ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 30

1 ੧ ਭਵਨ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਲਈ ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ। ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉਤਾਹਾਂ ਖਿੱਚਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਨਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

I will extol thee, O YHWH; for thou hast lifted me up, and hast not made my foes to rejoice over me.

2 ੨ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਿਆ ਕੀਤਾ।

O YHWH my Elohim, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

3 ੩ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਧੋਲੋਕ ਤੋਂ ਉਠਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜੀਉਂਦਿਆ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਉਤਰ ਜਾਂਵਾਂ। (Sheol h7585)

O YHWH, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Sheol h7585)

4 ੪ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸੰਤੋ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਗੁਣ ਗਾਓ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਵਿੱਤਰਤਾਈ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰੋ!

Sing unto YHWH, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

5 ੫ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਪਲ ਭਰ ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਜੀਉਣ ਭਰ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਭਾਵੇਂ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਣਾ ਪਵੇ, ਪਰ ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਜੈ-ਜੈਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

6 ੬ ਮੈਂ ਤਾਂ ਸੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਵੇਲੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਸੀ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਕਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਡੋਲਾਂਗਾ।

And in my prosperity I said, I shall never be moved.

7 ੭ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਥਿਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੁਖ ਲੁਕਾਇਆ, ਮੈਂ ਘਬਰਾਇਆ।

YHWH, by thy favour thou hast made my mountain to stand strong: thou didst hide thy face, and I was troubled.

8 ੮ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ,

I cried to thee, O YHWH; and unto YHWH I made supplication.

9 ੯ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਹੂ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਲਾਭ ਹੈ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਕਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਤਰ ਜਾਂਵਾਂ? ਭਲਾ, ਮਿੱਟੀ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰੇਗੀ? ਭਲਾ, ਉਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਸਚਿਆਈ ਦੱਸੇਗੀ?

What profit is there in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?

10 ੧੦ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਸੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਯਾ ਕਰ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਹੋ!

Hear, O YHWH, and have mercy upon me: YHWH, be thou my helper.

11 ੧੧ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰਲਾਪ ਨੂੰ ਨੱਚਣ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਤੱਪੜ ਲਾਹ ਕੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਕਮਰਬੰਦ ਬੰਨਿਆ ।

Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;

12 ੧੨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਗਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਚੁੱਪ ਨਾ ਰਹੇ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਂ ਸਦਾ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।

To the end that my glory may sing praise to thee, and not be silent. O YHWH my Elohim, I will give thanks unto thee for ever.
