نحمیا 12

۱ 1 و اینانند کاهنان و لاویانی که با زربابل بن شئلتیئیل و یشوع برآمدند. سرایا وارمیا و عزرا.

Now these [are] the priests and the Levites that went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra,

۲ 2 امریا و ملوک و حطوش.

Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,

۳ 3 و شکنیاو رحوم و مریموت.

Shechaniah, Rehum, Meremoth,

۴ 4 و عدو و جنتوی و ابیا.

Iddo, Ginnetho, Abijah,

۵ 5 ومیامین و معدیا و بلجه.

Miamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,

۶ 6 و شمعیا و یویاریب و یدعیا.

Shemaiah, and Joiarib, Jedaiah,

۷ 7 و سلو و عاموق و حلقیا و یدعیا. اینان روسای کاهنان و برادران ایشان در ایام یشوع بودند.

Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These [were] the chief of the priests and of their brethren in the days of Jeshua.

۸ 8 و لاویان: یشوع و بنوی و قدمیئیل وشربیا و یهودا و متنیا که او و برادرانش پیشوایان تسبیح خوانان بودند.

Moreover the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, [and] Mattaniah, [which was] over the thanksgiving, he and his brethren.

۹ 9 و برادران ایشان بقبقیه وعنی در مقابل ایشان در جای خدمت خود بودند.

Also Bakbukiah and Unni, their brethren, [were] over against them in the watches.

۱۰ 10 و یشوع یویاقیم را تولید نمود و یویاقیم الیاشیب را آورد و الیاشیب یویاداع را آورد.

And Jeshua begat Joiakim, Joiakim also begat Eliashib, and Eliashib begat Joiada,

۱۱ 11 ویویاداع یوناتان را آورد و یوناتان یدوع را آورد.

And Joiada begat Jonathan, and Jonathan begat Jaddua.

۱۲ 12 و در ایام یویاقیم روسای خاندانهای آبای کاهنان اینان بودند. از سرایا مرایا و از ارمیا حننیا.

And in the days of Joiakim were priests, the chief of the fathers: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah;

۱۳ 13 و از عزرا، مشلام و از امریا، یهوحانان.

Of Ezra, Meshullam; of Amariah, Jehohanan;

۱۴ 14 و ازملیکو، یوناتان و از شبنیا، یوسف.

Of Melicu, Jonathan; of Shebaniah, Joseph;

۱۵ 15 و از حاریم، عدنا و از مرایوت، حلقای.

Of Harim, Adna; of Meraioth, Helkai;

۱۶ 16 و از عدو، زکریا واز جنتون، مشلام.

Of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam;

۱۷ 17 و از ابیا، زکری و از منیامین و موعدیا، فلطای.

Of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai;

۱۸ 18 و از بلجه، شموع و ازشمعیا، یهوناتان.

Of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jehonathan;

۱۹ 19 و از یویاریب، متنای و ازیدعیا، عزی.

And of Joiarib, Mattenai; of Jedaiah, Uzzi;

۲۰ 20 و از سلای، قلای و از عاموق، عابر.

Of Sallai, Kallai; of Amok, Eber;

۲۱ 21 و از حلقیا، حشبیا و از یدعیا، نتنئیل.

Of Hilkiah, Hashabiah; of Jedaiah, Nethaneel.

۲۲ 22 و روسای آبای لاویان، در ایام الیاشیب ویهویاداع و یوحانان و یدوع ثبت شدند و کاهنان نیز در سلطنت داریوش فارسی.

The Levites in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan, and Jaddua, [were] recorded chief of the fathers: also the priests, to the reign of Darius the Persian.

۲۳ 23 و روسای آبای بنی لاوی در کتاب تواریخ ایام تا ایام یوحانان بن الیاشیب ثبت گردیدند.

The sons of Levi, the chief of the fathers, [were] written in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib.

۲۴ 24 و روسای لاویان، حشبیا و شربیا و یشوع بن قدمیئیل وبرادرانشان در مقابل ایشان، تا موافق فرمان داودمرد خدا، فرقه برابر فرقه، حمد و تسبیح بخوانند.

And the chief of the Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their brethren over against them, to praise [and] to give thanks, according to the commandment of David the man of God, ward over against ward.

۲۵ 25 و متنیا و بقبقیا و عوبدیا و مشلام و طلمون وعقوب دربانان بودند که نزد خزانه های دروازه هاپاسبانی می‌نمودند.

Mattaniah, and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub, [were] porters keeping the ward at the thresholds of the gates.

۲۶ 26 اینان در ایام یویاقیم بن یشوع بن یوصاداق و در ایام نحمیای والی وعزرای کاهن کاتب بودند.

These [were] in the days of Joiakim the son of Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor, and of Ezra the priest, the scribe.

۲۷ 27 و هنگام تبریک نمودن حصار اورشلیم، لاویان را از همه مکان های ایشان طلبیدند تا ایشان را به اورشلیم بیاورند که با شادمانی و حمد و سرود بادف و بربط و عود آن را تبریک نمایند.

And at the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites out of all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to keep the dedication with gladness, both with thanksgivings, and with singing, [with] cymbals, psalteries, and with harps.

۲۸ 28 پس پسران مغنیان، از دایره گرداگرد اورشلیم و ازدهات نطوفاتیان جمع شدند.

And the sons of the singers gathered themselves together, both out of the plain country round about Jerusalem, and from the villages of Netophathi;

۲۹ 29 و از بیت جلجال و از مزرعه های جبع و عزموت، زیرا که مغنیان به اطراف اورشلیم به جهت خود دهات بنا کرده بودند.

