| و چون عتلیا، مادر اخزیا دید که پسرش مرده است، او برخاست و تمامی خانواده سلطنت را هلاک ساخت. | ۱ 1 |
And Athaliah [the] mother of Ahaziah (she saw *QK) that he was dead son her and she arose and she destroyed all [the] offspring of royalty.
| اما یهوشبع دختریورام پادشاه که خواهر اخزیا بود، یوآش پسراخزیا را گرفت، و او را از میان پسران پادشاه که کشته شدند، دزدیده، او را با دایه‌اش در اطاق خوابگاه از عتلیا پنهان کرد و او کشته نشد. | ۲ 2 |
And she took Jehosheba [the] daughter of the king Joram [the] sister of Ahaziah Joash [the] son of Ahaziah and she stole him from among [the] sons of the king (who were about to be put to death *QK) him and nurse his in [the] chamber of the beds and they hid him from before Athaliah and not he was put to death.
| و اونزد وی در خانه خداوند شش سال مخفی ماند وعتلیا بر زمین سلطنت می‌نمود. | ۳ 3 |
And he was with her [the] house of Yahweh hiding himself six years and Athaliah [was] reigning over the land.
| و در سال هفتم، یهویاداع فرستاده، یوزباشیهای کریتیان و شاطران را طلبید و ایشان را نزد خود به خانه خداوند آورده، با ایشان عهدبست و به ایشان در خانه خداوند قسم داد و پسرپادشاه را به ایشان نشان داد. | ۴ 4 |
And in the year seventh he sent Jehoiada and he took - [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Qk) of the Carian[s] and of the runners and he brought them to himself [the] house of Yahweh and he made to them a covenant and he made to swear an oath with them in [the] house of Yahweh and he showed them [the] son of the king.
| و ایشان را امرفرموده، گفت: «کاری که باید بکنید، این است: یک ثلث شما که در سبت داخل می‌شوید به دیده بانی خانه پادشاه مشغول باشید. | ۵ 5 |
And he commanded them saying this [is] the thing which you will do! the third [part] of you [who] come the sabbath and [who] keep [the] watch of [the] house of the king.
| و ثلث دیگر به دروازه سور و ثلثی به دروازه‌ای که پشت شاطران است، حاضر باشید، و خانه را دیده بانی نمایید که کسی داخل نشود. | ۶ 6 |
And the third [part] [will be] at [the] gate of Sur and the third [part] [will be] at the gate behind the runners and you will keep [the] watch of the house by turns.
| و دو دسته شما، یعنی جمیع آنانی که در روز سبت بیرون می‌روید، خانه خداوند را نزد پادشاه دیده بانی نمایید. | ۷ 7 |
And [the] two the hands in you all [those who] go out the sabbath and they will keep [the] watch of [the] house of Yahweh to the king.
| و هر کدام سلاح خود را به‌دست گرفته، به اطراف پادشاه احاطه نمایید و هر‌که از میان صفها درآید، کشته گردد. و چون پادشاه بیرون رود یا داخل شود نزد او بمانید.» | ۸ 8 |
And you will surround the king all around everyone and weapons his in hand his and the [one who] comes into the ranks he will be put to death and be with the king when goes out he and when comes he.
| پس یوزباشیها موافق هر‌چه یهویاداع کاهن امر فرمود، عمل نمودند، و هر کدام کسان خود راخواه از آنانی که در روز سبت داخل می‌شدند وخواه از آنانی که در روز سبت بیرون می‌رفتند، برداشته، نزد یهویاداع کاهن آمدند. | ۹ 9 |
And they did [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Qk) according to all that he commanded Jehoiada the priest and they took each men his [those who] came the sabbath with [those who] went out the sabbath and they came to Jehoiada the priest.
| و کاهن نیزه‌ها و سپرها را که از آن داود پادشاه و در خانه خداوند بود، به یوزباشیها داد. | ۱۰ 10 |
And he gave the priest to [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Qk) the spear and the shields which [had belonged] to the king David which [were] in [the] house of Yahweh.
