لوقا 4
| اما عیسی پر از روح‌القدس بوده، از اردن مراجعت کرد و روح او را به بیابان برد. | ۱ 1 |
And, Jesus, full of Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan, and was led in the Spirit in the desert,
| ومدت چهل روز ابلیس او را تجربه می‌نمود و درآن ایام چیزی نخورد. چون تمام شد، آخر گرسنه گردید. | ۲ 2 |
forty days, —being tempted by the adversary; and he did eat nothing in those days, —and, when they were concluded, he hungered.
| و ابلیس بدو گفت: «اگر پسر خدا هستی، این سنگ را بگو تا نان گردد.» | ۳ 3 |
And the adversary said to him—If thou art God’s, Son, speak unto this stone; that it become bread.
| عیسی در جواب وی گفت: «مکتوب است که انسان به نان فقط زیست نمی کند، بلکه به هر کلمه خدا.» | ۴ 4 |
And Jesus made answer unto him—It is written: Not, on bread alone, shall, man, live.
| پس ابلیس او رابه کوهی بلند برده، تمامی ممالک جهان را درلحظه‌ای بدو نشان داد. | ۵ 5 |
And, leading him up, he shewed him all the kingdoms of the inhabited earth, in a moment of time.
| و ابلیس بدو گفت: «جمیع این قدرت و حشمت آنها را به تو می‌دهم، زیرا که به من سپرده شده است و به هر‌که می‌خواهم می‌بخشم. | ۶ 6 |
And the adversary said to him—Unto thee, will I give this authority, all together, and their glory; because, unto me, hath it been delivered up, and, to whomsoever I please, I give it:
| پس اگر تو پیش من سجده کنی، همه از آن تو خواهد شد.» | ۷ 7 |
Thou, therefore, if thou wilt worship before me, it shall all, be thine.
| عیسی در جواب او گفت: «ای شیطان، مکتوب است، خداوند خدای خود را پرستش کن و غیر او راعبادت منما.» | ۸ 8 |
And, answering, Jesus said to him—It is written: The Lord thy God, shalt thou worship, and, unto him alone, render divine service.
| پس او را به اورشلیم برده، برکنگره هیکل قرار داد و بدو گفت: «اگر پسر خداهستی، خود را از اینجا به زیر انداز. | ۹ 9 |
And he led him into Jerusalem, and set him upon the pinnacle of the temple, —and said [to him]—If thou art God’s, Son, cast thyself, from hence, down;
| زیرامکتوب است که فرشتگان خود را درباره تو حکم فرماید تا تو را محافظت کنند. | ۱۰ 10 |
for it is written—Unto his messengers, will he give command concerning thee, to keep vigilant watch over thee, —
| و تو را به‌دستهای خود بردارند، مبادا پایت به سنگی خورد.» | ۱۱ 11 |
And, On hands, will they take thee up, lest once thou strike, against a stone, thy foot.
| عیسی در جواب وی گفت که «گفته شده است، خداوند خدای خود را تجربه مکن.» | ۱۲ 12 |
And Jesus, answering, said to him—It is said: Thou shalt not put to the test the Lord thy God.
| و چون ابلیس جمیع تجربه را به اتمام رسانید، تا مدتی از او جدا شد. | ۱۳ 13 |
And, having concluded every temptation, the adversary departed from him until a fitting season.
| و عیسی به قوت روح، به جلیل برگشت وخبر او در تمامی آن نواحی شهرت یافت. | ۱۴ 14 |
And Jesus returned, in the power of the Spirit, into Galilee; and, a report, went out along the whole of the region, concerning him;
| و اودر کنایس ایشان تعلیم می‌داد و همه او را تعظیم می‌کردند. | ۱۵ 15 |
and, he, began teaching in their synagogues, being glorified by all.
| و به ناصره جایی که پرورش یافته بود، رسید و بحسب دستور خود در روز سبت به کنیسه درآمده، برای تلاوت برخاست. | ۱۶ 16 |
And he came into Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and entered, according to his custom, on the sabbath day, into the synagogue, —and stood up to read.
