| در سال دوازدهم آحاز، پادشاه یهودا، هوشع بن ایلا بر اسرائیل در سامره پادشاه شد و نه سال سلطنت نمود. | ۱ 1 |
In the twelfth year of Ahaz, the king of Judah: Hoshea, the son of Elah, reigned over Israel, in Samaria, for nine years.
| و آنچه درنظر خداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد اما نه مثل پادشاهان اسرائیل که قبل از او بودند. | ۲ 2 |
And he did evil before the Lord, but not like the kings of Israel who had been before him.
| و شلمناسر، پادشاه آشور، به ضد وی برآمده، هوشع، بنده او شد و برای او پیشکش آورد. | ۳ 3 |
Shalmaneser, the king of the Assyrians, ascended against him. And Hoshea became a servant to him, and he paid him tribute.
| اماپادشاه آشور در هوشع خیانت یافت زیرا که رسولان نزد سوء، پادشاه مصر فرستاده بود وپیشکش مثل هر سال نزد پادشاه آشور نفرستاده، پس پادشاه آشور او را بند نهاده، در زندان انداخت. | ۴ 4 |
And when the king of the Assyrians discovered that Hoshea, striving to rebel, had sent messengers to Sais, to the king of Egypt, so as not to present the tribute to the king of the Assyrians, as he had been accustomed to do each year, he besieged him. And having been bound, he cast him into prison.
| و پادشاه آشور بر تمامی زمین هجوم آورده، به سامره برآمد و آن را سه سال محاصره نمود. | ۵ 5 |
And he wandered through the entire land. And ascending to Samaria, he besieged it for three years.
| ودر سال نهم هوشع، پادشاه آشور، سامره را گرفت و اسرائیل را به آشور به اسیری برد و ایشان را درحلح و خابور بر نهر جوزان و در شهرهای مادیان سکونت داد. | ۶ 6 |
And in the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of the Assyrians captured Samaria, and he carried away Israel to Assyria. And he stationed them in Halah and in Habor, beside the river of Gozan, in the cities of the Medes.
| و از این جهت که بنی‌اسرائیل به یهوه، خدای خود که ایشان را از زمین مصر از زیردست فرعون، پادشاه مصر بیرون آورده بود، گناه ورزیدند و از خدایان دیگر ترسیدند. | ۷ 7 |
For it happened that, when the sons of Israel had sinned against the Lord, their God, who had led them away from the land of Egypt, from the hand of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt, they worshipped strange gods.
| و درفرایض امتهایی که خداوند از حضور بنی‌اسرائیل اخراج نموده بود و در فرایضی که پادشاهان اسرائیل ساخته بودند، سلوک نمودند. | ۸ 8 |
And they walked according to the rituals of the nations that the Lord had consumed in the sight of the sons of Israel, and of the kings of Israel. For they had acted similarly.
| وبنی‌اسرائیل به خلاف یهوه، خدای خود کارهایی را که درست نبود، سر به عمل آوردند، و درجمیع شهرهای خود، از برجهای دیدبانان تاشهرهای حصاردار، مکان های بلند برای خودساختند. | ۹ 9 |
And the sons of Israel offended the Lord, their God, with deeds that were not upright. And they built for themselves high places in all their cities, from the tower of the watchmen to the fortified city.
| و تماثیل و اشیریم بر هر تل بلند وزیر هر درخت سبز برای خویشتن ساختند. | ۱۰ 10 |
And they made for themselves statues and sacred groves, on every high hill and under every leafy tree.
| ودر آن جایها مثل امتهایی که خداوند از حضورایشان رانده بود، در مکان های بلند بخور سوزانیدند واعمال زشت به‌جا آورده، خشم خداوند را به هیجان آوردند. | ۱۱ 11 |
And they were burning incense there, upon altars, in the manner of the nations that the Lord had removed from their face. And they did wicked deeds, provoking the Lord.
