| بني يهودا: فارَص و حَصرُون و کَرمي و حور و شوبال. | ۱ 1 |
The sonnes of Iudah were Pharez, Hezron, and Carmi, and Hur, and Shobal.
| و رَآيا ابن شوبال يحَت را آورد و يحَت اَخُوماي و لاهَد را آورد. اينانند قبايل صَرعاتيان. | ۲ 2 |
And Reaiah the sonne of Shobal begat Iahath, and Iahath begate Ahumai, and Lahad: these are the families of the Zoreathites.
| و اينان پسران پدر عيطام اند: يزرَعيل و يشما و يدباش و اسم خواهر ايشان هَصلَلفُوني بود. | ۳ 3 |
And these were of the father of Etam, Izreel, and Ishma and Idbash: and the name of their sister was Hazelelponi.
| فَنُوئيل پدر جَدُور و عازَر پدر خُوشَه اينها پسران حور نخست زاده اَفراته پدر بيت لحم بودند. | ۴ 4 |
And Penuel was the father of Gedor, and Ezer the father of Hushah: these are the sonnes of Hur the eldest sonne of Ephratah, the father of Beth-lehem.
| و اَشحُور پدر تَقّوع دو زن داشت: حَلا و نَعرَه. | ۵ 5 |
But Asher the father of Tekoa had two wiues, Heleah, and Naarah.
| و نَعرَه، اَخُزّام و حافَر و تَيماني و اَخَشطاري را براي او زاييد؛ اينان پسران نَعرَه اند. | ۶ 6 |
And Naarah bare him Ahuzam, and Hepher, and Temeni and Haashtari: these were the sonnes of Naarah.
| و پسران حَلا: صَرَت و صُوحَر و اَتنان. | ۷ 7 |
And the sonnes of Heleah were Zereth, Iezohar and Ethnan.
| و قُوس عانوب و صُوبِيبَه و قبايل اَخَرحيل بن هارُم را آورد. | ۸ 8 |
Also Coz begate Anub, and Zobebah, and the families of Aharhel the sonne of Harum.
| و يعبِيص از برادران خود شريف تر بود و مادرش او را يعبِيص نام نهاد و گفت: « از اين جهت که او را با حُزن زاييدم.» | ۹ 9 |
But Iabez was more honourable then his brethren: and his mother called his name Iabez, saying, Because I bare him in sorowe.
| و يبِيص از خداي اسرائيل استدعا نموده گفت: « کاش که مرا برکت مي دادي و حدود مرا وسيع ميگردانيدي و دست تو با من مي بود و مرا از بلا نگاه مي داشتي تا محزون نشوم.» و خدا آنچه را که خواست به او بخشيد. | ۱۰ 10 |
And Iabez called on the God of Israel, saying, If thou wilt blesse me in deede, and enlarge my coastes, and if thine hand be with me, and thou wilt cause me to be deliuered from euill, that I be not hurt. And God graunted the thing that he asked.
| وکَلوب برادر شُوحَه مَحِير را که پدر اَشتون باشد آورد. | ۱۱ 11 |
And Chelub the brother of Shuah begate Mehir, which was the father of Eshton.
| و اَشتون بيت رافا و فاسيح تَحِنّه پدر عِير ناحاش را آورد. اينان اهل ريقَه مي باشد. | ۱۲ 12 |
And Eshton begate Beth-rapha, and Paseah, and Tehinnah the father of the citie of Nahash: these are the men of Rechah.
| و پسران قَناز و عُتنِيئِيل و سَرايا بودند؛ و پسر عُتنيئيل حَتَات. | ۱۳ 13 |
And the sonnes of Kenaz were Othniel and Zeraiah, and the sonne of Othniel, Hathath.
| و مَعُونُوتاي عُفرَه را آورد و سَرايا، يوآب پدرجيحَراشيم را آورد، زيرا که صنعتگر بودند. | ۱۴ 14 |
And Meonothai begate Ophrah. And Seraiah begate Ioab the father of the valley of craftesmen: for they were craftesmen.
| و پسران کاليب بن يفُنَّه، عيرُو و اِيلَه و ناعَم بودند؛ و پسر اِيلَه قَناز بود. | ۱۵ 15 |
And the sonnes of Caleb the sonne of Iephunneh were Iru, Elah, and Naam. And the sonne of Elah was Kenaz.