| آنگاه صحیفه اشعیا نبی را بدو دادند و چون کتاب راگشود، موضعی را یافت که مکتوب است | ۱۷ 17 |
And there was handed to him a scroll of the prophet Isaiah; and unfolding the scroll, he found the place where it was written:
| «روح خداوند بر من است، زیرا که مرا مسح کرد تا فقیران را بشارت دهم و مرا فرستاد، تاشکسته دلان را شفا بخشم و اسیران را به رستگاری و کوران را به بینایی، موعظه کنم و تاکوبیدگان را، آزاد سازم، | ۱۸ 18 |
The Spirit of the Lord, is upon me, because he hath anointed me—to tell glad tidings unto the destitute; He hath sent me forth, —To proclaim, to captives, a release, and, to the blind, a recovering of sight, —to send away the crushed, with a release;
| و از سال پسندیده خداوند موعظه کنم.» | ۱۹ 19 |
To proclaim the welcome year of the Lord.
| پس کتاب را به هم پیچیده، به خادم سپرد وبنشست و چشمان همه اهل کنیسه بر وی دوخته می‌بود. | ۲۰ 20 |
And, folding up the scroll, he handed it to the attendant, and sat down; and, the eyes of all, in the synagogue, were intently fixed upon him;
| آنگاه بدیشان شروع به گفتن کرد که «امروز این نوشته در گوشهای شما تمام شد.» | ۲۱ 21 |
and he began to be saying to them—This day, is fulfilled this scripture, in your ears.
| و همه بر وی شهادت دادند و از سخنان فیض آمیزی که از دهانش صادر می‌شد، تعجب نموده، گفتند: «مگر این پسر یوسف نیست؟» | ۲۲ 22 |
And, all, were bearing witness to him, and marvelling at the words of favour which were proceeding out of his mouth; and they were saying—Is not, this, the, son of Joseph?
| بدیشان گفت: «هرآینه این مثل را به من خواهیدگفت، ای طبیب خود را شفا بده. آنچه شنیده‌ایم که در کفرناحوم از تو صادر شد، اینجا نیز در وطن خویش بنما.» | ۲۳ 23 |
And he said unto them—By all means, ye will speak to me this similitude: Physician! heal, thyself, —Whatsoever things we have heard of coming to pass in Capernaum, do here also, in thine own country.
| و گفت: «هرآینه به شمامی گویم که هیچ نبی در وطن خویش مقبول نباشد. | ۲۴ 24 |
And he said—Verily, I say unto you, No prophet, is, welcome, in his own country,
| و به تحقیق شما را می‌گویم که بسا بیوه‌زنان در اسرائیل بودند، در ایام الیاس، وقتی که آسمان مدت سه سال و شش ماه بسته ماند، چنانکه قحطی عظیم در تمامی زمین پدید آمد، | ۲۵ 25 |
And, of a truth, I say unto you—Many widows, were in the days of Elijah, in Israel, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when there came a great famine upon all the land;
| و الیاس نزد هیچ کدام از ایشان فرستاده نشد، مگر نزد بیوه‌زنی در صرفه صیدون. | ۲۶ 26 |
And, unto none of them, was Elijah sent, save unto Sarepta of Sidonia, unto a woman that was a widow.
| و بساابرصان در اسرائیل بودند، در ایام الیشع نبی واحدی از ایشان طاهر نگشت، جز نعمان سریانی.» | ۲۷ 27 |
And, many lepers, were in Israel, in the time of Elisha the prophet, and, not one of them, was cleansed, save Naaman the Syrian.
| پس تمام اهل کنیسه چون این سخنان راشنیدند، پر از خشم گشتند. | ۲۸ 28 |
And all were filled with wrath, in the synagogue, as they heard these things.
| و برخاسته او را ازشهر بیرون کردند و بر قله کوهی که قریه ایشان برآن بنا شده بود بردند، تا او را به زیر افکنند. | ۲۹ 29 |
And, rising up, they thrust him forth outside the city, and led him as far as a brow of the hill on which their city was built, —so that they might throw him down headlong.
| ولی از میان ایشان گذشته، برفت. | ۳۰ 30 |
But, he, passing through the midst of them, went his way.
