افسسیان 1

۱ 1 پولس به اراده خدا رسول عیسی مسیح، به مقدسینی که در افسس می‌باشند وایمانداران در مسیح عیسی.

Paul, apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints who are at Ephesus, that is, the faithful in Christ Jesus:

۲ 2 فیض و سلامتی از جانب پدر ما خدا وعیسی مسیح خداوند بر شما باد.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and Sovereign Jesus Christ.

۳ 3 متبارک باد خدا و پدر خداوند ما عیسی مسیح که ما را مبارک ساخت به هر برکت روحانی در جایهای آسمانی در مسیح.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ;

۴ 4 چنانکه ما راپیش از بنیاد عالم در او برگزید تا در حضور او درمحبت مقدس و بی‌عیب باشیم.

just as He[F] chose us in Him[S] before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him[F], in love,

۵ 5 که ما را از قبل تعیین نمود تا او را پسر خوانده شویم بوساطت عیسی مسیح برحسب خشنودی اراده خود،

having predestined us into an adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, into Him[S], according to the good pleasure of His[F] will,

۶ 6 برای ستایش جلال فیض خود که ما را به آن مستفیض گردانید در آن حبیب.

to the praise of the glory of His grace, with which He graced us in the Beloved;

۷ 7 که در وی به‌سبب خون او فدیه یعنی آمرزش گناهان را به اندازه دولت فیض او یافته‌ایم.

in whom we have the redemption through His[S] blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His[F] grace,

۸ 8 که آن را به ما به فراوانی عطا فرمود در حکمت و فطانت.

that He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and intelligent design,

۹ 9 چونکه سر اراده خود را به ما شناسانید، برحسب خشنودی خود که در خود عزم نموده بود،

having made known to us the ‘secret’ of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Him[S],

۱۰ 10 برای انتظام کمال زمانها تا همه‌چیز را خواه آنچه در آسمان و خواه آنچه بر زمین است، درمسیح جمع کند، یعنی در او.

with a view to administering the fullness of the times, so as to bring all things together under one head in Christ—those on the heavens and those on the earth—in Him[S],

۱۱ 11 که ما نیز در وی میراث او شده‌ایم، چنانکه پیش معین گشتیم برحسب قصد او. که همه‌چیزها را موافق رای اراده خود می‌کند.

in whom we were also assigned an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of Him[F] who works all things according to the decision of His will,

۱۲ 12 تا از ما که اول امیدوار به مسیح می‌بودیم، جلال او ستوده شود.

so that we should be to the praise of His glory, we who first trusted in the Christ;

۱۳ 13 و دروی شما نیز چون کلام راستی، یعنی بشارت نجات خود را شنیدید، در وی چون ایمان آوردید، از روح قدوس وعده مختوم شدید.

about whom, to be sure, we had heard the true Word—the Gospel of your salvation; by whom, since you also believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

۱۴ 14 که بیعانه میراث ما است برای فدای آن ملک خاص او تا جلال او ستوده شود.

who is the down payment on our inheritance until the release of the possession, to the praise of His glory.

۱۵ 15 بنابراین، من نیز چون خبر ایمان شما را درعیسی خداوند ومحبت شما را با همه مقدسین شنیدم،

Because of this, having heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love toward all the saints,

۱۶ 16 باز نمی ایستم از شکر نمودن برای شما و از یاد آوردن شما در دعاهای خود،

I really do not stop giving thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers:

۱۷ 17 تاخدای خداوند ما عیسی مسیح که پدر ذوالجلال است، روح حکمت و کشف را در معرفت خود به شما عطا فرماید.

that the God of our Lord, Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the real knowledge of Himself,

۱۸ 18 تا چشمان دل شما روشن گشته، بدانید که امید دعوت او چیست و کدام است دولت جلال میراث او در مقدسین،

the eyes of your heart having been enlightened, that you may know 1) what is the hope of His[F] calling, and 2) what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

۱۹ 19 و چه مقدار است عظمت بینهایت قوت او نسبت به مامومنین برحسب عمل توانایی قوت او

and 3) what the exceeding greatness of His power into us who are believing, according to the demonstration of the extent of His might

۲۰ 20 که درمسیح عمل کرد چون او را از مردگان برخیزانید وبه‌دست راست خود در جایهای آسمانی نشانید،

which He exercised in the Christ when He raised Him[S] from among the dead and seated Him at His[F] right, in the heavenly realms,

۲۱ 21 بالاتر از هر ریاست و قدرت و قوت و سلطنت و هر نامی که خوانده می‌شود، نه در این عالم فقطبلکه در عالم آینده نیز. (aiōn g165)

far above every ruler and authority and power and dominion—even every name that can be named, not only in this age but also in the next. (aiōn g165)

۲۲ 22 و همه‌چیز را زیر پایهای او نهاد و او را سرهمه‌چیز به کلیسا داد،

In short, He[F] placed everything under His[S] feet, and appointed Him to be Head over everything in the Church,

۲۳ 23 که بدن اوست یعنی پری او که همه را در همه پر می‌سازد.

which is His body, the complement of Him who fills everything in every way.