| و بتها را عبادت نمودند که درباره آنها خداوند به ایشان گفته بود، این کار را مکنید. | ۱۲ 12 |
And they worshipped impurities, concerning which the Lord instructed them that they should not do this word.
| و خداوند به واسطه جمیع انبیا و جمیع رائیان بر اسرائیل و بر یهودا شهادت می‌داد و می‌گفت: «از طریقهای زشت خودبازگشت نمایید و اوامر و فرایض مرا موافق تمامی شریعتی که به پدران شما امر فرمودم و به واسطه بندگان خود، انبیا نزد شما فرستادم، نگاه دارید.» | ۱۳ 13 |
And the Lord testified to them, in Israel and in Judah, through the hand of all the prophets and seers, saying: “Return from your wicked ways, and keep my precepts and ceremonies, in accord with the entire law, which I instructed to your fathers, and just as I sent to you by the hand of my servants, the prophets.”
| اما ایشان اطاعت ننموده، گردنهای خود را مثل گردنهای پدران ایشان که به یهوه، خدای خود ایمان نیاوردند، سخت گردانیدند. | ۱۴ 14 |
But they did not listen. Instead, they hardened their necks to be like the neck of their fathers, who were not willing to obey the Lord, their God.
| و فرایض او و عهدی که با پدران ایشان بسته، وشهادات را که به ایشان داده بود، ترک نمودند، وپیروی اباطیل نموده، باطل گردیدند و امتهایی راکه به اطراف ایشان بودند و خداوند، ایشان رادرباره آنها امر فرموده بود که مثل آنها عمل منمایید، پیروی کردند. | ۱۵ 15 |
And they cast aside his ordinances, and the covenant that he formed with their fathers, and the testimonies which he testified to them. And they pursued vanities and acted vainly. And they followed the nations that were all around them, concerning the things which the Lord had commanded them not to do, and which they did.
| و تمامی اوامر یهوه خدای خود را ترک کرده، بتهای ریخته شده، یعنی دو گوساله برای خود ساختند و اشیره راساخته، به تمامی لشکر آسمان سجده کردند وبعل را عبادت نمودند. | ۱۶ 16 |
And they abandoned all the precepts of the Lord, their God. And they made for themselves two molten calves and sacred groves. And they adored the entire celestial army. And they served Baal.
| و پسران و دختران خودرا از آتش گذرانیدند و فالگیری و جادوگری نموده، خویشتن را فروختند تا آنچه در نظرخداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورده، خشم او را به هیجان بیاوردند. | ۱۷ 17 |
And they consecrated their sons and their daughters through fire. And they devoted themselves to divinations and soothsaying. And they delivered themselves into the doing of evil before the Lord, so that they provoked him.
| پس از این جهت غضب خداوند بر اسرائیل به شدت افروخته شده، ایشان را از حضور خود دور انداخت که جز سبط یهودافقط باقی نماند. | ۱۸ 18 |
And the Lord became vehemently angry with Israel, and he took them away from his sight. And there remained no one, except the tribe of Judah alone.
| اما یهودا نیز اوامر یهوه، خدای خود را نگاه نداشتند بلکه به فرایضی که اسرائیلیان ساخته بودند، سلوک نمودند. | ۱۹ 19 |
But even Judah did not keep the commandments of the Lord, their God. Instead, they walked in the errors of Israel, which they had wrought.
| پس خداوند تمامی ذریت اسرائیل را ترک نموده، ایشان را ذلیل ساخت و ایشان را به‌دست تاراج کنندگان تسلیم نمود، حتی اینکه ایشان را از حضور خود دورانداخت. | ۲۰ 20 |
And the Lord cast aside all of the offspring of Israel. And he afflicted them, and he delivered them into the hand of despoilers, until he drove them away from his face,
| زیرا که او اسرائیل را از خاندان داود منشق ساخت و ایشان یربعام بن نباط را به پادشاهی نصب نمودند و یربعام، اسرائیل را از پیروی خداوند برگردانیده، ایشان را مرتکب گناه عظیم ساخت. | ۲۱ 21 |
even from that time when Israel was torn away from the house of David, and they appointed for themselves Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, as king. For Jeroboam separated Israel from the Lord, and he caused them to sin a great sin.
