| پسران اسرائيل اينانند: رؤبين وشَمعون و لاوي يهودا ويسّاکار زبِولون | ۱ 1 |
And the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun,
| و دان ويوسف و بنيامين و نَفتالي وجاد واَشِير. | ۲ 2 |
Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
| پسران يهودا: عِير واُونان وشيلَه؛ اين سه نفر از بَتشُوعِ کَنعانيه براي او زاييده شدند؛ وعير نخست زاده يهودا به نظر خداوند شرير بود؛ پس او را کُشت. | ۳ 3 |
The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, and Shelah. These three were born to him from the daughter of Shua, the Canaanite. But Er, the firstborn of Judah, was evil in the sight of the Lord, and so he killed him.
| و عروس وي تامار فارَص و زارَح را براي وي زاييد، و همه پسران يهودا پنج نفر بودند. | ۴ 4 |
Now Tamar, his daughter-in-law, bore to him Perez and Zerah. Therefore, all the sons of Judah were five.
| و پسران فارَص: حَصرون وحامول. | ۵ 5 |
And the sons of Perez: Hezron and Hamul.
| و پسران زارَح: زِمري و اِيتان وهِيمان و کَلکُول و دارَع که همگي ايشان پنج نفر بودند. | ۶ 6 |
Also, the sons of Zerah: Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, as well as Calcol and Dara, five altogether.
| واز پسران کَرمِي، عاکار مضطرب کننده اسرائيل بود که درباره چيز حرام خيانت ورزيد. | ۷ 7 |
The sons of Carmi: Achar, who disturbed Israel and sinned by the theft of what was anathema.
| و پسر اِيتان: عَزَريا بود. | ۸ 8 |
The sons of Ethan: Azariah.
| و پسران حَصرُون که براي وي زاييده شدند، يرحَمئيل ورام وکَلُوباي. | ۹ 9 |
And the sons of Hezron who were born to him: Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.
| و رام عَميناداب را آورد وعَميناداب نَحشُون را آورد که رئيس بني يهودا بود. | ۱۰ 10 |
Then Ram conceived Amminadab. And Amminadab conceived Nahshon, a leader of the sons of Judah.
| و نَحشُون سَلما را آورد و سَلما بُوعَز را آورد. | ۱۱ 11 |
Also, Nahshon conceived Salma, from whom Boaz rose up.
| و بُوعَز عوبيد را آورد و عُوبيد يسي را آورد. | ۱۲ 12 |
Truly, Boaz conceived Obed, who also himself conceived Jesse.
| يسي نخست زاده خويش اَلِيآب را آورد،و دومين ابيناداب را، و سومين شِمعي را، | ۱۳ 13 |
Now Jesse conceived the firstborn Eliab, the second Abinadab, the third Shammah,
| وچهارمين نَتَنئيل را و پنجمين رَدّاي را، | ۱۴ 14 |
the fourth Nethanel, the fifth Raddai,
| وششمين اُوصَم را وهفتمين داود را آورد. | ۱۵ 15 |
the sixth Ozem, the seventh David.
| و خواهران ايشان صَرُويه و اَبيحايل بودند. و پسران صَرُويه، اَبشاي و يوآب و عَسائيل، سه نفر بودند. | ۱۶ 16 |
Their sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. The sons of Zeruiah: Abishai, Joab, and Asahel, three.
| و اَبيحايل عَماسا را زائيد و پدر عَماسا يتَرِ اِسماعيلي بود. | ۱۷ 17 |
And Abigail conceived Amasa, whose father was Jether, the Ishmaelite.
| و کاليب بن حَصرُون از زن خود عَزُوبَه واز يرِيعُوت اولاد به هم رسانيد و پسران وي اينانند: ياشَر و شُوباب و اَردُون. | ۱۸ 18 |
Truly, Caleb, the son of Hezron, took a wife named Azubah, of whom he conceived Jerioth. And her sons were Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
| و عَزُوبَه مُرد وکاليب اَفرات را به زني گرفت و او حور را براي وي زاييد. | ۱۹ 19 |
And when Azubah had died, Caleb took as wife Ephratha, who bore to him Hur.
| وحُور، اُوري را آورد واُوري بَصَلئيل را آورد. | ۲۰ 20 |
Now Hur conceived Uri. And Uri conceived Bezalel.
