پیدایش 37

۱ 1 و یعقوب در زمین غربت پدر خود، یعنی زمین کنعان ساکن شد.

And he dwelt Jacob in [the] land of [the] sojournings of father his in [the] land of Canaan.

۲ 2 این است پیدایش یعقوب. چون یوسف هفده ساله بود، گله را با برادران خود چوپانی می‌کرد. و آن جوان باپسران بلهه و پسران زلفه، زنان پدرش، می‌بود. ویوسف از بدسلوکی ایشان پدر را خبر می‌داد.

These - [are] [the] accounts of Jacob Joseph [was] a son of seven-teen year[s] he was shepherding with brothers his the flock and he [was] a youth with [the] sons of Bilhah and with [the] sons of Zilpah [the] wives of father his and he brought Joseph report their bad to father their.

۳ 3 واسرائیل، یوسف را از سایر پسران خود بیشتردوست داشتی، زیرا که او پسر پیری او بود، وبرایش ردایی بلند ساخت.

And Israel he loved Joseph more than all sons his for [was] a son of old age he for him and he made for him a long garment of palms and soles.

۴ 4 و چون برادرانش دیدند که پدر ایشان، او را بیشتر از همه برادرانش دوست می‌دارد، از او کینه داشتند، ونمی توانستند با وی به سلامتی سخن گویند.

And they saw brothers his that him he loved father their more than all brothers his and they hated him and not they were able to speak to him to welfare.

۵ 5 ویوسف خوابی دیده، آن را به برادران خود بازگفت. پس بر کینه او افزودند.

And he dreamed Joseph a dream and he told [it] to brothers his and they increased again to hate him.

۶ 6 و بدیشان گفت: «این خوابی را که دیده‌ام، بشنوید:

And he said to them hear please the dream this which I have dreamed.

۷ 7 اینک ما در مزرعه بافه‌ها می‌بستیم، که ناگاه بافه من برپا شده، بایستاد، و بافه های شماگرد آمده، به بافه من سجده کردند.»

And there! we [were] binding sheaves in [the] middle of the field and there! it arose sheaf my and also it stood upright and there! they gathered round sheaves your and they bowed down to sheaf my.

۸ 8 برادرانش به وی گفتند: «آیا فی الحقیقه بر ماسلطنت خواهی کرد؟ و بر ما مسلط خواهی شد؟» و بسبب خوابها و سخنانش بر کینه او افزودند.

And they said to him brothers his ¿ really will you reign over us or? certainly will you rule over us and they increased again to hate him on dreams his and on words his.

۹ 9 از آن پس خوابی دیگر دید، و برادران خود را ازآن خبر داده، گفت: «اینک باز خوابی دیده‌ام، که ناگاه آفتاب و ماه و یازده ستاره مرا سجده کردند.»

And he dreamed again a dream another and he recounted it to brothers his and he said here! I have dreamed a dream again and there! the sun and the moon and one [plus] ten stars [were] bowing down to me.

۱۰ 10 و پدر و برادران خود را خبر داد، وپدرش او را توبیخ کرده، بوی گفت: «این چه خوابی است که دیده‌ای؟ آیا من و مادرت وبرادرانت حقیقت خواهیم آمد و تو را بر زمین سجده خواهیم نمود؟»

And he recounted [it] to father his and to brothers his and he rebuked him father his and he said to him what? [is] the dream this which you have dreamed ¿ really will we come I and mother your and brothers your to bow down to you [the] ground towards.

۱۱ 11 و برادرانش بر او حسدبردند، و اما پدرش، آن امر را در خاطر نگاه داشت.

And they were jealous of him brothers his and father his he kept the matter.

۱۲ 12 و برادرانش برای چوپانی گله پدر خود، به شکیم رفتند.

And they went brothers his to pasture [the] flock of father their at Shechem.

۱۳ 13 و اسرائیل به یوسف گفت: «آیابرادرانت در شکیم چوپانی نمی کنند، بیا تا تو رانزد ایشان بفرستم.» وی را گفت: «لبیک.»

And he said Israel to Joseph ¿ not [are] brothers your pasturing at Shechem come! and I will send you to them and he said to him here [am] I.

۱۴ 14 او راگفت: «الان برو و سلامتی برادران و سلامتی گله را ببین و نزد من خبر بیاور.» و او را از وادی حبرون فرستاد، و به شکیم آمد.

And he said to him go please see [the] welfare of brothers your and [the] welfare of the flock and bring to me word and he sent him from [the] valley of Hebron and he came Shechem towards.

۱۵ 15 و شخصی به اوبرخورد، و اینک، او در صحرا آواره می‌بود، پس آن شخص از او پرسیده، گفت: «چه می‌طلبی؟»

And he found him a man and there! [he was] wandering in the open country and he asked him the man saying what? are you seeking.

۱۶ 16 گفت: «من برادران خود را می‌جویم، مرا خبرده که کجا چوپانی می‌کنند.»

And he said brothers my I [am] seeking tell! please to me where? [are] they pasturing.

۱۷ 17 آن مرد گفت: «ازاینجا روانه شدند، زیرا شنیدیم که می‌گفتند: به دوتان می‌رویم.» پس یوسف از عقب برادران خود رفته، ایشان را در دوتان یافت.

And he said the man they have departed from here for I heard [them] saying let us go Dothan towards and he went Joseph after brothers his and he found them at Dothan.

۱۸ 18 و او را ازدور دیدند، و قبل از آنکه نزدیک ایشان بیاید، باهم توطئه دیدند که اورا بکشند.