| و بنی‌اسرائیل به تمامی گناهانی که یربعام ورزیده بود سلوک نموده، از آنها اجتناب نکردند. | ۲۲ 22 |
And the sons of Israel walked in all the sins of Jeroboam, which he had done. And they did not withdraw from these,
| تا آنکه خداوند اسرائیل را موافق آنچه به واسطه جمیع بندگان خود، انبیا گفته بود، از حضور خود دور انداخت. پس اسرائیل از زمین خود تا امروز به آشور جلای وطن شدند. | ۲۳ 23 |
even when the Lord carried away Israel from his face, just as he had said by the hand of all his servants, the prophets. And Israel was carried away from their land into Assyria, even to this day.
| و پادشاه آشور، مردمان از بابل و کوت وعوا و حمات و سفروایم آورده، ایشان را به‌جای بنی‌اسرائیل در شهرهای سامره سکونت داد وایشان سامره را به تصرف آورده، در شهرهایش ساکن شدند. | ۲۴ 24 |
Then the king of the Assyrians brought some from Babylon, and from Cuthah, and from Avva, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim. And he located them in the cities of Samaria, in place of the sons of Israel. And they possessed Samaria, and they lived in its cities.
| و واقع شد که در ابتدای سکونت ایشان در آنجا از خداوند نترسیدند. لهذا خداوندشیران در میان ایشان فرستاد که بعضی از ایشان راکشتند. | ۲۵ 25 |
And when they had begun to live there, they did not fear the Lord. And the Lord sent lions among them, which were killing them.
| پس به پادشاه آشور خبر داده، گفتند: «طوایفی که کوچانیدی و ساکن شهرهای سامره گردانیدی، قاعده خدای آن زمین را نمی دانند و اوشیران در میان ایشان فرستاده است و اینک ایشان را می‌کشند از این جهت که قاعده خدای آن زمین را نمی دانند.» | ۲۶ 26 |
And this was reported to the king of the Assyrians, and it was said: “The peoples that you transferred and caused to live in the cities of Samaria, they are ignorant of the ordinances of the God of the land. And so the Lord has sent lions among them. And behold, they have killed them, because they were ignorant of the rituals of the God of the land.”
| و پادشاه آشور امر فرموده، گفت: «یکی از کاهنانی را که از آنجا کوچانیدید، بفرست تا برود و در آنجا ساکن شود و ایشان راموافق قاعده خدای زمین تعلیم دهد.» | ۲۷ 27 |
Then the king of the Assyrians commanded, saying: “Lead to that place one of the priests, whom you brought as a captive from there. And let him go and live with them. And let him teach them the ordinances of the God of the land.”
| پس یکی از کاهنانی که از سامره کوچانیده بودند، آمدو در بیت ئیل ساکن شده، ایشان را تعلیم داد که چگونه خداوند را باید بپرستند. | ۲۸ 28 |
And so, when one of the priests, who had been led away captive from Samaria, had arrived, he lived in Bethel. And he taught them how they should worship the Lord.
| اما هر امت، خدایان خود را ساختند و درخانه های مکان های بلند که سامریان ساخته بودندگذاشتند، یعنی هر امتی در شهر خود که در آن ساکن بودند. | ۲۹ 29 |
And each of the nations made gods of their own, and they placed them in the shrines of the high places, which the Samaritans had made: nation after nation, in their cities in which they were living.