| وبعد از آن، حَصرُون به دختر ماکير پدر جِلعاد درآمده، او را به زني گرفت حيني که شصت ساله بود و او سَجُوب را براي وي زاييد. | ۲۱ 21 |
And afterwards, Hezron entered to the daughter of Machir, father of Gilead. And he took her when he was sixty years old. And she bore to him Segub.
| و سَجُوب يائير را آورد و او بيست و سه شهر در زمين جِلعاد داشت. | ۲۲ 22 |
And then Segub conceived Jair, and he possessed twenty-three cities in the land of Gilead.
| واو جَشور و اَرام را که حَوُّوب يائير باشد، با قنات و دهات آنها که شصت شهر بود، از ايشان گرفت و جمييع اينها از آن بني ماکير پدر جِلعاد بودند. | ۲۳ 23 |
And he seized Geshur and Aram, towns of Jair, and Kenath and its villages, sixty cities. All these were sons of Machir, father of Gilead.
| و بعد از آنکه حَصرُون در کاليب اَفراته وفات يافت، اَبِيه زن حَصرُون اَشحُور پدر تَقُوع را براي وي زاييد. | ۲۴ 24 |
Then, when Hezron had died, Caleb entered to Ephratha. Also, Hezron had as wife Abia, who bore to him Ashhur, the father of Tekoa.
| و پسران يرحَمئيل نخست زاده حَصرُون نخست زاده اش: رام و بُونَه و اُورَن و اُوصَم و اَخيا بودند. | ۲۵ 25 |
Now sons were born to Jerahmeel, the firstborn of Hezron: Ram, his firstborn, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, and Ahijah.
| و يرحَمئيل را زن ديگر مسمّاة به عطارَه بود که مادرِ اُونام باشد. | ۲۶ 26 |
Jerahmeel also married another wife, named Atarah, who was the mother of Onam.
| و پسران رام نخست زاده يرحَمئيل مَعص ويامِين و عاقَر بودند. | ۲۷ 27 |
Then too, the sons of Ram, the firstborn of Jerahmeel, were Maaz, Jamin, and Eker.
| و پسران اُونام: شَمّاي وياداع بودند، و پسران شَمّاي ناداب و اَبيشور. | ۲۸ 28 |
And Onam had sons: Shammai and Jada. And the sons of Shammai: Nadab and Abishur.
| و اسم زن ابيشور اَبِيحايل بود و او اَحبان و مُوليد را براي وي زاييد. | ۲۹ 29 |
Truly, the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail, who bore to him Ahban and Molid.
| ناداب سَلَد و اَفّايم بودند و سَلَد بي اولاد مُرد. | ۳۰ 30 |
Now the sons of Nadab were Seled and Appaim. And Seled died without children.
| و بني اَفّايم يشعي و بني يشعي شيشان و بني شيشان اَحلاي. | ۳۱ 31 |
Truly, the son of Appaim was Ishi. And Ishi conceived Sheshan. Then Sheshan conceived Ahlai.
| و پسران ياداع برادر شَماي يتَر ويوناتان؛ و يتَر بي اولاد مُرد. | ۳۲ 32 |
But the sons of Jada, the brother of Shammai, were Jether and Jonathan. Then Jether also died without children.
| و پسران يوناتان: فالَت وزازا. اينها پسران يرحَمئيل بودند. | ۳۳ 33 |
And Jonathan conceived Peleth and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
| و شيشان را پسري نبود ليکن دختران داشت وشيشان را غلامي مصري بود که يرحاع نام داشت. | ۳۴ 34 |
Now Sheshan did not have sons, but only daughters, and an Egyptian servant named Jarha.
| و شيشان دختر خود را به غلام خويش يرحاع به زني داد و او عَتّاي را براي وي زاييد. | ۳۵ 35 |
And so he gave to him his daughter as wife, who bore to him Attai.
| وعتاي ناتان را آورد و ناتان زاباد را آورد. | ۳۶ 36 |
Then Attai conceived Nathan, and Nathan conceived Zabad.
| و زاباد اَفلال را آورد و اَفلال عوبيد را آورد. | ۳۷ 37 |
Also, Zabad conceived Ephlal, and Ephlal conceived Obed.
| و عوبيد ييهُو را آورد، ييهُوعَزَريا را آورد. | ۳۸ 38 |
Obed conceived Jehu; Jehu conceived Azariah.
