مرقس 11

۱ 1 و چون نزدیک به اورشلیم به بیت‌فاجی و بیت عنیا بر کوه زیتون رسیدند، دو نفراز شاگردان خود را فرستاده،

And when they came near to Jerusalem, to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sends forth two of his disciples,

۲ 2 بدیشان گفت: «بدین قریه‌ای که پیش روی شما است بروید وچون وارد آن شدید، درساعت کره الاغی را بسته خواهید یافت که تا به حال هیچ‌کس بر آن سوارنشده؛ آن را باز کرده، بیاورید.

And says to them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as you be entered into it, you shall find a colt tied, where on never man sat; loose him, and bring him.

۳ 3 و هرگاه کسی به شما گوید چرا چنین می‌کنید، گویید خداوندبدین احتیاج دارد؛ بی‌تامل آن را به اینجا خواهدفرستاد.»

And if any man say to you, Why do you this? say you that the Lord has need of him; and straightway he will send him here.

۴ 4 پس رفته کره‌ای بیرون دروازه درشارع عام بسته یافتند و آن را باز می‌کردند،

And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.

۵ 5 که بعضی از حاضرین بدیشان گفتند: «چه‌کار داریدکه کره را باز می‌کنید؟»

And certain of them that stood there said to them, What do you, loosing the colt?

۶ 6 آن دو نفر چنانکه عیسی فرموده بود، بدیشان گفتند. پس ایشان را اجازت دادند.

And they said to them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.

۷ 7 آنگاه کره را به نزد عیسی آورده، رخت خود را بر آن افکندند تا بر آن سوار شد.

And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat on him.

۸ 8 وبسیاری رختهای خود و بعضی شاخه‌ها ازدرختان بریده، بر راه گسترانیدند.

And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strewed them in the way.

۹ 9 و آنانی که پیش و پس می‌رفتند، فریادکنان می‌گفتند: «هوشیعانا، مبارک باد کسی‌که به نام خداوندمی آید.

And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord:

۱۰ 10 مبارک باد ملکوت پدر ما داود که می‌آید به اسم خداوند. هوشیعانا در اعلی علیین.»

Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that comes in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.

۱۱ 11 و عیسی وارد اورشلیم شده، به هیکل درآمد وبه همه‌چیز ملاحظه نمود. چون وقت شام شد باآن دوازده به بیت عنیا رفت.

And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about on all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out to Bethany with the twelve.

۱۲ 12 بامدادان چون از بیت عنیا بیرون می‌آمدند، گرسنه شد.

And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:

۱۳ 13 ناگاه درخت انجیری که برگ داشت از دور دیده، آمد تا شاید چیزی بر آن بیابد. اما چون نزد آن رسید، جز برگ بر آن هیچ نیافت زیرا که موسم انجیر نرسیده بود.

And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.

۱۴ 14 پس عیسی توجه نموده، بدان فرمود: «از این پس تا به ابد، هیچ‌کس از تو میوه نخواهد خورد.» وشاگردانش شنیدند. (aiōn g165)

And Jesus answered and said to it, No man eat fruit of you hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it. (aiōn g165)

۱۵ 15 پس وارد اورشلیم شدند. و چون عیسی داخل هیکل گشت، به بیرون کردن آنانی که درهیکل خرید و فروش می‌کردند شروع نمود وتخت های صرافان و کرسیهای کبوترفروشان راواژگون ساخت،

And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

۱۶ 16 و نگذاشت که کسی با ظرفی از میان هیکل بگذرد،

And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.

۱۷ 17 و تعلیم داده، گفت: «آیامکتوب نیست که خانه من خانه عبادت تمامی امتها نامیده خواهد شد؟ اما شما آن را مغاره دزدان ساخته‌اید.»

And he taught, saying to them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but you have made it a den of thieves.

۱۸ 18 چون روسای کهنه و کاتبان این را بشنیدند، در صدد آن شدند که او را چطور هلاک سازندزیرا که از وی ترسیدند چون که همه مردم ازتعلیم وی متحیر می‌بودند.

And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

۱۹ 19 چون شام شد، از شهر بیرون رفت.

And when even was come, he went out of the city.

۲۰ 20 صبحگاهان، در اثنای راه، درخت انجیر رااز ریشه خشک یافتند.

And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

۲۱ 21 پطرس به‌خاطر آورده، وی را گفت: «ای استاد، اینک درخت انجیری که نفرینش کردی خشک شده!»

And Peter calling to remembrance says to him, Master, behold, the fig tree which you cursed is withered away.

۲۲ 22 عیسی در جواب ایشان گفت: «به خدا ایمان آورید،

And Jesus answering says to them, Have faith in God.

۲۳ 23 زیرا که هرآینه به شما می‌گویم هر‌که بدین کوه گویدمنتقل شده، به دریا افکنده شو و در دل خود شک نداشته باشد بلکه یقین دارد که آنچه گویدمی شود، هرآینه هر‌آنچه گوید بدو عطا شود.

For truly I say to you, That whoever shall say to this mountain, Be you removed, and be you cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatever he says.

۲۴ 24 بنابراین به شما می‌گویم آنچه در عبادت سوال می‌کنید، یقین بدانید که آن را یافته‌اید و به شماعطا خواهد شد.

Therefore I say to you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.

۲۵ 25 و وقتی که به دعا بایستید، هرگاه کسی به شما خطا کرده باشد، او را ببخشید تاآنکه پدر شما نیز که در آسمان است، خطایای شما را معاف دارد.

And when you stand praying, forgive, if you have something against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

۲۶ 26 اما هرگاه شما نبخشید، پدر شما نیز که درآسمان است تقصیرهای شما را نخواهد بخشید.»

But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

۲۷ 27 و باز به اورشلیم آمدند. و هنگامی که او درهیکل می‌خرامید، روسای کهنه و کاتبان و مشایخ نزد وی آمده،

And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders,

۲۸ 28 گفتندش: «به چه قدرت این کارها را می‌کنی و کیست که این قدرت را به توداده است تا این اعمال را به‌جا آری؟»

And say to him, By what authority do you these things? and who gave you this authority to do these things?

۲۹ 29 عیسی در جواب ایشان گفت: «من از شما نیز سخنی می پرسم، مرا جواب دهید تا من هم به شما گویم به چه قدرت این کارها را می‌کنم.

And Jesus answered and said to them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.

۳۰ 30 تعمید یحیی ازآسمان بود یا از انسان؟ مرا جواب دهید.»

The baptism of John, was it from heaven, or of men? answer me.

۳۱ 31 ایشان در دلهای خود تفکر نموده، گفتند: «اگرگوییم از آسمان بود، هرآینه گوید پس چرا بدوایمان نیاوردید.

And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did you not believe him?

۳۲ 32 و اگر گوییم از انسان بود، » ازخلق بیم داشتند از آنجا که همه یحیی را نبی‌ای برحق می‌دانستند.

But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.

۳۳ 33 پس در جواب عیسی گفتند: «نمی دانیم.» عیسی بدیشان جواب داد: «من هم شما را نمی گویم که به کدام قدرت این کارها را به‌جا می‌آورم.»

And they answered and said to Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering says to them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