| پس اهل بابل، سکوت بنوت را واهل کوت، نرجل را و اهل حمات، اشیما راساختند. | ۳۰ 30 |
So the men of Babylon made Soccoth-benoth; and the men of Cuth made Nergal; and the men of Hamath made Ashima;
| و عویان، نبحز و ترتاک را ساختند واهل سفروایم، پسران خود را برای ادرملک وعنملک که خدایان سفروایم بودند، به آتش می‌سوزانیدند. | ۳۱ 31 |
and the Avvites made Nibhaz and Tartak. Then those who were from Sepharvaim burned up their children with fire, for the gods of Sepharvaim: Adram-melech and Anam-melech.
| پس یهوه را می‌پرستیدند وکاهنان برای مکان های بلند از میان خود ساختندکه برای ایشان در خانه های مکان های بلند قربانی می‌گذرانیدند. | ۳۲ 32 |
But nevertheless, they worshipped the Lord. Then they made for themselves, from the least of the people, priests of the high places. And they placed them in the shrines of the high places.
| پس یهوه را می‌پرستیدند وخدایان خود را نیز بر وفق رسوم امتهایی که ایشان را از میان آنها کوچانیده بودند، عبادت می‌نمودند. | ۳۳ 33 |
And though they worshipped the Lord, they also served their own gods, according to the custom of the nations from which they had been transferred into Samaria.
| ایشان تا امروز بر‌حسب عادت نخستین خود رفتار می‌نمایند و نه از یهوه می‌ترسند و نه موافق فرایض و احکام او و نه مطابق شریعت و اوامری که خداوند به پسران یعقوب که او را اسرائیل نام نهاد، امر نمود، رفتارمی کنند، | ۳۴ 34 |
Even to the present day, they follow the ancient customs; they do not fear the Lord, and they do not keep his ceremonies, and judgments, and law, and commandment, which the Lord had instructed to the sons of Jacob, whom he named Israel.
| با آنکه خداوند با ایشان عهد بسته بود و ایشان را امر فرموده، گفته بود: «از خدایان غیر مترسید و آنها را سجده منمایید و عبادت مکنید و برای آنها قربانی مگذرانید. | ۳۵ 35 |
And he had struck a covenant with them, and he had commanded them, saying: “You shall not fear foreign gods, and you shall not adore them, and you shall not worship them, and you shall not sacrifice to them.
| بلکه ازیهوه فقط که شما را از زمین مصر به قوت عظیم وبازوی افراشته بیرون آورد، بترسید و او را سجده نمایید و برای او قربانی بگذرانید. | ۳۶ 36 |
But the Lord, your God, who led you away from the land of Egypt, with great strength and with an outstretched arm, him shall you fear, and him shall you adore, and to him shall you sacrifice.
| و فرایض واحکام و شریعت و اوامری را که برای شما نوشته است، همیشه اوقات متوجه شده، به‌جا آورید واز خدایان غیر مترسید. | ۳۷ 37 |
Also, the ceremonies, and judgments, and law, and commandment, which he wrote for you, you shall keep so that you do them for all days. And you shall not fear strange gods.
| و عهدی را که با شمابستم، فراموش مکنید و از خدایان غیر مترسید. | ۳۸ 38 |
And the covenant, which he struck with you, you shall not forget; neither shall you worship strange gods.
| زیرا اگر از یهوه، خدای خود بترسید، او شمارا از دست جمیع دشمنان شما خواهد رهانید.» | ۳۹ 39 |
But you shall fear the Lord, your God. And he will rescue you from the hand of all your enemies.”
| اما ایشان نشنیدند بلکه موافق عادت نخستین خود رفتار نمودند. | ۴۰ 40 |
Yet truly, they did not listen to this. Instead, they acted in accord with their earlier custom.
| پس آن امتها، یهوه را می‌پرستیدند و بتهای خود را نیز عبادت می‌کردند و همچنین پسران ایشان و پسران پسران ایشان به نحوی که پدران ایشان رفتار نموده بودند تا امروز رفتار می‌نمایند. | ۴۱ 41 |
And such were these nations: to some extent fearing the Lord, yet nevertheless also serving their idols. As for their sons and grandsons, just as their fathers acted, so also did they act, even to the present day.
