| است، از غلام هیچ فرق ندارد، هرچندمالک همه باشد. | ۱ 1 |
But I say that so long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a slave, though he is lord of all;
| بلکه زیردست ناظران و وکلامی باشد تا روزی که پدرش تعیین کرده باشد. | ۲ 2 |
but is under guardians and stewards until the day appointed by the father.
| همچنین ما نیز چون صغیر می‌بودیم، زیر اصول دنیوی غلام می‌بودیم. | ۳ 3 |
So we also, when we were children, were held in bondage under the elemental principles of the world.
| لیکن چون زمان به‌کمال رسید، خدا پسر خود را فرستاد که از زن زاییده شد و زیر شریعت متولد، | ۴ 4 |
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,
| تا آنانی را که زیرشریعت باشند فدیه کند تا آنکه پسرخواندگی رابیابیم. | ۵ 5 |
that he might redeem those who were under the law, so that we might receive the adoption as sons.
| اما چونکه پسر هستید، خدا روح پسرخود را در دلهای شما فرستاد که ندا می‌کند «یاابا» یعنی «ای پدر.» | ۶ 6 |
And because you are sons, God sent out the Ruach of his Son into our hearts, crying, "Abba, Father."
| لهذا دیگر غلام نیستی بلکه پسر، و چون پسر هستی، وارث خدا نیز بوسیله مسیح. | ۷ 7 |
So you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God.
| لیکن در آن زمان چون خدا را نمی شناختید، آنانی را که طبیعت خدایان نبودند، بندگی می‌کردید. | ۸ 8 |
However at that time, not knowing God, you were slaves to those who by nature are not gods.
| اما الحال که خدا را می‌شناسید بلکه خدا شما را می‌شناسد، چگونه باز می‌گردید به سوی آن اصول ضعیف و فقیر که دیگرمی خواهید از سر نو آنها را بندگی کنید؟ | ۹ 9 |
But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, why do you turn back again to the weak and miserable elemental principles, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again?
| روزهاو ماهها و فصل‌ها و سالها را نگاه می‌دارید. | ۱۰ 10 |
You observe days, months, seasons, and years.
| درباره شما ترس دارم که مبادا برای شما عبث زحمت کشیده باشم. | ۱۱ 11 |
I am afraid for you, that I might have wasted my labor for you.
| ای برادران، از شما استدعا دارم که مثل من بشوید، چنانکه من هم مثل شما شده‌ام. به من هیچ ظلم نکردید. | ۱۲ 12 |
I beg you, brothers, become as I am, for I also have become as you are. You did me no wrong,
| اما آگاهید که به‌سبب ضعف بدنی، اول به شما بشارت دادم. | ۱۳ 13 |
but you know that in physical weakness I preached the Good News to you the first time;
| و آن امتحان مرا که در جسم من بود، خوار نشمردید و مکروه نداشتید، بلکه مرا چون فرشته خدا و مثل مسیح عیسی پذیرفتید. | ۱۴ 14 |
and though my condition was a trial to you, you did not despise nor reject; but you received me as an angel of God, even as Messiah Yeshua.
| پس کجا است آن مبارک بادی شما؟ زیرا به شما شاهدم که اگرممکن بودی، چشمان خود را بیرون آورده، به من می‌دادید. | ۱۵ 15 |
Where was the blessing you enjoyed? For I testify to you that, if possible, you would have plucked out your eyes and given them to me.
| پس چون به شما راست می‌گویم، آیا دشمن شما شده‌ام؟ | ۱۶ 16 |
So then, have I become your enemy by telling you the truth?
| شما را به غیرت می‌طلبند، لیکن نه به خیر، بلکه می‌خواهند در را بر روی شما ببندند تا شما ایشان را بغیرت بطلبید. | ۱۷ 17 |
They zealously seek you, but for no good purpose; they desire to alienate you, that you may be zealous for them.
| لیکن غیرت در امر نیکو در هر زمان نیکو است، نه‌تنها چون من نزد شما حاضر باشم. | ۱۸ 18 |
But it is always good to be zealous in a good cause, and not only when I am present with you.
| ای فرزندان من که برای شما باز درد زه دارم تاصورت مسیح در شما بسته شود. | ۱۹ 19 |
My children, of whom I am again in travail until Messiah is formed in you—
| باری خواهش می‌کردم که الان نزد شما حاضر می‌بودم تا سخن خود را تبدیل کنم، زیرا که درباره شمامتحیر شده‌ام. | ۲۰ 20 |
but I could wish to be present with you now, and to change my tone, for I am perplexed about you.
| شما که می‌خواهید زیر شریعت باشید، مرابگویید آیا شریعت را نمی شنوید؟ | ۲۱ 21 |
Tell me, you that desire to be under the law, do you not listen to the law?
| زیرامکتوب است ابراهیم را دو پسر بود، یکی از کنیزو دیگری از آزاد. | ۲۲ 22 |
For it is written that Abraham had two sons, one by the slave woman, and one by the free woman.
| لیکن پسر کنیز، بحسب جسم تولد یافت و پسر آزاد، برحسب وعده. | ۲۳ 23 |
However, the son by the slave woman was born according to the flesh, but the son by the free woman was born through promise.
| واین امور بطور مثل گفته شد زیرا که این دو زن، دوعهد می‌باشند، یکی از کوه سینا برای بندگی می‌زاید و آن هاجر است. | ۲۴ 24 |
These things contain an allegory, for these are two covenants. One is from Mount Sinai, bearing children to slavery, which is Hagar.
| زیرا که هاجر کوه سینا است در عرب، و مطابق است با اورشلیمی که موجود است، زیرا که با فرزندانش در بندگی می‌باشد. | ۲۵ 25 |
For this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and represents Jerusalem that exists now, for she is in slavery with her children.
| لیکن اورشلیم بالا آزاد است که مادرجمیع ما می‌باشد. | ۲۶ 26 |
But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother.
| زیرا مکتوب است: «ای نازاد که نزاییده‌ای، شاد باش! صدا کن و فریادبرآور‌ای تو که درد زه ندیده‌ای، زیرا که فرزندان زن بی‌کس از اولاد شوهردار بیشتراند.» | ۲۷ 27 |
For it is written, "Rejoice, you barren who do not bear. Break forth and shout, you that do not travail. For more are the children of the desolate than of her who has a husband."
| لیکن ما‌ای برادران، چون اسحاق فرزندان وعده می‌باشیم. | ۲۸ 28 |
Now you, brothers, as Isaac was, are children of promise.
| بلکه چنانکه آنوقت آنکه برحسب جسم تولد یافت، بر وی که برحسب روح بود جفامی کرد، همچنین الان نیز هست. | ۲۹ 29 |
But as then, he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Ruach, so also it is now.
| لیکن کتاب چه می‌گوید؟ «کنیز و پسر او را بیرون کن زیرا پسرکنیز با پسر آزاد میراث نخواهد یافت.» | ۳۰ 30 |
However what does the Scripture say? "Cast out the slave woman and her son, for the son of the slave woman will not inherit with the son of the free woman."
| خلاصه‌ای برادران، فرزندان کنیز نیستیم بلکه از زن آزادیم. | ۳۱ 31 |
So then, brothers, we are not children of a handmaid, but of the free woman.