| و به کفرناحوم شهری از جلیل فرود شده، در روزهای سبت، ایشان را تعلیم می‌داد. | ۳۱ 31 |
And he came down into Capernaum, a city of Galilee. And he was teaching them on the sabbath;
| و ازتعلیم او در حیرت افتادند، زیرا که کلام او باقدرت می‌بود. | ۳۲ 32 |
and they were being struck with astonishment at his teaching, because, with authority, was his word.
| و در کنیسه مردی بود، که روح دیو خبیث داشت و به آواز بلند فریادکنان می‌گفت: | ۳۳ 33 |
And, in the synagogue, was a man having a spirit of an impure demon; and he cried out with a loud voice—
| «آه‌ای عیسی ناصری، ما را با تو چه‌کار است، آیا آمده‌ای تا ما را هلاک سازی؟ تو را می شناسم کیستی، ای قدوس خدا.» | ۳۴ 34 |
Let be! What have we in common with thee, O Jesus, Nazarene! Hast thou come to destroy us? I know thee, who thou art, —The Holy One of God.
| پس عیسی او را نهیب داده، فرمود: «خاموش باش و ازوی بیرون آی.» در ساعت دیو او را در میان انداخته، از او بیرون شد و هیچ آسیبی بدونرسانید. | ۳۵ 35 |
And Jesus rebuked it, saying—Hold thy peace! and go forth from him. And the demon, throwing him into the midst, went forth from him, doing him no hurt.
| پس حیرت بر همه ایشان مستولی گشت و یکدیگر را مخاطب ساخته، گفتند: «این چه سخن است که این شخص با قدرت و قوت، ارواح پلید را امر می‌کند و بیرون می‌آیند!» | ۳۶ 36 |
And amazement came upon all, and they began to converse one with another, saying—What is this word, that, with authority and power, he giveth orders unto the impure spirits, and they go forth?
| وشهرت او در هر موضعی از آن حوالی، پهن شد. | ۳۷ 37 |
And a noise concerning him began to go out into every place of the country around.
| و از کنیسه برخاسته، به خانه شمعون درآمد. و مادر‌زن شمعون را تب شدیدی عارض شده بود، برای او از وی التماس کردند. | ۳۸ 38 |
And, rising up, from the synagogue, he went into the house of Simon. Now, the mother-in-law of Simon, was in distress with a great fever; and they made request to him concerning her.
| پس برسر وی آمده، تب را نهیب داده، تب از او زایل شد. در ساعت برخاسته، به خدمتگذاری ایشان مشغول شد. | ۳۹ 39 |
And, standing over her, he rebuked the fever, and it left her; and, instantly arising, she began to minister unto them.
| و چون آفتاب غروب می‌کرد، همه آنانی که اشخاص مبتلا به انواع مرضها داشتند، ایشان را نزد وی آوردند و به هر یکی از ایشان دست گذارده، شفا داد. | ۴۰ 40 |
But, as the sun was going in, they one and all, as many as had any sick with divers diseases, brought them unto him; and, he, upon each one of them laying, his hands, was curing them.
| و دیوها نیز از بسیاری بیرون می‌رفتند و صیحه زنان می‌گفتند که «تو مسیح پسرخدا هستی.» ولی ایشان را قدغن کرده، نگذاشت که حرف زنند، زیرا که دانستند او مسیح است. | ۴۱ 41 |
And demons also were going forth from many; crying aloud, and saying—Thou, art the Son of God. And, rebuking them, he suffered them not be talking; because they knew him to be, The Christ.
| و چون روز شد، روانه شده به مکانی ویران رفت و گروهی کثیر در جستجوی او آمده، نزدش رسیدند و او را باز می‌داشتند که از نزد ایشان نرود. | ۴۲ 42 |
And, when it was day, going forth, he journeyed into a desert place; and, the multitudes, were seeking after him, and they came unto him, and would have detained him, that he might not depart from them.
| به ایشان گفت: «مرا لازم است که به شهرهای دیگر نیز به ملکوت خدا بشارت دهم، زیرا که برای همین کار فرستاده شده‌ام.» | ۴۳ 43 |
But, he, said unto them—To the other cities also, I must needs tell the good-news of the kingdom of God, because, hereunto, was I sent forth.
| پس در کنایس جلیل موعظه می‌نمود. | ۴۴ 44 |
And he was proclaiming in the cities of Judaea.