| و عَزَريا حالَص را آورد و حالص اَلعاسَه را آورد. | ۳۹ 39 |
Azariah conceived Helez, and Helez conceived Eleasah.
| و اَلعاسَه سَسماي را آورد و سَسماي شَلُّوُم را آورد. | ۴۰ 40 |
Eleasah conceived Sismai; Sismai conceived Shallum.
| و شَلوم يقَميا را آورد و يقَميا اَلِيشَمَع را آورد. | ۴۱ 41 |
Shallum conceived Jekamiah; then Jekamiah conceived Elishama.
| و بني کاليب برادر يرحَمئيل نخست زاده اش ميشاع که پدر زِيف باشد و بني ماريشَه که پدرحَبرُون باشد بودند. | ۴۲ 42 |
And the sons of Caleb, the brother of Jerahmeel, were Mesha, his firstborn, who was the father of Ziph, and the sons of Mesha, the father of Hebron.
| و پسران حَبرُون: قُورَح و تَفُّوح و راقَم و شامَع. | ۴۳ 43 |
Now the sons of Hebron were Korah, and Tapuah, and Rekem, and Shema.
| و شامَع راحَم پدر يرقَعام راآورد و راقَم شَمّاي را آورد. | ۴۴ 44 |
Then Shema conceived Raham, the father of Jorkeam. And Rekem conceived Shammai.
| و پسر شَمّاي ماعئون و ماعون پدر بَيت صُور بود. | ۴۵ 45 |
The son of Shammai was Maon, and Maon was the father of Bethzur.
| عِيفَه مُتعه کاليب حاران و موصا و جازيز را زاييد و حاران جازيز را آورد. | ۴۶ 46 |
Now Ephah, the concubine of Caleb, bore Haran, and Moza, and Gazez. And Haran conceived Gazez.
| وپسران يهداي راجَم و يوتام و جيشان و فالَت و عِيفَه و شاعَف. | ۴۷ 47 |
And the sons of Jahdai: Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
| و مَعکه مُتعه کاليب، شابَرو تِرحَنه را زاييد. | ۴۸ 48 |
And Maacah, the concubine of Caleb, bore Sheber and Tirhanah.
| و او نيز شاعَف، پدر مَدمَنَه و شوا، پدر مَکبينا پدر جِبعا را زاييد؛ و دختر کاليب عَکسَه بود. | ۴۹ 49 |
Then Shaaph, the father of Madmannah, conceived Sheva, the father of Machbenah, and the father of Gibea. Truly, the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.
| و پسران کاليب بن حُور نخست زاده اَفراته اينانند: شُوبال پدر قربه يعاريم، | ۵۰ 50 |
These were the sons of Caleb, the son of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratha: Shobal, the father of Kiriath-jearim;
| و سَلما پدر بيت لحم و حاريف پدر بيت جادَر. | ۵۱ 51 |
Salma, the father of Bethlehem; Hareph, the father of Bethgader.
| و پسران شوبال پدر قريه يعاريم اينانند: هَرُواه و نصف مَنُوحُوت. | ۵۲ 52 |
Now there were sons for Shobal, the father of Kiriath-jearim, who saw half the places of rest.
| و قبايل قريه يعاريم اينانند: يترِيان و فُوتيان و شُوماتيان و مِشراعيان که از ايشان صارعاتيان و اِشطاوُليان پيدا شدند. | ۵۳ 53 |
And from the kindred of Kiriath-jearim: the Ithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites. From these, the Zorathites and the Eshtaolites went forth.
| وبني سَلما بيت لحم و نطوفاتيان و عَطروت بيت يوآب و نصف مانَحتيان و صُرعيان بودند. | ۵۴ 54 |
The sons of Salma: Bethlehem, and the Netophathites, the crowns of the house of Joab, and half the places of rest of the Zorathites,
| و قبايل کاتباني که در يعبيص ساکن بودند، تِرعاتيان و شِمعاتيان و سُوکاتيان بودند. اينان قينيان اند که از حَمَّت پدرِبَيت ريکاب بيرون آمدند. | ۵۵ 55 |
as well as the families of the scribes living in Jabesh, those singing and making music, and those dwelling in tents. These are the Kenites, who went forth from Calor, the father of the house of Rechab.