| و هر یکی ازشاطران، سلاح خود را به‌دست گرفته، از طرف راست خانه تا طرف چپ خانه به پهلوی مذبح وبه پهلوی خانه، به اطراف پادشاه ایستادند. | ۱۱ 11 |
And they stood the runners everyone - and weapons his in hand his from [the] side of the house south to [the] side of the house north to the altar and to the house at the king all around.
| و اوپسر پادشاه را بیرون آورده، تاج بر سرش گذاشت، و شهادت را به او داد و او را به پادشاهی نصب کرده، مسح نمودند و دستک زده، گفتند: «پادشاه زنده بماند.» | ۱۲ 12 |
And he brought out [the] son of the king and he put on him the crown and the testimony and they made king him and they anointed him and they struck a palm and they said may he live the king.
| و چون عتلیا آواز شاطران و قوم را شنید، نزد قوم به خانه خداوند داخل شد. | ۱۳ 13 |
And she heard Athaliah [the] sound of the runners the people and she went to the people [the] house of Yahweh.
| و دید که اینک پادشاه بر‌حسب عادت، نزد ستون ایستاده. و سروران و کرنانوازان نزد پادشاه بودند و تمامی قوم زمین شادی می‌کردند و کرناها را می‌نواختند. پس عتلیا لباس خود را دریده، صدا زد که خیانت! خیانت! | ۱۴ 14 |
And she saw and there! the king [was] standing at the pillar according to the custom and the commanders and the trumpets [were] with the king and all [the] people of the land [was] joyful and [was] giving a blast on trumpets and she tore Athaliah clothes her and she called out treason treason.
| و یهویاداع کاهن، یوزباشیها را که سرداران فوج بودند، امر فرموده، ایشان را گفت: «او را از میان صفها بیرون کنید و هر‌که از عقب اوبرود، به شمشیر کشته شود.» زیرا کاهن فرموده بود که در خانه خداوند کشته نگردد. | ۱۵ 15 |
And he commanded Jehoiada the priest [the] commanders of (the hundreds *Qk) [the] officers of the army and he said to them bring out her to from between to the ranks and the [one who] comes behind her put to death with the sword for he had said the priest may not she be put to death [the] house of Yahweh.
| پس او راراه دادند و از راهی که اسبان به خانه پادشاه می‌آمدند، رفت و در آنجا کشته شد. | ۱۶ 16 |
And they put to her hands and she went [the] way of [the] entrance of the horses [the] house of the king and she was put to death there.
| و یهویادع در میان خداوند و پادشاه و قوم عهد بست تا قوم خداوند باشند و همچنین درمیان پادشاه و قوم. | ۱۷ 17 |
And he made Jehoiada the covenant between Yahweh and between the king and between the people to become a people of Yahweh and between the king and between the people.
| و تمامی قوم زمین به خانه بعل رفته، آن را منهدم ساختند و مذبح هایش وتماثیلش را خرد درهم شکستند. و کاهن بعل، متان را روبروی مذبح‌ها کشتند و کاهن ناظران برخانه خداوند گماشت. | ۱۸ 18 |
And they went all [the] people of the land [the] house of Baal and they pulled down it (altars its *QK) and images its they broke thoroughly and Mattan [the] priest of Baal they killed before the altars and he appointed the priest overseers over [the] house of Yahweh.
| و یوزباشیها و کریتیان و شاطران و تمامی قوم زمین را برداشته، ایشان پادشاه را از خانه خداوند به زیر آوردند و به راه دروازه شاطران به خانه پادشاه آمدند و او برکرسی پادشاهان بنشست. | ۱۹ 19 |
And he took [the] commanders of the hundreds and the Carian[s] and the runners and - all [the] people of the land and they took down the king from [the] house of Yahweh and they came [the] way of [the] gate of the runners [the] house of the king and he sat on [the] throne of the kings.
| و تمامی قوم زمین شادی کردند و شهر آرامی یافت و عتلیا را نزدخانه پادشاه به شمشیر کشتند. | ۲۰ 20 |
And it rejoiced all [the] people of the land and the city it was at peace and Athaliah they had put to death with the sword [the] house of (the king. *QK)
| و چون یوآش پادشاه شد، هفت ساله بود. | ۲۱ 21 |
[was] a son of Seven years Jehoash when became king he.
