مزامیر 11

۱ 1 برای سالار مغنیان. مزمور داود بر خداوند توکل می‌دارم. چرا به‌جانم می گویید: «مثل مرغ به کوه خودبگریزید.

I trust that Yahweh will protect [MTY] me. So do not [RHQ] say to me, “You need to escape/flee to the mountains like birds do,

۲ 2 زیرا اینک شریران کمان را می‌کشند وتیر را به زه نهاده‌اند، تا بر راست دلان در تاریکی بیندازند.

because wicked people have hidden in the darkness, they have pulled back their bowstrings and aimed their arrows to shoot them at godly/righteous [IDM] people [like you].

۳ 3 زیرا که ارکان منهدم می‌شوند و مردعادل چه کند؟»

When people are not punished for disobeying the laws, (what can righteous people do?/there is not much that righteous people can do.)” [RHQ]

۴ 4 خداوند در هیکل قدس خود است و کرسی خداوند در آسمان. چشمان او می‌نگرد، پلکهای وی بنی آدم را می‌آزماید.

But Yahweh is sitting on his throne in his sacred temple in heaven, and he [SYN] watches everything that people do.

۵ 5 خداوند مرد عادل راامتحان می‌کند؛ و اما از شریر و ظلم دوست، جان او نفرت می‌دارد.

Yahweh examines what righteous people do and what wicked people do, and he hates those who like to perform violent actions [to injure others].

۶ 6 بر شریر دامها و آتش وکبریت خواهد بارانید، و باد سموم حصه پیاله ایشان خواهد بود.

He will send down [from the sky] flaming coals and burning sulfur, and send scorching hot winds to punish wicked people.

۷ 7 زیرا خداوند عادل است وعدالت را دوست می‌دارد، و راستان روی او راخواهند دید.

Yahweh is righteous and he loves those who act righteously; righteous people are able to come into his presence.