| و پسران يهلَلئيل، زيف و زيفَه و تِيريا و اَسَرئيل. | ۱۶ 16 |
And the sonnes of Iehaleel were Ziph, and Ziphah, Tiria, and Asareel.
| و پسران عَزرَه يتَر و مَرَد و عافَر و يالون(و زنِ مَرَد) مريم و شَماي و يشبَح پدر اَشتَمُوع را زاييد. | ۱۷ 17 |
And the sonnes of Ezrah were Iether and Mered, and Epher, and Ialon, and he begate Miriam, and Shammai, and Ishbah the father of Eshtemoa.
| و زن يهوديه او يارَد، پدر جَدُور، و جابَر پدر سُوکُو و يقوتيئيل پدر زانوح را زاييد. اما آنان پسران بِتيه دختر فرعون که مَرَد او را به زني گرفته بود مي باشند. | ۱۸ 18 |
Also his wife Iehudiiah bare Iered the father of Gedor, and Heber the father of Socho, and Iekuthiel the father of Zanoah: and these are the sonnes of Bithiah ye daughter of Pharaoh which Mered tooke.
| و پسران زن يهوديه او که خواهر نَحَم بود پدر قَعيلَه جَرمي و اَشتَمُوع مَعکاتي بودند. | ۱۹ 19 |
And the sonnes of the wife of Hodiah, the sister of Naham the father of Keilah were the Garmites, and Eshtemoa the Maachathite.
| وپسران شيمون: اَمنون وَرِنَّه و بِنحانان وتيلون و پسران يشعِي زُنزُوحيت. | ۲۰ 20 |
And the sonnes of Shimon were Amnon and Rinnah, Ben-hanam and Tilon. And the sonnes of Ishi were Zoheth, and Benzoheth.
| و بني شيلَه بن يهودا، عير پدر ليکَه، و لَعدَه پدر مَريشَه و قبايل خاندان عاملان کتان نازک از خانواده اَشبيع بودند. | ۲۱ 21 |
The sonnes of Shelah, the sonne of Iudah were Er the father of Lecah, and Laadah the father of Mareshah, and the families of the householdes of them that wrought fine linnen in the house of Ashbea.
| و يوقيم و اهل کُوزِيبا و يوآش و ساراف که در موآب مِلک داشتند، و يشُوبي لَحمَ؛ و اين وقايع قديم است. | ۲۲ 22 |
And Iokim and the men of Chozeba and Ioash, and Saraph, which had the dominion in Moab, and Iashubi Lehem. These also are auncient things.
| و اينان کوزه گر بودند با ساکنان نتاعيم و جَديره که در آنجاها نزد پادشاه به جهت کار او سکونت داشتند. | ۲۳ 23 |
These were potters, and dwelt among plants and hedges: there they dwelt with the king for his worke.
| پسران شَمعون: نمُوئيل و يامين و ياريب و زارَح و شاؤل. | ۲۴ 24 |
The sonnes of Simeon were Nemuel, and Iamin, Iarib, Zerah, and Shaul,
| و پسرش شَلّوُم و پسرش مِبسام و پسرش مِشماع. | ۲۵ 25 |
Whose sonne was Shallum, and his sonne, Mibsam, and his sonne Mishma.
| و بني مِشماع پسرش حموُئيل و پسرش زَکُّور و پسران شِمعي. | ۲۶ 26 |
And the sonnes of Mishma, Hamuel was his sonne, Zacchur his sonne, and Shimei his sonne.
| و شِمعي را شانزده پسر و شش دختر بود ولکن برادرانش را پسران بسيار نبود و همه قبايل ايشان مثل بني يهودا زياد نشدند. | ۲۷ 27 |
And Shimei had sixteene sonnes, and sixe daughters, but his brethren had not many children, neither was all their familie like to the children of Iudah in multitude.
