۱ 11 |
But [now you have healed me], and you have caused me to change from being sad to dancing [joyfully]. You have taken away the clothes that showed that I was very sad and you have given me clothes that showed that I was [very] joyful.
| تا جلالم ترا سرودخواند و خاموش نشود. ای یهوه خدای من، تو راحمد خواهم گفت تا ابدالاباد. | ۱۲ 12 |
So I will not be silent; I will sing out [loudly] to praise you. Yahweh, you are my God, and I will thank you forever.