And they saw him from a distance and just before he drew near to them and they dealt deceptively with him to kill him.

۱۹ 19 و به یکدیگر گفتند: «اینک این صاحب خوابها می‌آید.

And they said each to brother his there! [the] master of dreams this [is] coming.

۲۰ 20 اکنون بیایید او را بکشیم، و به یکی از این چاهها بیندازیم، و گوییم جانوری درنده او را خورد. و ببینیم خوابهایش چه می‌شود.»

And now - come and let us kill him and let us throw him in one of the pits and we will say an animal wild it has eaten him and we may see what? will be dreams his.

۲۱ 21 لیکن روبین چون این را شنید، او را از دست ایشان رهانیده، گفت: «او را نکشیم.»

And he heard Reuben and he rescued him from hand their and he said not let us strike him life.

۲۲ 22 پس روبین بدیشان گفت: «خون مریزید، او را در این چاه که در صحراست، بیندازید، و دست خود رابر او دراز مکنید.» تا او را از دست ایشان رهانیده، به پدر خود رد نماید.

And he said to them - Reuben may not you shed blood throw him into the pit this which [is] in the wilderness and a hand may not you stretch out on him so as to rescue him from hand their to restore him to father his.

۲۳ 23 و به مجرد رسیدن یوسف نزد برادران خود، رختش را یعنی آن ردای بلند را که دربرداشت، از او کندند.

And it was just when he came Joseph to brothers his and they stripped Joseph long garment his [the] long garment of the palms and soles which [was] on him.

۲۴ 24 و او را گرفته، درچاه انداختند، اما چاه، خالی و بی‌آب بود.

And they took him and they threw him the pit towards and the pit [was] empty there not in it [was] water.

۲۵ 25 پس برای غذا خوردن نشستند، و چشمان خود را باز کرده، دیدند که ناگاه قافله اسماعیلیان از جلعاد می‌رسد، و شتران ایشان کتیرا و بلسان ولادن، بار دارند، و می‌روند تا آنها را به مصر ببرند.

And they sat down to eat bread and they lifted up eyes their and they saw and there! a caravan of Ishmaelites [was] coming from Gilead and camels their [were] carrying spice and balm and myrrh traveling to take [them] down Egypt towards.

۲۶ 26 آنگاه یهودا به برادران خود گفت: «برادر خودرا کشتن و خون او را مخفی داشتن چه سود دارد؟

And he said Judah to brothers his what? [is the] profit if we will kill brother our and we will conceal blood his.

۲۷ 27 بیایید او را به این اسماعیلیان بفروشیم، ودست ما بر وی نباشد، زیرا که او برادر و گوشت ماست.» پس برادرانش بدین رضا دادند.

Come and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites and hand our may not it be on him for [is] brother our flesh our he and they listened brothers his.

۲۸ 28 و چون تجار مدیانی در گذر بودند، یوسف را از چاه کشیده، برآوردند، و یوسف را به اسماعیلیان به بیست پاره نقره فروختند. پس یوسف را به مصر بردند.

And they passed by men Midianite[s] traders and they drew and they brought up Joseph from the pit and they sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty silver and they brought Joseph Egypt towards.

۲۹ 29 و روبین چون به‌سرچاه برگشت، و دید که یوسف در چاه نیست، جامه خود را چاک زد،

And he returned Reuben to the pit and there! not Joseph [was] in the pit and he tore clothes his.

۳۰ 30 و نزد برادران خودبازآمد و گفت: «طفل نیست و من کجا بروم؟»

And he returned to brothers his and he said the boy not [is] he and I where? [am] I going.

۳۱ 31 پس ردای یوسف را گرفتند، و بز نری راکشته، ردا را در خونش فرو بردند.

And they took [the] long garment of Joseph and they slaughtered a male goat of goats and they dipped the long garment in the blood.

۳۲ 32 و آن ردای بلند را فرستادند و به پدر خود رسانیده، گفتند: «این را یافته‌ایم، تشخیص کن که ردای پسرت است یا نه.»

And they sent [the] long garment of the palms and soles and they brought [it] to father their and they said this we have found investigate please ¿ [the] long garment of son your [is] it or? not.

۳۳ 33 پس آن را شناخته، گفت: «ردای پسر من است! جانوری درنده او را خورده است، و یقین یوسف دریده شده است.»

And he recognized it and he said [it is] [the] long garment of son my an animal wild it has eaten him certainly he has been torn to pieces Joseph.

۳۴ 34 و یعقوب رخت خود را پاره کرده، پلاس دربر کرد، وروزهای بسیار برای پسر خود ماتم گرفت.

And he tore Jacob clothes his and he put sackcloth on loins his and he mourned on son his days many.

۳۵ 35 وهمه پسران و همه دخترانش به تسلی اوبرخاستند. اما تسلی نپذیرفت، و گفت: «سوگوارنزد پسر خود به گور فرود می‌روم.» پس پدرش برای وی همی گریست. (Sheol h7585)

And they arose all sons his and all daughters his to comfort him and he refused to be comforted and he said that I will go down to son my mourning Sheol towards and he wept for him father his. (Sheol h7585)

۳۶ 36 اما مدیانیان، یوسف را در مصر، به فوطیفار که خواجه فرعون و سردارافواج خاصه بود، فروختند.

(And the Medanites *L(E)*) they sold him into Egypt to Potiphar an official of Pharaoh [the] commander of the bodyguards.