| و ايشان در بئرشَبَع و مُولادَه و حَصَر شُوآل، | ۲۸ 28 |
And they dwelt at Beer-sheba, and at Moladah, and at Hazar Shual,
| و در بِلهَه و عاصَم و تولاد، | ۲۹ 29 |
And at Bilhah, and at Ezem, and at Tolad,
| و در بَتوئيل و حَرمُه و صِقلَغ | ۳۰ 30 |
And at Bethuel, and at Hormah, and at Ziklag,
| و دربيت مرکَبوت و حَصرسُوسيم و بيت بِرئِي و شَعَرايم ساکن بودند. اينها شهرهاي ايشان تا زمان سلطنت داود بود. | ۳۱ 31 |
And at Beth-marcaboth, and at Hazar Susim, at Beth-birei, and at Shaaraim, these were their cities vnto the reigne of Dauid.
| و قريه هاي ايشان عيطام عين و رِمُّون و تُوکَن و عاشان، يعني پنج قريه بود، | ۳۲ 32 |
And their townes were Etam, and Ain, Rimmon, and Tochen, and Ashan, fiue cities.
| و جميع قريه هاي ايشان که در پيرامون آن شهرها تابَعل بود. پس مسکنهاي ايشان اين است و نسب نامه هاي خود را داشتند. | ۳۳ 33 |
And all their townes that were rounde about these cities vnto Baal, These are their habitations and the declaration of their genealogie,
| و مَشوبات و يمليک و يوشَه بن اَمصيا، | ۳۴ 34 |
And Meshobab, and Iamlech, and Ioshah the sonne of Amashiah,
| يوئيل و ييهُو ابن يوشِبيا ابن سَرايا ابن عَسِيئيل، | ۳۵ 35 |
And Ioel and Iehu the sonne of Ioshibiah, the sonne of Seraiah, the sonne of Asiel,
| و اَليوعيناي و يعکوبَه و يشوحايا وعَسايا و عِديئيل و يسيميئيل و بنايا، | ۳۶ 36 |
And Elionai, and Iaakobah, and Ieshohaiah, and Asaiah, and Adiel, and Iesimiel, and Benaiah,
| و زيزا ابن شِفعِي ابن اِلّوُن بن يدايا ابن شِمري ابن شَمَعيا، | ۳۷ 37 |
And Ziza the sonne of Shiphei, the sonne of Allon, the sonne of Iedaiah, the sonne of Shimri, the sonne of Shemaiah.
| ايناني که اسم ايشان مذکور شد، در قبايل خود رؤسا بودند و خانه هاي آباي ايشان بسيار زياد شد. | ۳۸ 38 |
These were famous princes in their families, and increased greatly their fathers houses.
| و به مدخل جَدُورتا طرف شرقي وادي رفتند تا براي گله هاي خويش چراگاه بجويند. | ۳۹ 39 |
And they went to the entring in of Gedor, euen vnto the East side of the valley, to seeke pasture for their sheepe.
| پس برومند نيکو يافتند و آن زمين وسيع و آرام و امين بود، زيرا که آلِ حام در زمان قديم در آنجا ساکن بودند. | ۴۰ 40 |
And they found fat pasture and good, and a wide land, both quiet and fruitfull: for they of Ham had dwelt there before.
| و ايناني که اسم ايشان مذکور شد، در ايام حِزقيا پادشاه يهودا آمدند و خيمه هاي ايشان و معونيان را که در آنجا يافت شدند، شکست دادند و ايشان را تا به امروز تباه ساخته، در جاي ايشان ساکن شده اند زيرا که مرتع براي گله هاي ايشان در انجا بود. | ۴۱ 41 |
And these described by name, came in the dayes of Hezekiah king of Iudah, and smote their tents, and the inhabitants that were found there, and destroyed them vtterly vnto this day, and dwelt in their roume, because there was pasture there for their sheepe.
| و بعضي از ايشان، يعني پانصد نفر از بني شَمعُون به کوه سَعير رفتند؛ و فَلطِيا و نَعرِيا و رَفايا و عُرِّيئيل پسران يشيع رؤساي ايشان بودند. | ۴۲ 42 |
And besides these, fiue hundreth men of the sonnes of Simeon went to mount Seir, and Pelatiah, and Neariah, and Rophaiah, and Vzziel the sonnes of Ishi were their captaines,
| و بقيه عَمالَقَه را که فرار کرده بودند، شکست داده، تا امروز در آنجا ساکن شده اند. | ۴۳ 43 |
And they smote the rest of Amalek that had escaped, and they dwelt there vnto this day.