Also from the house of Gilgal, and out of the fields of Geba and Azmaveth: for the singers had builded them villages round about Jerusalem.

۳۰ 30 و کاهنان و لاویان خویشتن را تطهیرنمودند و قوم و دروازه‌ها و حصار را نیز تطهیرکردند.

And the priests and the Levites purified themselves, and purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.

۳۱ 31 و من روسای یهودا را بر سر حصارآوردم و دو فرقه بزرگ از تسبیح خوانان معین کردم که یکی از آنها به طرف راست بر سر حصارتا دروازه خاکروبه به هیئت اجماعی رفتند.

Then I brought up the princes of Judah upon the wall, and appointed two great [companies of them that gave] thanks, [whereof one] went on the right hand upon the wall toward the dung gate:

۳۲ 32 و در عقب ایشان، هوشعیا و نصف روسای یهودا.

And after them went Hoshaiah, and half of the princes of Judah,

۳۳ 33 و عزریا و عزرا و مشلام.

And Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam,

۳۴ 34 و یهودا وبنیامین شمعیا و ارمیا.

Judah, and Benjamin, and Shemaiah, and Jeremiah,

۳۵ 35 و بعضی از پسران کاهنان با کرناها یعنی زکریا ابن یوناتان بن شمعیاابن متنیا ابن میکایا ابن زکور بن آصاف.

And [certain] of the priests’ sons with trumpets; [namely], Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Michaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph:

۳۶ 36 وبرادران او شمعیا و عزریئیل و مللای و جللای وماعای و نتنئیل و یهودا و حنانی با آلات موسیقی داود مرد خدا، و عزرای کاتب پیش ایشان بود.

And his brethren, Shemaiah, and Azarael, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Judah, Hanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God, and Ezra the scribe before them.

۳۷ 37 پس ایشان نزد دروازه چشمه که برابر ایشان بود، بر زینه شهر داود بر فراز حصار بالای خانه داود، تا دروازه آب به طرف مشرق رفتند.

And at the fountain gate, which was over against them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the going up of the wall, above the house of David, even unto the water gate eastward.

۳۸ 38 وفرقه دوم، تسبیح خوانان در مقابل ایشان به هیئت اجماعی رفتند و من و نصف قوم بر سر حصار، ازنزد برج تنور تا حصار عریض در عقب ایشان رفتیم.

And the other [company of them that gave] thanks went over against [them], and I after them, and the half of the people upon the wall, from beyond the tower of the furnaces even unto the broad wall;

۳۹ 39 و ایشان از بالای دروازه افرایم و بالای دروازه کهنه و بالای دروازه ماهی و برج حننئیل وبرج مئه تا دروازه گوسفندان (رفته )، نزد دروازه سجن توقف نمودند.

And from above the gate of Ephraim, and above the old gate, and above the fish gate, and the tower of Hananeel, and the tower of Meah, even unto the sheep gate: and they stood still in the prison gate.

۴۰ 40 پس هر دو فرقه تسبیح خوانان در خانه خدا ایستادند و من و نصف سروران ایستادیم.

So stood the two [companies of them that gave] thanks in the house of God, and I, and the half of the rulers with me:

۴۱ 41 و الیاقیم و معسیا ومنیامین و میکایا و الیوعینای و زکریا وحننیای کهنه با کرناها،

And the priests; Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Michaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, [and] Hananiah, with trumpets;

۴۲ 42 و معسیا و شمعیا والعازار و عزی و یوحانان و ملکیا و عیلام و عازر، و مغنیان و یزرحیای وکیل به آواز بلندسراییدند.

And Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Uzzi, and Jehohanan, and Malchijah, and Elam, and Ezer. And the singers sang loud, with Jezrahiah [their] overseer.

۴۳ 43 و در آن روز، قربانی های عظیم گذرانیده، شادی نمودند، زیرا خدا ایشان را بسیار شادمان گردانیده بود و زنان و اطفال نیز شادی نمودند. پس شادمانی اورشلیم از جایهای دور مسموع شد.

Also that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced: for God had made them rejoice with great joy: the wives also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off.

۴۴ 44 و در آن روز، کسانی چند بر حجره‌ها به جهت خزانه‌ها و هدایا و نوبرها و عشرها تعیین شدند تا حصه های کاهنان و لاویان را ازمزرعه های شهرها برحسب تورات در آنها جمع کنند، زیرا که یهودا درباره کاهنان و لاویانی که به خدمت می‌ایستادند، شادی می‌نمودند.

And at that time were some appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites that waited.

۴۵ 45 وایشان با مغنیان و دربانان، موافق حکم داود وپسرش سلیمان، ودیعت خدای خود و لوازم تطهیر را نگاه داشتند.

And both the singers and the porters kept the ward of their God, and the ward of the purification, according to the commandment of David, [and] of Solomon his son.

۴۶ 46 زیرا که در ایام داود وآساف از قدیم، روسای مغنیان بودند وسرودهای حمد و تسبیح برای خدا(می خواندند).

For in the days of David and Asaph of old [there were] chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.

۴۷ 47 و تمامی اسرائیل در ایام زربابل و در ایام نحمیا، حصه های مغنیان ودربانان را روز به روز می‌دادند و ایشان وقف به لاویان می‌دادند و لاویان وقف به بنی هارون می‌دادند.

And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, every day his portion: and they sanctified [holy things] unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified [them] unto the children of Aaron.
